Stainless Steel Exhaust (exits through factory bumper location). Rack and pinion steering, Willwood disc brakes up
front, drum in back. The car has all new brake lines & fuel lines. It has a Ride Tech Shock Wave Air Ride system
which has a Key Fob and Bluetooth. The car has custom tilt wheel, Vintage Air, intermittent wipers, Cadillac
A,B,C,D horns, power windows, power brakes, power top & 1964 Cadillac power bucket seats. The center console is
from a 1963 Oldsmobile. All wrapped in Blood Red Buffalo Hide. The new top is cloth burgundy. Body color is

This Caddie was a three year restoration which included full frame paint and custom made stainless fuel tank with
internal pump. All gauges have been rebuilt and calibrated. All the chrome and stainless have been done by
Finishing Touch. The grill was completely disassembled, polished and reassembled. This car, if you notice, is radio
delete. I was never impressed by the Wonder Bar radio.
This is a well built custom that can be driven anywhere & anytime. Of course, it's never seen weather.
Approximately 60 miles since restoration. The engine and transmission had 53,000 miles prior to transplant. I'm
quite confident, this is the first LS 55 Caddie. The best materials available were used for this Resto Mod.

Lincoln hijacks Cadillac's 'Dare Greatly' tagline
Tue, Feb 24 2015Talk about comedy - not even 24 hours after Cadillac teased its CT6 while inviting us to "Dare Greatly" during the Oscars telecast, Lincoln was doing the same but on Google. An anonymous tipster informed us the day after the Oscars that typing "dare greatly" into Google returned two ads before the search results. When we checked it over the course of a few hours, the first ad was always for Cadillac and either read, "Cadillac - Dare Greatly - Only those who dare drive the world forward," or, "Cadillac - Dare Greatly - It's not the critic who counts, it's the man in the arena." (On a side note, come on, Cadillac - "the man in the arena?" Well. It's a quote. Suppose that's all right, then.) The second result was for Lincoln and read, "Dare Greatly - It's not about making a statement, it's about doing what you love," with the associated URL being www.lincoln.com/dare+greatly. The first time we clicked it, it went to the Lincoln homepage showing the 2015 MKZ Hybrid. The second time, we got a page saying that the Lincoln site wasn't available; the Lincoln site was fine, the link didn't work. There's no reference to the Google joke at the Lincoln site - this was just about getting eyeballs. The English have the perfect phrase for Lincoln's provocation: "You've got some cheek!" We think it cunning, dastardly, and funny, and there's no doubt it worked - they knew people would flock to search the term. One of our competitors, Autotrader, said that within an hour of the first of four Cadillac spots airing during the Oscars, car searches for Cadillac vehicles climbed 53 percent from pre-Academy Award coverage levels. Searches for Cadillac cars were up 120%, they said. If this is Round One of our homegrown scrappy old-timers going at it, we're all for it. 2014 Cadillac CTS debuts new design, twin-turbo power, Vsport model [w/video]
Tue, 26 Mar 2013
If ever there were a Cadillac to truly rival the world's best, this could be it.
With every new model, Cadillac indeed gets closer and closer to actually performing at the top of its class, rivaling those crafty Germans at their own sport/luxury sedan game. The best example yet of Cadillac's efforts to challenge the world came last year, when we met the 2013 ATS - a vehicle that we praised for its on-road dynamics and interior refinement, and later went on to be named North American Car of the Year.
Brock Lesnar does M. Bison impression on Cadillac CTS
Fri, Jul 10 2015There's no doubt that a huge amount of physicality is required to survive night after night in the ring as a professional wrestler. Conversely, the storylines that tie all the action together are as staged as any soap opera. However, there's nothing fake about watching two axes being embedded in a Cadillac CTS by WWE wrestler Brock Lesnar. Lesnar's prodigious brawn was really putting this luxury sedan out of its misery, though. With matte black stripes on the hood, fake fender vents, camouflage along the side, and a decal proclaiming "Redneck" on the windshield, this particular Cadillac was far from the standard of the world. In favor of the CTS' build quality, Lesnar's hatchets didn't immediately do quite as much damage as you might expect, and he had to take several swings to achieve the destruction here. If you think that destroying a sedan one piece at a time sounds like something from a video game, you aren't alone. Someone else noticed a definite similarity to the bonus round from Street Fighter 2 where you get points for beating up a car at the dockside until it falls apart. Appropriate sound effects were even added, but having Lesnar throw a few pixelated fireballs would have been a nice inclusion, too. For the significantly longer, original version, check out the one embedded below. After Lesnar crushes the CTS, the actual wrestling does eventually ensue. The Caddy even briefly acts as a prop for some of the action.
