Here is a nice clean 1941 Buick Roadmaster. It still has the original 16" steel wheels and all wheel trim parts and caps. The interior is all original and needs some love in a few spots (as seen in pics). The drivers seat has been hand patched as well as the drivers door panel. The engine appears to be completely stock and never apart. In fact, it is still running on the original 6 volt starting and charging system. Fireball Eight engine has dual Stromberg carburetors, just installed new 6 volt battery. Car starts, runs and drives as it did when new. Transmission shifts smoothly and clutch works flawlessly. It appears this car has been in Arizona most of its life as the under side of car shows no corrosion or rust. Tires are radials and have signs of sidewall cracking from being in storage. Paint is about 5 years old and was professionally done. I would rate paint at about a 9 out of 10, car has been garage stored for the past 8-10 years. Front, rear bumpers and grille have been rechromed. All lights and lenses are intact, spare tire, original jack and a repair manual all included in this sale. GM will recall more than 3.3 million vehicles in China for suspension defect
Sat, Sep 29 2018BEIJING (Reuters) - General Motors' joint venture in China, Shanghai GM, will recall more than 3.3 million Buick, Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles stating Oct. 20 because of a defect with the suspension system, China's market regulator said on Saturday. GM Shanghai said in a text message to Reuters that the suspension arm may be deformed under extreme operating conditions, but there are no known casualties related to the issue. The recall includes cars produced between 2013 and 2018, the State Administration for Market Regulation said in a statement. GM will contact those affected and repair the vehicles free of charge, it said.
