This vehicle was maintained very well and has been service with Lucas Racing Oils. This vehicle has a new Performance Catalytic Converter, a new alternator with a Warranty from Tire and Battery. A New Battery with a Warranty from AAA. A performance by AAA shows No Voltage Problems, Results showd Good Battery; Voltage Results =12.61V Measured 1021 CCA, Rated 800 CCA, Temperature 29 F it was very cold during the last battery test. The Starter test results = Cranking Normal, Voltage 10.98V, AMPS=270.7A, Time 3.829, Charing System test = HIGH, .24V, Ripple 22mv. Drain Test 0.02A Pass. Test Code LOK-05G-1Q3-Q00. These testing results can be verified with AAA at 1 (800) AAA HELP invoice number 6235118 invoice comes with vehicle. The Window motor and Modulator replaced March of 2012, Brakes and Rotors replaced also in March of 2012. Transmission fluid drained by a machine and replace by the same machine. GM claims it's first to sell million 30+ mpg vehicles
Fri, 04 Jan 2013As we continue to put together all the data for the year-end edition of By The Numbers, General Motors has announced that it sold more than a million vehicles in the US last year that achieved at least 30 miles per gallon on the highway. More impressively, GM managed this feat using multiple strategies including small vehicle size, turbocharged engines and hybrid or plug-in technologies across four brands (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC) accounting for 13 separate models. This number will grow even more in 2013 thanks to cars like the all-electric Spark, the diesel Cruze, the range-extended Cadillac ELR and the Buick Encore compact CUV.
GM's small car sales were up 39 percent last year helping to attain this million-sales mark for 30-mpg models, and almost 40 percent of all GM sales consisted of cars with fuel-efficient I4 engines. In regards to more advanced means of improving fuel economy, GM says that it plans on having 500,000 vehicles with "some form of electrification" on the road by 2017.

Wed, 15 Oct 2014Generation Gap generally tries to adhere to a theme for each episode, and for the final video from the Lingenfelter collection, the series might have its best idea yet - limited-production muscle cars from General Motors.
On one side you get a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle COPO, and it's an absolute sleeper. Other than the SS wheels, this classic coupe looks practically bone stock, at least until the engine fires up. Under the hood is a 427-cubic-inch (7.0-liter) V8 making a claimed 425 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This was the sole year for the COPO package on the Chevelle, and Chevy only made about 323 of them.
The Chevelle's challenger is almost as rare and arguably just as cool. The 1987 Buick Grand National GNX looks just as mean today as when new. It eschews a traditional muscular V8 in favor of a 3.8-liter turbo V6 making a claimed 276 hp and 360 lb-ft, although that number is supposedly a bit underrated. Also, just 547 examples of the GNX version were ever built making it quite a collector's item too.
