Hello, up for bid is a very nice tribute Grand National / T-Type . It was originally a 3.8 v6 car with 200metric trans and a 241 rear differential.
This car has been extensively redone in the GN/T-Type style. Just some Items that I have installed on vehicle.
- vortec 350 engine with fuel injection
- 283 roller comp camshaft specs are, int.283, exh. 303 part # is 08-600-8 comp cams
- duel exhaust w/ flowmaster mufflers
- 200r4 transmission
- 8.5 rear end with 342 gears out of a real GN
- duel cooling fans
- new radiator
- new water pump
- floor shifter
- bucket seats
- new carpet
- steel GN/T-Type turbo hood
- 3.8 turbo header panel ornament
- paint job done over 4 years ago
- hurricane alloy wheels
- and many many more items. you will have to see pics
- The engine , transmission, rear end are all in good shape. the interior is in above condition I have installed bucket seats but I do have seat covers over them they are not ripped just not a match to the rest of the interior.
- I replace the factory cam in this engine with the 283 comp cam and upgraded the valve springs to match this cam, but I haven't driven the car many miles since then.
- This was a bench seat car with column shifter, and I have converted it to a floor shifter.
- Now for the bad:
- The paint has a few places it has chipped off.. on front fender and hood, also has chip around rear glass. this paint is over 4 years old
- I haven't been able to hook up shifter , the cable is there as well as the brackets needed on the transmission but I may have purchased a Camaro shifter cable and its about 2 inches to short .
- The duel exhaust is home made and it is functional, how ever its not pretty , since the car looks so good would recommend a exhaust shop do it better
- I lost my job and I have to sell my friend that I love dearly. The bills are piling up and I have to sell her . If you by her please give her a good home. She's a survivor.
- Don't forget she's a older car, so she's not perfect, but she has a whole lot of life left in her.

Junkyard Gem: 1992 Buick Century Woodie station wagon
Mon, Oct 9 2017The Detroit station wagon with fake-wood exterior paneling had a good long postwar run, but minivans and — increasingly — sport utility vehicles were giving such wagons quite a beating in the showrooms by 1992. Buick was down to just two woodies by 1992; here's a discarded example of the front-wheel-drive Century, spotted in a Northern California self-service yard. Buick sold big rear-wheel-drive Roadmaster wagons with Simu-Wood™ siding through the 1996 model year, but the smaller Century was fairly plush. American car shoppers didn't insist on real-looking "wood" on their wagons, although Chrysler went much more three-dimensional with their plastic wood that did GM during this era. This one has the 3.3-liter Buick V6 engine, rated at 160 horsepower. This is not to be confused with the unrelated GM 60° V6, which was available in earlier and later Centuries. If only these seats could talk, they'd tell many tales of sibling battles and spilled fast food. Related Video:
2018 Buick Enclave slims down for spy shots
Tue, Jul 19 2016Most vehicles are refreshed every five years or so. New technology and styling is required to keep up with the latest trends. Although this cycle is common, there are some vehicles, like the Buick Enclave, that seem to stick around far past their expiration date. We now have spy shots of what appears to be the nine-year old Enclave's replacement. Although the vehicle in the photos is completely covered in camouflage, we can make out the new Buick family grill. There are a set of LED running lights up front and what appear to be a location for foglights toward the bottom. The camo covering is cut in places to allow gaps for sensors, presumably for parking and other driver aids. Out back, the rectangular taillights don't appear to be production ready. The whole rear, especially the glass, looks smaller than the outgoing model, though it is difficult to properly tell through the camouflage. The rear bumper has wide cuts for the dual exhaust pipes, and again the camo has cutouts for sensors. The side profile reveals the biggest change with the new Enclave. The current version shares a platform with the Chevrolet Traverse and the original GMC Acadia, some of the largest vehicles on the market. The all-new 2017 Acadia scaled down in order to compete against midsize crossovers and now has more in common with the smaller, Chinese-built Buick Envision. That doesn't mean the Enclave and Acadia are entirely separate. Both the Enclave and upcoming Traverse will ride on a stretched version of the Acadia platform. The general profile remains the same, but it's apparent that the vehicle in these photos is longer than the new GMC. Most other details are speculation. The Enclave will most likely arrive with GM's 3.6 liter V6. With the introduction of the Envision, the Enclave is expected to move upmarket to compete against the Acura MDX and Volvo XC90. Because of the slightly narrower shape, passenger seating is expected to fall to seven. The new crossover will probably lose a bit of weight with the redesign. The new Buick is expected to debut next year as a 2018 model. Look for the reveal of the Chevrolet Traverse replacement as well. We want this Buick Regal wagon rumor to be true
Tue, May 31 2016The car we know in the US as the Buick Regal is sold as a Vauxhall/ Opel Insignia in Europe, where it's offered in four-door sedan, five-door liftback, and wagon body styles. Call it a case of wanting what we can't have, but we like the last two body styles a lot. Based on a report from a Buick/ GMC dealer meeting in Austin, one of them could be coming to the US soon. According to a poster identified as 97GreenRS on the forums at GM Inside News, GM showed dealers the 2018 Buick Enclave, Regal, and Regal GS, as well as the 2018 GMC Terrain, and then confirmed it would offer the Regal wagon here in the US. While that wouldn't normally be all that much to go on, we know Buick has been toying with the idea of a wagon for some time. A Regal-badged wagon was spotted way back in 2011. More recently, we reported on a trademark filing for "Tourx" and "Regal Tourx," which suggest a long roof (Tour) and all-wheel drive (x). If the Regal wagon arrives alongside the base sedan and GS as a 2018 model, we'd expect a debut within the next 15 or so months. That would place it right at the beginning of the 2017 auto show season, which starts next September in Frankfurt, Germany. With that in mind, it seems possible the new Regal would debut first as an Opel Insignia before appearing at a US show like Los Angeles or Detroit, although there's a lot of speculation going on there. We just want to see "Buick" and "wagon" in the same sentence again. Related Video:
