1997 BUICK LeSabre LIMITED-LLF~4 Door~SILVER Exterior-LEATHER Seats~102,000 mile Up for sale is this 1997 Buick LeSabre. This is a very nice car for it's age. Car is Limited and has many features such as: leather seats, cruise condtrol, power windows, power locks, power seats, power brakes, and is front wheel drive, The tilt steering wheel has controls for the radio, heat/air and ofcourse the horn. The seats are power, recline, has front and center seat control buttons and have duel climate control on front passenger side, The lighting has a sentinel switch, mirror light sensor, coutesy lamps, delayed entry lighting, delayed exit lighting, front reading lamps, and electrochromic day/night rearview mirror. The battery and tires are only a year or two old. All of the lights and turn signals work. The radio sound is very nice and has front and back speakers(I think the back speakers are Pioneer). There is also a cassette player but it doesn't work because the previous owner has a tape inside that is stuck(probably easily repairable) .The car also has front and rear defrost, inside trunk release button, remote keyless entry system(needs a battery)trunk lock release, dual sun visor, and visor vanity mirrors. The front seat has a center console. The exterior is silver in color, the body is in very nice condition with a few minor dents and no rust. The car has 102,00 original miles. I also have the owners manual. This is my personal car that I am selling. The reason I am selling this car is because I inhereited a newer vehicle. Car has clear title and is ready for sale. As stated above the headliner has a few rips, the air-conditioner clutch needs to be repaired, and the carpet has alot of wear(stained-not ripped). I do believe that the carpet would
clean up fairly nice. The window washer pump needs to be replaced(I was told it
was only a $12.00 item). The electric window switches stick from time to time. Car runs well and is dependable. Overall this a nice car. Sold as is. PICK UP ONLY! CASH ONLY! Thanks for looking. For information please email me at softdeni@aol.com. |

GM to offer 2 years free maintance on most 2014 models
Thu, 06 Jun 2013A day after Ford announced it was scaling back the complimentary maintenance program for its Lincoln brand, General Motors has gone in the completely opposite direction, offering most of its 2014 lineup with free maintenance. Since 2011, Cadillac models have all come with a four-year/50,000-mile complimentary maintenance program, but Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles will now come standard with free maintenance for two years or 24,000 miles for the 2014 model year.
The program will give vehicle owners and lessees free oil changes, tire rotations and 27-point inspections following the recommended maintenance schedule laid out in each vehicle's owner's manual. We contacted GM to see which vehicles were eligible for the program, and a spokesperson got back to us with the following comment:
"All 2014 models are eligible, it's just that the included services vary by model, e.g., Spark EV would not need oil changes, Corvettes don't recommend tire rotations."
Cadillac Celestiq, Lyriq, Hummer, other future GM electric cars: Here's everything we saw at ‘EV Day’
Wed, Mar 4 2020WARREN, Mich. — Today, General Motors held an “EV Day” event at its Warren, Michigan, campus to present its new “Ultium” battery technology, modular electric vehicle architecture and soon-to-come electric vehicles. Unfortunately, we were forbidden from bringing cameras into the event, so while we canÂ’t show you what we saw, we can tell you more about it. While we saw the previously teased Cadillac EV (which we now know to be called the Lyriq) and the GMC Hummer pickup teased during the Super Bowl, there were a number of other future cars at the event, which GM President Mark Reuss assured us are all real vehicles in the works. The biggest surprise came at the end of the event, though, in the Cadillac Celestiq electric sedan, which Reuss described as a future flagship that would be hand-built “very locally.” It had been hiding under a dark sheet all morning, with the front and rear illuminated Cadillac emblems shining from underneath. When the wraps came off, we saw a long, white, four-seat fastback sedan. The 23-inch wheels were pushed out to the very corners of the car, giving it what appeared to be a very long wheelbase. The model on the stage had no side mirrors or visible door handles. The grille mirrored that of the Lyriq crossover next to it, with integrated lighting in lieu of the usual mesh or slats youÂ’d see in an internal combustion car. The entire roof, all the way until it tapered to the tail of the vehicle, was tinted glass. In back, vertical tail lighting ran down the C-pillar before turning rearward across the top of the trunk. Inside, everything below the beltline of the windows — essentially all but the headrests and top portion of the steering wheel, was hidden from view. Behind the Celestiq, a large digital display showed a rendering of its interior. The dash consists of a pillar-to-pillar curved LED display serving as both instrument panel and infotainment system. Protruding forward between the front seats was another touchscreen that appeared to house some more controls, with open area, probably for storage, below it. The rear seats had the same sort of touchscreen between them. Built into the back of the front seats were a pair of rear-seat entertainment screens, much like we saw in the Lyriq. The door panels blended wood, metal and animated lighting to give character and a sense of opulence. GM interior design manager Tristan Murphy was on hand to tell us a bit more about the Celestiq.
2018 Buick LaCrosse gets a mild hybrid model, lower price
Mon, Jun 5 2017Update: Buick provided us with horsepower and fuel economy figures. The text has been updated to reflect this. Buick is rolling out a variety of updates for the 2018 LaCrosse, including a new mild eAssist hybrid. Like the previous generation LaCrosse and Regal eAssist models, this one features a small electric motor and an equally small battery pack that together augment rather than supplant the gasoline engine. The motor, attached to a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, helps to make takeoffs smoother and provide additional torque on demand. The gasoline engine still does the majority of the work, though. Combined, the powertrain produces 194 horsepower and 187 pound-feet of torque. It will also allow the LaCrosse to get 25 mpg in the city, and 35 mpg on the highway. While the electric powertrain doesn't provide primary propulsion, it does come with other benefits. The small battery means the LaCrosse maintains a folding rear seat. The battery also provides power to accessories when the engine shuts off at a standstill. This mild hybrid powertrain will be the standard engine for all 2018 LaCrosses, and they come with a lower base price. The 2018 model will start at $31,415, which is about $1,500 less than the lowest priced 2017 V6 LaCrosse. The V6 will still be available as an option, and Buick has updated it, too. The 2018 V6 models will also all come with a new 9-speed automatic transmission. The new LaCrosses will go on sale this fall. Related Video: Image Credit: Buick Green Buick Hybrid Luxury Sedan
