CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST FOUND ONE SPECTACULAR CLASSIC ELDORADO CONVERTIBLE!

For sale is a beautiful 1976 Cadillac Eldorado with the very rare Biarrirz trim option. The wide stainless trim runs along the hood and sides of the car which compliments the car in a first class style. You may have noticed it on the 77 or 78 model coupes, but rarely on the 76 convertible models.

I am the second owner of the car and I have had it for many years. Always garaged and covered since new. It was previously in storage for over 20 years in a collection .It is essentially unrestored and it is in superb condition .It runs ,drives and looks amazing! It is fully serviced and can be driven across country today.. It has low miles and looks like it came off the showroom floor still.

The steering wheel is perfect with the woodgrain as new (that's important finding this perfect with these cars)

HERE ARE A FEW NOTIBLE ITEMS,

-It has a NEW white convertible top with the rear glass window.

-It has NEW COKER American Classic  TIRES , with the period correct 1.6 in wide whitewalls

-ENGINE BAY is immaculate with fresh oil service.

-LEATHER interior is supple and in wonderful condition.

-A/C system is updated to accommodate the modern refrigerant.

-Factory  Parade boot is included

-Factory front and rear mats with the Cadillac crests are like new.

- Front and rear bumper fillers have just been updated, common on these no matter how meticulous you try to keep the originals

-Factory air ride is in working order.-

-Front and rear flags + decorations are included with car.

-Display sign with car details is included.

-Proper size  'full  car cover'   is included.

This car is a lot like the Bicentennial model. It is the same color exterior and same white leather interior , same white top, same white boot, and red dash compliment. The differences in the bicentennial model are very minimal.  I have seen mint Bicentenial examples listed for $80,000+.

The car is stunning in its desirable color combination. I don't want to sound excessive, but the car gets so many compliments when it is out! It has won in many car shows and it is ready for the next one.

If you would like, we can go out for a 15 minute ride, and if you don't see the car get at least 3 compliments, then the car is yours for free.    Fair enough?

I am in Delray Beach, Florida. My Zip code is 33444, located South of Palm Beach  and north of Ft. Lauderdale.

my number is 954 294 2228

If you would like it shipped, I can be home to meet your shipper ,assist with care and document  the pick up for you.

Thanks for looking and I hope you get your dream ride!

Life is short, these kind of toys are what life is all about! You know you want it, all you need to do is "Buy It Now" and it is yours!

Cadillac boss says small SUV 'at least four years away'

Sat, Jan 24 2015

Since Johan de Nysschen's takeover as brand president, there's a lot of buzz around Cadillac. Now, the brand's leader is now giving a little more clarity about when we might see some of the company's future vehicles, including its compact crossover. "Product development life cycles being what they are, I don't have a date in mind but I would estimate it is at least four years away," said de Nysschen about a small Cadillac CUV. The comments were made to Reuters during the Washington Auto Show. The vehicle is part of Cadillac's eight-model, $12 billion reinvention through 2020. Interestingly, de Nysschen told Autoblog at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show that he estimated the compact luxury CUV to arrive by early 2018. The boss also indicated that Cadillac would get a sedan to slot below the ATS some time in 2017, and the previously spied SRX replacement, possibly called the XT5, would debut in 2016. In the meantime, the company's flagship CT6 is being unveiled at the 2015 New York Auto Show in April. The wait for a luxury compact CUV makes Cadillac one of the later entries into the segment. The space is already filling with vehicles like the BMW X1, Audi Q3, Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, Lexus NX and Lincoln MKC. Small crossovers in general seem to still be growing in sales. While building a better brand in the US, de Nysschen also wants to grow Cadillac in Europe in the future. He told Reuters that he wants diesel vehicles ready for 2019 to appeal to customers there. Some might even be offered in the US. News Source: ReutersImage Credit: Scott Olson / Getty Images Design/Style Cadillac Crossover Diesel Vehicles Luxury de nysschen

Mystery shoppers love Infiniti, hate Tesla

Tue, Jul 12 2016

Infiniti, followed by Lexus tied with Mercedes-Benz took the top two spots for best sales experience according to mystery shoppers from the latest Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, while EV manufacturer Tesla recorded the lowest overall score. Not surprisingly, premium brands dominated the top ranks. Including the three already mentioned, luxury brands occupied seven of the top ten spots and included Audi, BMW, Porsche, and the only American brand to crack the upper echelon, Cadillac. Toyota, Volkswagen, and Nissan rounded out the first ten positions. The news for domestic automakers isn't good. Aside from Caddy, the only other star-spangled automaker to score above the industry average is Chrysler. The rest of FCA, most of GM, and all of Ford fell below the line. But Pied Piper's mystery shoppers handed Tesla the biggest walloping – the company is ten full points below the next lowest brand, Volvo, and its score of 86 is 17 below the average of 103. It's baffling, considering the company's touted direct-sales model. "Tesla leaves me scratching my head," Fred O'Hagan, Pied Piper's president and CEO, told Wards Auto. "They own all of their stores, so you would think each one would be doing the same thing. But they're not. Tesla is consistent in its inconsistencies." O'Hagan added that there's a "huge variation" in Tesla's store-to-store effectiveness, and that in some cases, shoppers found showroom workers that acted more like "museum curators," Wards Auto reports. It might be popular to call Tesla the Apple of the car world, but based on Pied Piper's work, the brand has a long way to go to emulate the uniform shopping experience of an Apple Store. The news might be bad for Tesla, but even for the brands that scored below average, there's cause for celebration. Only Tesla and Mini lost points in this year's rankings, and only Mercedes and Lincoln held steady. Every other brand, including Infiniti, which topped the index for the first time, gained at least one point. The biggest improvements belong to Porsche, Land Rover, and Mitsubishi, which all jumped five points. Pied Piper's annual Prospect Satisfaction Index uses mystery shoppers – over 6,100 this year – from across the country to assess dealers and generate rankings from over 50 individual factors. Cadillac won't replace XTS after 2019

Mon, Apr 6 2015

Cadillac wouldn't be Cadillac without a large sedan, but the definition of just which model fits that bill changed last week. Before the New York Auto Show, that role fell to the XTS. After the New York Auto Show, though, the focus shifted to the CT6. So what's to become of the XTS now that the CT6 has emerged? According to the latest intel, it'll live out the rest of its lifecycle until around 2019, but then drive off to its own funeral like so many limousines and hearses that were built off its platform. This was learned based on comments made by Cadillac chief Johan de Nysschen at the closed-door unveiling of the CT6 in Manhattan: "Ultimately, a car like XTS when it reaches the end of its lifecycle, will not be replaced." That'll be bad news for the livery business that – in the post-Town Car era – has come to rely on the XTS as the basis for its stretch jobs. "We will not have a car that will lend itself to these kind of modifications and we will probably withdraw from those markets," de Nysschen told GM Inside News. That's not all the new Cadillac boss had to say, though: he also indicated that the replacements for the ATS and CTS will be positioned differently from the current models: "As we move into the future refining our sedan portfolio, there will be no direct successor to the CTS. There will be no direct successor to the ATS. There is no point to renaming those cars because in the future those cars will disappear." Based on Johan's comments and those we've heard until now, we'd expect the replacement for the ATS to move down a size to take on the likes of the Audi A3 and Mercedes CLA, and the CTS' successor to move down half a size class as well to give the new CT6 a bit more breathing room, and possibly an even larger flagship sedan to be positioned above them all.
