If you have questions please call JT 561-702-6478. The Story Behind this 1987 Grand National. My father repaired and sold these, and similar, cars in NYC in the 80s. I graduated HS in 1987 and this was the car (Along with the Monte Carlo SS) that I dreamed of owning. My Dad passed away of cancer, and left me his tools (and many rare small parts). A year later I was stricken with cancer. I took 3 years off of work for the battle. Soon after my first operation I purchased this car, and began to restore her. Rebuilding the car was therapy to me, and gave me the chance to use my Dad's tools. It was a great distraction. As a result, I spent hundreds of hours sourcing, and installing parts, very likely more so than any reasonable person would normally put into a vehicle. However, in my circumstance it wasn't about the cost, it was about keeping busy. As a result, this car is over built. There are so many brand new parts you'll save yourself years of headaches. I even went so far as to change things just because they "Might" go soon, such as the new power antenna, new door lock actuators, and new power window motors. Meticulous? While restoring and upgrading the original Delco Bose Concert Sound Radio with EQ, I noticed that the radio was "hard wired" (the harness was missing). I went and got the harness, wired it, and plugged in the radio properly. If I noticed it, I made it like it was new or better. There is more done to this car than I would be able to describe in an Ebay Auction. List of Work, (Copies included with purchase) New Exact Match Show Quality Front Seats. Car is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. Car will be sold. Buick Regal GS and troupe of basketball dribblers make great beats
Wed, 02 Apr 2014The 166 videos posted by YouTube music video maestro Kurt Hugo Schneider have been watched almost half a billion times. When Coke wanted to do something musically inclined and a little different, it called KHS, and the result was the video Little Talks.
Buick appears to be the next blue chip in line, and KHS' melodic celebration of the 259-horsepower Regal GS is called Epic Basketball + Car Beat. In it, a red Regal sits at center court in Venice Beach, California while a cast of ridiculous dribblers make music with and around the sedan.
We'll let the music speak for itself, which it does quite well in the video below.

Thu, Feb 16 2023The 2023 Chicago Auto Show played host to a number of reveals this year, and we were there to capture all of them. In traditional auto show fashion, that means you’re getting a mega gallery of galleries to flip through and see all the vehicles on the show floor. Our EditorsÂ’ Picks from the show are already out — spoiler alert, the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander took home the prize. That said, there were other important reveals like the 2024 Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport and the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. We also learned some interesting tidbits, such as the fact that VW is considering a pickup, and Jeep owners really are plugging in. 2014 Buick Regal GS AWD
Thu, 27 Feb 2014"This is just silly," I said as I laughed my way sideways around the icy track at Circuit ICAR, a racecourse, drag strip and kart track at the Montreal-Mirabel International Airport in Quebec. It wasn't the activity that had me cracking up, though. After all, winter driving experiences aren't uncommon in this business.
No, in this particular case, it was the car that had me chuckling. I wasn't in a mad hot hatch or a rally-derived rocket - I was in a Buick. The 2014 Regal GS, to be more precise. Somehow, despite its recent product renaissance (not to mention its distant - yet storied - history of performance models), I was having a hard time believing that this attractive, turbocharged, all-wheel-drive sedan sliding around the Great White North could possibly be wearing a Tri-Shield badge on its nose.
But it was, and slide about it did. While having access to a vehicle in this setting is fairly rare, what's rarer is the fact that I've had so much exposure to it. In Mr. Ewing's recent Volkswagen Golf R drive story, for instance, his ice capades were his first experience with the new model. In my case, though, I was lucky enough to first test the refreshed Regal GS for a week back in December before flying to Quebec to drive it on the snowy, icy, winding roads of Canada's most fiercely independent province and on the track at Mirabel.
