This is a true 2nd owner 1985 Buick Regal in great original condition. Every car has a story, this one was purchased new at Mistlin Buick in Modesto California as a surprise by Mr.Wheeler for his beloved wife Mrs Wheeler. This car was special ordered, power steering, power disc brakes, power windows, ice cold air conditioning, alloy wheels, working AM-FM cassette, and the list goes on. This Buick was her love, she never let anyone drive the car besides her husband. this car is all original and in near excellent condition. It has been sitting in a climate controlled garage since new hence the stunning condition. Its an awesome garage find. Since in our possession we went through the entire vehicle to insure reliability in preparation for being a reliable daily driver, so everything was rebuilt and or replaced to insure reliability. Even if it didn't need replacing, we replaced it as we wanted it as close to mechanically perfect as possible.

With the prices of Grand Nationals skyrocketing, these are becoming more sought after. This is an Excellent Blue Chip investment. Its an absolute pleasure to drive and gets tons of looks, thumbs up, and compliments everywhere we go.

The car has only 87k original miles no wrecks or funny stories. It just passed California Emissions better than a new car as per the smog technicians statement. The spare tire has never been on the car, the trunk is mint, as I was told nobody ever sat in the back seat as Mrs.Wheeler didn't have any kids or grandkids of her own.

This Buick is a real attention getter and a blast from the past thats only gong up in value, its an excellent blue chip investment. When ordered new, it was special ordered with the alloy wheels which really sets the car apart from others. We invested over $4000 including a rebuilt transmission, all new tune up, all hoses, belts, fuel pump, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, rebuilt  ice cold air conditioning and nice warm heater, it even has the original windshield! all work was performed by a certified retired Buick technition and the transmission and converter were just professionally rebuilt less than 1500 miles ago with a warranty. All the work performed to the car was to insure the car was in proper working order. As we never planned to sell. It needs rear bumper fillers which is easy and common fix which is just cosmetic. The paint is not perfect but has a nice patina to it. The dash, original OEM GM floor mats are near perfect as well. Please understand this is a original unrestored almost 30 year old classic. Its currently registered and ready to enjoy. Never been modified, lowered, etc.

You will be HARD PRESSED to find a nicer one than this one. NO RESERVE, high bidder wins! Thanks and good luck.

World wide shipping is available. Look forward to assisting the new buyers in a smooth transaction. We have a Clear California title and can assist with overseas buyers. Thanks and good luck. Please note: the mileage will increase as I'm driving the car daily, thanks.

Spy photos of the upcoming Buick Regal wagon, via the Opel Insignia

Fri, Nov 11 2016

We're pretty sure Buick is working on a Regal wagon. And because the Regal is the Opel Insignia on the other side of the pond, these spy photos show us what's in store when it eventually turns into a Buick. The rakish wagon was lightly camouflaged, giving us our best look at the upcoming vehicle. The wagon shares a lot of the same design cues as the Insignia sedan that we spotted earlier. The bottom of the front end is covered in heavy camouflage, masking the wagon's grille. It's unsure to tell whether the black nostril-like pieces sitting above the grille are vents or just tape. The prototype still shares the same upright nose as the model we spotted earlier, giving the wagon a wider stance than its predecessor. The side profile of the wagon is sleeker, thanks to the extra four inches between the axles, than the current model is, with the design mimicking that of a shooting brake instead of a traditional wagon. The rear end of the wagon is also more upright with the taillights and bottom part of the fender jutting out beyond the glass. The boxy design sitting atop of the rear end doesn't match the rest of the vehicle and appears to be a part of the car's camouflage. With the tunnel-like design at the top gone, the rear end would have a more streamlined design. With the next Regal expected to continue on as a rebadged Insignia, the likelihood of a Regal Wagon in the US look good, but aren't set in stone. Late last year, Buick filed two trademarks for "Tourx" and "Regal Tourx," pointing towards a high-riding wagon with all-wheel drive. Imagine these spy shots with a taller suspension and some crossover-inspired trim pieces and you have a wagon that could take on the likes of the Subaru Outback and Audi Allroad. Buick will cease using ‘Buick’ badge on vehicles from 2019

Mon, Mar 12 2018

GM Authority recognized that the recently unveiled 2019 Buick Envision is missing something: a " Buick" badge on the left side of the tailgate. Every other vehicle the carmaker sells features that script, but not the new mid-sized crossover. When the site asked about the omission, "representatives recently told GM Authority that Buick will stop using the brand badge on the rear of its vehicles, starting with the 2019 model year." The only identifiers that will remain are the three-color Tri Shield logo and the model nameplate, i.e., "Envision" or " Regal." It's a bold game for a mass-market major automaker, though Audi, Hyundai and Volkswagen follow the same trend. Even Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin affix their brand names to their vehicles within company icons or on brake calipers, albeit in small fonts. The coming Continental will wear the word "Bentley" across its trunk, silverware the present Continental does without. Porsche allows customers to delete model designations, but it must be requested. At the other end of the spectrum, the Ford Mustang Bullitt wears zero badges, but the Bullitt is a special edition of a well known model that otherwise advertises its provenance everywhere. Buick plays in hard-fought segments where mass appeal overrules instantly-identifiable design daring. Those kinds of carmakers usually want to take every opportunity to advertise every sale. Remember the last Buick to go without a make badge? The terrifically handsome Buick Avista concept that wore only two Tri Shield logos and its model name on the decklid. Perhaps that gave Buick some ideas. If the carmaker plans to start putting out cars like the Avista, then this move makes perfect sense. Update: A commenter pointed out that Hyundai vehicles don't have "Hyundai" badges, only the "Flying H." We've thought of some other brands/models, too. So Buick has mass-market company.
