Great Custom Buick gets 25 mpg, quiet, no check lights, no leaks, no
problems, handles nice. Good car for family, student, safe and
tons of space, big trunk. Non smoker vehicle, no rips, tears or stains.
Serviced regularly. Upholstery and carpets great condition. Car has been
detailed inside and out. Title in hand.
These are some of the features: Front wheel drive, 90% left on tires, dual airbags, cruise, A/C dual passenger, armrest with stow away cup holder, map lights, comp chip key, power: driver seat, mirrors, windows, locks. Window lock, trunk switch, Everything works from lighter to cruise control. Passenger rocker panels are rusted. Very common with these cars. Enough clean metal for sheet metal attachment or fiberglass mesh. There are scratches and dent on right rear fender from minor accident in 2009. Scratches and left bumper. See photos on all. This is not a problem car that I'm trying to get rid of. The owner can no longer drive. I am selling this car on behalf of the owner. I have driven it extensively, detailed the interior and exterior, and fixed minor issues. This car drives very nice, no undercarriage issues, no vibrations or humming. Motor is quiet and strong. GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect

The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
Buick Envision crossover to premiere in China
Tue, 01 Jul 2014Buick currently offers two crossovers: the compact Encore and the extra-large Enclave, leaving plenty of room to slot a mid-size crossover in between. And that's just what Buick is planning on doing. In China, anyway.
Previewed in the teaser above, Buick's upcoming new crossover is cloaked and nestled in between its aforementioned stablemates-to-be. Set to be unveiled in China sometime later this year, the model has been confirmed to wear the name Envision - at least in that market. That's the name which the concept version wore three years ago, but we're still waiting on word over whether that name will carry over to the US version or whether we should expect something different like Anthem. But we have to admit that Envision fits better in the brand's crossover naming scheme.
Shanghai GM isn't saying much about the Envision in the press release below, aside from it having "dynamic and assertive styling" backed by all-wheel drive and stop/start ignition. The last time Buick offered a mid-size crossover in North America was with the Pontiac Aztek-based Rendezvous that was discontinued seven years ago.
Buick Envision cabin detailed ahead of reveal later this month
Sun, 17 Aug 2014Buick teased the arrival of the China-market Envision last month and gave us a few specs, now it's teasing the midsize crossover's interior and features. Having said it will "set a new benchmark in terms of space, safety, performance and specifications," we're told that equipment like the heated leather steering wheel and Bose-sourced active noise cancellation are market firsts in the segment.
Elsewhere, light will shine on occupants through the panoramic roof during the day and via ice blue ambient lighting at night, and seating surfaces are being shown off with dual-stitched leather. Lane departure warning and parking assist help keep the bodywork in order, stop/start ignition fitted to the 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder with 256 horsepower and 260 pound-feet will help keep fuel economy up. One more convenience for the model's core buyers: a tailgate that can be partially opened.
The Normal, Tour, Sport and Off-Road driving modes come courtesy of FlexRide, that last one - meant for extra-light-duty dirt work, naturally - appearing on a Buick for the first time.
