Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
Up for sale is my 3-owner, 1969 Cadillac Coupe deVille
Convertible, 472 cu. in. engine, automatic transmission, 70,000 original miles,
original Colonial Yellow exterior color w/original black leather interior,

factory radio w/power antenna and Cadillac factory under dash 8-track player. The car has been
garaged all its life, meticulously maintained and is in fantastic condition. Wherever I go, the car gets many
compliments. The car has had one
professional repaint and shows excellently with great shine and looks beautiful. Very few minor chips and blemishes
were brush touched and are hardly noticeable.
The interior is original and absolutely
gorgeous from the seat upholstery, headliner, dash, door panels and carpets. Car still has its original floor mats
and they are in excellent condition. Convertible top appears to be original is in great shape with
only minor wear. Convertible top
boot is black, original, and in excellent condition. Under the hood had been
detailed and painted at one time – it looks nice. The trunk carpet kit is clean
and in nice shape with some wear. The
mechanics of the car are in excellent condition with low miles. It runs and
drives nice and strong. Engine starts up
quiet, shifts and drives great. Chrome and stainless are in unbelievably
excellent condition. The underside of the car is super solid with
excellent floors and frame. The
area under the rear skirts is very, very clean and shows no sign of typical
weakness. Door jambs look great. Tires

11 vehicles from Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas worth watching
Fri, 26 Sep 2014This weekend will see the world's collector car crowds descend on Las Vegas, NV for one of the biggest shows on Barrett-Jackson's popular auction circuit. There are hundreds of vehicles up for bidding, ranging from a brand-new Lamborghini Aventador to a spattering of Art Deco classics and a huge swath of classic muscle cars.
While it's virtually impossible to assemble an inarguable list of the best cars coming during the three-day, 700-plus vehicle auction, we've sifted through the listings for this year's show - it was a tough assignment, we promise - and assembled a list of what we think will be some of the most interesting lots. We'll admit, it's a bit heavy on American iron, but if you browse BJ's listings, you'll come to a similar conclusion. Still, scroll down for our list of what we think will be the most interesting vehicles at the upcoming auction.
Cadillac confirms CT8/CT9 flagship, ELR successor
Fri, 10 Oct 2014Cadillac has certainly been a hot topic as of late, what with Johan de Nysschen now running the joint, moving its headquarters to New York, and overhauling the company's naming structure (only to later publicly defend all of these drastic decisions). Now, looking ahead, de Nysschen is already revealing some details about what's in store for the future, including a raft of new products that include a large, long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz S-Class rival positioned above the recently announced CT6, along with a successor to the slow-selling ELR coupe.
In an interview with Reuters, de Nysschen says his company has "just signed off on" a new flagship tipped to be called CT8 or CT9. It will compete with the long-wheelbase versions of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series, and should come to market by the end of this decade.
Among other news, the South African executive said a followup to the ELR plug-in hybrid is in development, though it may not be a two-door coupe like the current car. That's not necessarily a bad thing, since the ELR has garnered nothing but slow sales and poor reviews since its launch.
Cadillac may not build Elmiraj coupe
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Despite the fact that most everyone who has laid eyes on the Cadillac Elmiraj concept coupe loves it, General Motors insiders are still trying to prove the business case to build the car. And it's certainly not a guarantee.
"I want to see this car go into production badly. Very badly," Ed Welburn, GM's Global Head of Design, told Autoblog. But the Cadillac design studio is busier than it's ever been before, and the company is working on prioritizing which cars deserve to get the billion-dollar price tag needed to research and develop a new model.
No matter what happens, Welburn says the car has made its mark on Cadillac
