2010 Cadillac Dts Luxury Edition 25000 Miles No Reserve Heated & Cooled Seats. on 2040-cars
Kitts Hill, Ohio, United States
CLICK HERE for more pictures. This car belonged to my dad. He bought it from the local GM dealer when it had about 3500 miles on it. They said it was a factory executive car. He died and my mom has no need for it. It has 24873 miles but my sister might drive it every now and then but it should still have less than 25,000 miles by the end of the auction. It has aftermarket rubber floor mats covering the factory carpet floor mats. It's a graphite color with a cream color interior. The top of the dash is brown. Petty well loaded car. Has heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, chrome alloy wheels, memory seats, remote start, sunroof as well as most normal Cadillac options. If you want me to check to see if it has a specific option, email me. I think that if you give a GM dealer the VIN they can tell you exactly what options the car has. Has a couple of scratches on the roof (in the big picture this is the picture with the quarters). Has a scratch and a rubbed place on the left rear door that should polish out. There's a picture of that too. I put that there is no warranty but you might give the VIN number to your local GM dealer to find out if there is any remaining transferable factory warranty. There is just no warranty from my mom. $500 down payment with PayPal within five business days of the end of the auction and the balance in cash and the car must be picked up within 10 working days of the end of the auction. If these conditions are not met the down payment will be forfeit and the car will be relisted. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early and cancel all bids. If you want to fly in and drive it home, we can pick you up at HTS, transfer the title, and you can get an Ohio temporary tag. Any questions, just email me but right before the end of the auction. If anyone out there know where the option sticker is on a 2010 DTS, let me know and I'll post a picture of it. Please don't bid if you don't want the car or can't afford the car.

2015 Cadillac Escalade
Mon, 07 Apr 2014Cadillac has been an interesting story in the auto industry over the past several years. Its comeback bid may be well over a decade old, but it's only recently that the Wreath and Crest has transformed from the auto industry's retirement home into its hot new thing. Today's Cadillac is a powerful marque working to instill passionate design, sound driving dynamics and cutting-edge technology into each model it builds, with vehicles like the ATS and redesigned CTS leading the charge.
Now, its latest model has arrived. This fourth-generation Escalade is among the most important new Cadillacs since the division's renaissance kicked into high gear. It's the brand's de facto flagship, and the first vehicle many young people think of when hearing the name "Cadillac." In the past, the Escalade was the chosen vehicle of the rich, flashy and famous. It's suffered over the past few years, though, particularly as new and more luxurious competitors have come to the fore.
With this latest redesign, General Motors is aiming to retake the spotlight as purveyors of the market's premier luxury SUV. To find out if it's been successful, I ventured down to the South Carolina Lowcountry to test the all-new 2015 Escalade.
Off-road Cadillac Escalade adds some extra bush country capability
Wed, 26 Jun 2013So, you're a dyed-in-the-wool General Motors fan, but like the notion of a machine like the Hennessey Velociraptor. We have good news for you. Behold the Aria Coachworks XPLORE Cadillac Escalade. For a modest fee, Aria will outfit your Escalade with a custom suspension, BF Goodrich all-terrain tires wrapped around aluminum wheels, a Warn winch and a special exhaust. There's even a snorkel option for those of you with aspirations toward deep water crossings. Consider yourself warned, however: unlike other GMT900 SUVs, the Cadillac only has an all-wheel drive system, not the more rugged four-wheel drive setup of the Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon). Outside, the luxury SUV gets matte paint, black chrome trim, XPLORE power running boards and a roof rack system.
The interior also receives a few fun changes as well, but we're more interested in the fact that buyers can snag a power roof top tent. You know, in case you need to camp out at Best Buy for the PS4. There's also a matching camp trailer and, our personal favorite, a matching BMW GS motorcycle. Bikes not your bag of tricks? That's fine. Aria will also sell you a matched Airstream trailer or Old Town wooden canoes. As much as we want to hate this, we love the notion of bashing through the woods in a $100,000 Cadillac battlewagon with our GS in tow. Check the press release below for more information.
Cadillac chief says ATS convertible, wagon on the table
Wed, 15 Jan 2014What we do know is that the ATS will wear at least one more bodystyle. That comes from Cadillac head Bob Ferguson, who answered "Absolutely" when Automotive News asked him about the possibility of another variant. What we don't know is what that bodystyle or styles will be.
We now have a sedan and coupe ATS, there's supposedly a V sedan coming. After that, a convertible is a likely option given that the man who just became the global product honcho at General Motors, Mark Reuss, admitted to having one already designed in 2012. The decision on it can't get out of the underworld and a wagon is the other option, but the droptop would seem to make the most sense if one considers the competitive set: the BMW 4 Series and Audi A5 convertibles are hot property and Mercedes is bringing a C-Class convertible. Meanwhile wagons are the sentimental utility vehicles that, refusing to die, seem forever destined for life support... CTS Sport Wagon, anyone?
Based on Ferguson's statements, it appears that what Cadillac definitely won't do is play model variant catch-up with the European luxury brands it has spent years hunting down, telling Automotive News, "We want to keep our focus on a limited number of vehicles and do them very well."
