Up for aucyion is a 1997 Buick Lesabre with only 89,000 original miles (it has the 6 digit odometor and reads 089,140 miles) This was a local trade-in at another dealer who I purchased it from. The dealer where the car was traded had always maintained and serviced it for the previus owner, it has had oil changes and lube every 3000 miles along with anything else that it needed. I personally drove this car today and I can honestly say that it runs great and drivers better then any other 16 year old car that I have ever driven and better then most 3 year old cars ! The car is vermont state inspected until november 1st and everything seems to work as it should on it. The only issue that I am aware of is there some rust on the rocker panels and bottom of the front fenders but would very easily repaired if you are handy at body work. I have a clear title in hand for this car and it shows that this is the actual mileage. I am a vt licensed used car dealer and I can provide a in-transit plate at no charge if you are from outside of vt and wish to drive it home, I am about 50 niles from the Burlington airport and I have a guy that will meet you there and bring you to my shop for $100 cash, I am 15 miles from the Amtrak station in Randolph and I can meet you there with the car if you want to come in on the train. if you wish to have the car shipped, I will store it free for upto 30 days while you arrange shipping. I do require a $500 deposit within 48 hours after the auction ends and full payment within 7 days with no exceptions ! All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. To sum it all up, this is great running and driving low mileage car that I feel you can drive anywhere without a worry but it is used and sold as-is! Thanks for taking part in my auctions and if you have any questions please feel free to email me or call 802-485-4920 and ask for Reggie

Opel Insignia OPC getting facelift. Will the Buick Regal GS see it, too?
Tue, 07 Aug 2012We've seen spy shots of the base Opel Insignia wearing facelifted front and rear ends, and now it appears that the more potent OPC version will be benefitting from a nip/tuck, as well.
The front bumper has been redesigned, incorporating new air intakes - toned-down versions of the model's signature fangs - as well as a new grille. Out back, there will be minimal changes to the overall fascia, most likely stuff like slightly redesigned taillamps, and inside, these spy shots show a larger navigation/infotainment screen sitting atop the center console.
This is all well and good for the Insignia, but we're wondering how these changes will impact North America's Buick Regal GS. No, it may not share the same powertrain punch as the Euro-spec OPC, but visually, the cars are nearly identical. When questioned about possible changes for the GS, a Buick spokesperson told us that the automaker "can't comment" on any changes at this point. Even so, we wouldn't be surprised if some small changes come our way in the next year or so.
OnStar RemoteLink mobile app coming standard on all new GM vehicles
Thu, 06 Jun 2013As an evolution and improvement of its OnStar technology, General Motors has announced that it will be expanding the RemoteLink Mobile App on most 2014 model year Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles. The new, aptly named RemoteLink Key Fob Services will allow users to remotely operate all of the same systems as the car's key fob, including locking and unlocking the doors and remote starting (on vehicles equipped with a factory remote starter) using a smartphone.
These Key Fob Services will be free for five years - starting from the vehicle's delivery date - but the full suite of RemoteLink features will continue to be offered only with a subscription (trial or paid). These premium features include contacting a live adviser, getting turn-by-turn directions and remotely monitoring the vehicle's diagnostic systems.

Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards
Fri, 22 Feb 2013The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.
