This car is a real head turner. Pull into a car show or stop in everyday driving and watch the people crowd around to see this very special car. This car has many features only available in extravagant cars including factory AC Delco Air Conditioning. I have owned this car since 1995. I have done very little to this car. It was in great shape when I bought it. I keep it in a garage. The windshield, windows, and all of the glass are remarkably clear. The body is sound and straight. No rust or body problems that I can find, and I have looked for a long time. The drive train is all original. The engine runs quiet and smooth and starts right up. It has never used oil and the exhaust has always been clean and clear even after idling for long periods of time. The transmission has always been strong and shifted perfectly. The interior is original and does need some normal work. Tires have less than 500 miles on them. The title is clear. The purchaser can take full possession of the car and title after funds have cleared my bank. Shipping or delivery will be at the purchaser's expense. I will be glad to help with pictures and information to make sure that the purchaser has everything that they need before bidding on this car.
The above mentioned vehicle has been described to the best of my ability, and as is the case with all pre-owned vehicles, the condition is subjective. It is to be assumed that all used vehicles have some degree of wear; as such I assume no responsibility for omissions or errors in my description. The vehicle is sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS"condition with no guarantees or warranties written or implied. Please be advised that no oral statements made concerning the vehicle constitute any warranty for this vehicle. All deposits to end this listing or hold the car for remainder of payment are non-refundable. |

Bob Seger's Detroit Made music video is an homage to the Motor City
Tue, 16 Sep 2014At this point, Bob Seger feels like the living embodiment of old-school rock 'n' roll. The Michigan native has been strumming out classic records like Night Moves for decades, and he just released a new single called Detroit Made. It sounds like a future staple of just about every classic car show within the next few years, and the video is dedicated to the Motor City, past and future.
Detroit Made is all about cruising in the city in a classic Buick Electra 225, perhaps better known as a "deuce and a quarter." It's straight-down-the-middle rock and could just as easily be from a decades-old Seger album as something new.
The video for the new single mixes shots of American classics cruising along Woodward Avenue with a contemporary look at the city. Sure, there are the well-known dilapidated buildings falling into rubble, but the people there aren't just letting the city die. Other parts show the attempts to clean things up and rebuild. Check out the video if you need a few minutes of old school rockin' in your life.
Opel Insignia OPC Sports Tourer shows its fresh face ahead of Frankfurt debut
Thu, 22 Aug 2013Drive down the Autobahn and there's any number of vehicles likely to pass you, and most of them are produced locally. But if you're wondering how that Opel left you in its dust, look closely (and quickly) enough and you might make out the letters OPC on the back.
They stand for Opel Performance Center (the German counterpart to Vauxhall's VXR line) and they adorn performance versions of the Corsa, Astra and Insignia. The latter is undergoing a bit of a refresh and is expected to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in a couple of weeks, but you don't have to wait that long as our intrepid spy photographers have caught it in the flesh outside an Opel facility in Germany.
Spied here completely undisguised in Sports Tourer (read: wagon) form, the Insignia has had a few nips and tucks performed, but we'll be more intrigued to see what it's got under the hood. The current model packs a 2.8-liter twin-turbo V6 driving 325 horsepower to all four wheels, but rumors suggest that the OPC (yeah you know me!) could have as much as 400 hp up its sleeve. That would make this one heck of a sleeper - especially in wagon form - and only make us pine for a more potent version of its twin Buick Regal to roam our highways, too.
