HERE IS A NICE 1987 CADILLAC HEARSE. IT IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. THE ONLY THING THAT I KNOW DOSEN'T WORK IS THE ANTENNA. NO CRACKS IN THE DASH, NEW BATTERY AND SEVERAL NEW SMALL ITEMS. THE TIRES HAVE 90% TREAD. I HAVE THE CENTERS OF 3 WHEELS. THE AIR IS ICE COLD AND THE LEVELING SYSTEM WORKS. IT DRIVES AND RIDES GREAT. THE FWD GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE FOR IT'S SIZE. IT IS A GREAT EYE CATCHER AND I GET THUMBS UP QUITE OFTEN. I HAVE 2 HEARSES AND THE WIFE SAYS ONE HAS TO GO. LOOK AT THE PITURES AND EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

THE VINYL TOP IS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT IS COMING LOOSE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND HAS A FEW SMALL BAD SPOTS. I HAD A VINYL REPAIR MAN LOOK AT IT AND SAID IT COULD BE FIXED. THE BODY IS GOOD BUT DOES HAVE A FEW SCRATCHES AND BAD SPOTS AS SEEN IN PICTURES. THE BACK DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPAINTED. IT DOSEN'T LOOK TO BAD, BUT IS NOTICABLE. THERE IS A SMALL OIL LEAK. IT DOSEN'T LEAK ENOUGH TO TELL UNLESS IT SETS FOR QUITE A WHILE..

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN TRADING AND I AM NOT FINANCING. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY. I WILL REQUIRE $250 DOWN IN 5 DAYS OF CLOSING. THANKS FOR LOOKING.

Chrysler, Nissan looking into claim that their cars are industry's most hackable

Sun, 10 Aug 2014

A pair of cyber security experts have awarded the ignominious title of most hackable vehicles on American roads to the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, 2014 Infiniti Q50 and 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
Charlie Miller and Chris Valasek are set to release a report at the Black Hat hacking conference in Las Vegas, Automotive News reports. The two men found the Jeep, Caddy and Q50 were easiest to hack based not on actual tests with the vehicles, but a detailed analysis of systems like Bluetooth and wireless internet access - basically, anything that'd allow a hacker to remotely gain access to the vehicle's systems.
Considering this lack of hands-on testing, the pair acknowledge that "most hackable" could be a relative term - they point out that the vehicles may actually be quite secure.

Cadillac considering more engines, Vsport model for Escalade

Tue, 15 Jul 2014

Want to roll in the latest Cadillac Escalade? You can get it with a 6.2-liter V8... or a 6.2-liter V8. Cadillac only offers the one engine option. But that may soon change.
According to the latest from Automotive News, Cadillac is contemplating a couple of new powertrain options for its blingin' big ute. The report suggests a twin-turbo V6 and a V6 turbodiesel could be offered, and that Cadillac could create a Vsport version of the Escalade like it offers on the new CTS sedan.
The more diverse engine offerings would help attract buyers from the new Lincoln Navigator, its prime competitor, which switched from a 5.4-liter V8 this year to a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6. The turbo V6 engines (both gasoline and diesel) would also help Cadillac market the Escalade overseas - particularly in Europe, where higher fuel prices preclude the prospect of driving a big V8 SUV for many buyers. Escalade sales have dropped from 35-40k units in the mid-2000s to around 12,000 the past couple of years.

Cadillac could 'flourish' in Australia, says marketing chief

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

Cadillac might have its best product mix in recent history, and GM's luxury brand is looking to expand. In fact, it might even be making a trip Down Under, at least according to the company's global marketing chief.
Uwe Ellinghaus spoke with Australian site Car Advice at the Geneva Motor Show and said the brand could be quite successful there. "[The] goodwill that the Cadillac brand has is such a good starting base that once we get proper volume commitment and a dealer network behind it we can easily flourish," he said, though he warned that the plans are still in their earliest stages and years away. First, Cadillac will expand in markets with the highest possible sales, like China and Russia.
Ellinghaus said that the most likely models for Oz would be the SRX, Escalade and CTS; the latter would probably act as a replacement for the Holden Commodore. GM's Australian arm is ending local production in 2017, and there have been many rumors about what is happening to the big sedan. However, Ellinghaus admits exporting cars from the US to Australia is going to mean higher prices. In addition to the expense, Cadillac doesn't currently build any right-hand-drive models. It would likely take until the end of the decade before the Aussie models could be ready.
