This is a convertible Buick Century of 1955. It is one of the most elegant convertibles that were ever made by the brand, belonging to GM. It was designed by Harley Earl's, it was one of his favorites designs, due to that back in the time it was considered that with this model GM had reached the top of the american car design. Its production reached 5.588 units.

The car is in Caracas- Venezuela but my commitment is to deliver it in Miami Florida. The car is going to be shipped via air and what I am charging is a small part of the cost of moving the car. I will take the other costs. I am an E-bay seller with years of solid reputation and a hundred percent trustworthy. I bought the car in 2006 to his original owner, who managed to recover it. When I bought it I replaced the front suspension, the shock absorbers, the hydraulic of the top, the vinyl top, the rubbers, the windshield, brakes and pumb and the tires. In 2009 it got a full overhold to the engine and Dynaflow Automatic Transmission. add a new carburator carter 4 barrel .Recently I changed its original steering to a 1959 Cadillac's steering, which gives it a better maneuverability. I have it functioning with a GM alternator but I will leave in the trunk its original generator and the electric mechanism of the seats as well.Mechanically the car is 100% operative, the paint looks good. The chromes of the bumper are not in perfect conditions, the same as the interiors and electric wire but it is a very solid car and it functions excellently.

GM throttles back Chevy Malibu, Buick LaCrosse production over swollen inventories

As inventory of the Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse continues to pile up, General Motors will be idling its Fairfax Assembly Plant for two weeks, according to Automotive News. This move comes about a month after the plant was shut down for three weeks in late December and early January for the same reason. As of January 31, the GM had a 94-day supply of Malibu stock while the LaCrosse was a little worse with a 117-day supply.
Just last week, GM announced that it would be investing $600 million in upgrading this plant, but it's unclear what future plans the company has in store for Fairfax considering slow sales of both the plant's models. We do expect a refreshed and more luxurious LaCrosse shortly and an early design update for the Malibu to be announced at some point this year, although we have had no official word as to when either will happen.

GM to offer 2 years free maintance on most 2014 models

A day after Ford announced it was scaling back the complimentary maintenance program for its Lincoln brand, General Motors has gone in the completely opposite direction, offering most of its 2014 lineup with free maintenance. Since 2011, Cadillac models have all come with a four-year/50,000-mile complimentary maintenance program, but Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles will now come standard with free maintenance for two years or 24,000 miles for the 2014 model year.
The program will give vehicle owners and lessees free oil changes, tire rotations and 27-point inspections following the recommended maintenance schedule laid out in each vehicle's owner's manual. We contacted GM to see which vehicles were eligible for the program, and a spokesperson got back to us with the following comment:
"All 2014 models are eligible, it's just that the included services vary by model, e.g., Spark EV would not need oil changes, Corvettes don't recommend tire rotations."

GM recalling 2013 Buick LaCrosse, Cadillac SRX over transmission software

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued recalls for the 2013 Buick LaCrosse and 2013 Cadillac SRX due to a problem with the software for the transmission controller. On about 27,000 SRX and LaCrosse models, the transmission could accidentally be shifted to Sport mode, which would reduce the amount of engine braking drivers experience.
NHTSA says this could increase the risk of a crash, but, fortunately, the required fix is simply an update to the software.
While we're on the subject of General Motors vehicle recalls, a small number (48) of compressed natural gas versions of the 2011 Chevrolet Express are also being recalled for a potential risk of fire or explosion. Yikes. Both official recall notices are posted below.
