The Cadillac CTS was redesigned in 2008 and immediately named the Motor Trend Car of the Year for its combination of styling, comfort, and performance. This is the performance sedan that put Cadillac back in its place as "Standard of the World".
This 2009 model is in excellent condition, well maintained, smoke-free, always garaged, has new tires, satellite radio, very clean inside and out. Very smooth. Manufacturer powertrain warranty is still in effect. You will be hard pressed to find this make and model or anything comparable for the price. This is the base model with 1SA equipment package. Features include leather seating, dual zone climate control, Bose audio with XM satellite and auxiliary input, On-star capability, and driver information computer.
This is a no-reserve auction so there will be a winner if there are bids. The auction winner will be required to put down a $300 deposit by Paypal, with the balance due within 7 days by official check or cash ONLY, paid in person by the actual buyer, no third parties. Cadillac issues stop-sale on recalled CTS, SRX
Mon, 21 Jul 2014General Motors has issued a stop-sale order on the Cadillac CTS and SRX, both of which were recalled late last month. Why the stop-sale after all this time? Well, um, GM apparently doesn't know how to fix them.
The stop-sale covers all used Cadillac CTS sedans, coupes and wagons from model years 2003 to 2013, as well as new 2014 coupes and wagons. The SRX crossover stop-sale, meanwhile, only covers used vehicles from model years 2004 to 2006.
Automotive News reached out to GM spokesperson Alan Adler, who told the news pub that the company's engineers were "looking at one common solution" for the affected vehicles, although "they don't have it yet."
