It is in excellent condition inside & out, The body is straight and rust-free, the paint is in great condition with only a few small chips. The interior is just beautiful with the white leather and the black inserts & stitching and is very clean. The car has a NEW black top with a NEW white boot which makes it look that much better, along with Cadillac's 54-spoke wheels that are in excellent condition and new Coker White-Wall tires that gives it extreme class. The car has power windows/locks/seats and power top that all work good, and the Original Wonderbar Radio. This car is COMPLETELY GORGEOUS INSIDE & OUT, and will turn heads no matter where you go. It runs excellent and I wouldn't be afraid to drive this car anywhere. You will look very long, and very hard to find one that runs this good or is anywhere near as nice as this one. Cadillac to move select offices from Detroit to Manhattan?
Fri, 22 Aug 2014Under Johan de Nysschen, Infiniti moved its headquarters from Yokohama, Japan, to Hong Kong. Now at Cadillac, it appears the company's new president could be planning a relocation of at least some of the brand's operations from Detroit to Manhattan, according to a new report from Reuters.
In the case of Infiniti, de Nysschen pushed for the move because moving away from the brand's Nissan overlords would allow it a bit more freedom. It's evidently a similar case for Cadillac, with Reuters speculating that such a move would help distance the brand from the corporate culture in Detroit. A Big Apple move could also attract new talent that may have considered a job with the brand but were put off by the idea of living in Detroit.
It's important to note that if such a move takes place, it likely won't affect the folks actually responsible for developing the brand's vehicles. Instead, administrative functions, including marketing, could be the focus of the relocation.
Hotter Cadillac ATS-V+ could use LS7 power
Tue, May 26 2015Rumor has it Cadillac is working on an even hotter version of the ATS-V, possibly called ATS-V+. And the latest intel from Motor Trend suggests this new model might have a great, big V8 under the hood. The V8 in question is the high-revving, naturally aspirated 7.0-liter LS7 from the Camaro Z/28. The hand-built engine makes 505 horsepower and 481 pound-feet of torque in the Z/28 – a nice increase over the 464 hp and 445 lb-ft in the standard ATS-V, which uses a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter V6. Motor Trend says the ATS-V+ will come to market with an eight-speed automatic transmission, as well as the seven-speed manual 'box from the Corvette. A dual-clutch transmission will come to market later. Of course, we'll believe it when we see it. But an LS7-powered ATS-V sure sounds like a great package to us. Here's hoping.
