This is a certified pre-owned vehicle with the extended warranty due to expire on 4/25/14 or at 100k miles. This car has been my daily commuter to and from work, with easy interstate miles. It has been garage kept and professionally maintained by a local BMW dealership. There are no mechanical problems and it just recently had its 75,000 service inspection performed by the dealership. This car is equipped with: M Sport Package Aggressive exterior styling 19" Premium wheels Sport-tuned suspension Active roll stabilization Sport steering wheel 20 way multi-contour seats Cold Weather Package Heated front seats Heated steering wheel Retractable headlight jets Other added features: Navigation, Harmon Kardon Premium Sound, IPod connection cable, Bluetooth, Park Distance Control, and Sunroof Condition The tires, Continental Contact Extremes, were purchased early 2013 and are in great shape with lots of tread left on them. The wheels are in great shape, minor curb rash on a couple. Brake pads were replaced 2013. The interior is extra clean, no stains, tears, or major marks. The plastic surface on the hand grab of the driver door is starting to peel up (see pic). The paint and body are in excellent condition. So, how do you actually pronounce that automaker's name?
Thu, Jan 21 2016You probably have that friend who always says Porsche wrong, or maybe it's someone who keeps reminding you it's actually two syllables. Whichever side of the pronunciation debate you fall on, you'll find someone to root for in the video above. And before you ask, this was all the video team's idea. So don't get mad at me for being the voice of reason. BMW Chevrolet Hyundai Nissan Rolls-Royce Videos Original Video nissan qashqai
TRANSLOGIC 147: CES 2014 Autonomous Vehicles
Wed, Jan 15 2014We head back to CES in Las Vegas to check on the progress of autonomous vehicles in 2014. We go hands-free on the highway with Audi, narrowly avoid a collision with Ford and hear all about BMW's drifting driverless car. But first we take a ride on Induct's self-driving Navia shuttle.
Chevy Bolt wins 2017 Green Car of the Year
Thu, Nov 17 2016We knew that a plug-in vehicle was going to win the 2017 Green Car of the Year award this year, given that all five finalists have a way to charge up. And when Ron Cogan, the editor and publisher of Green Car Journal, announced the winner – the 2017 Chevy Bolt EV – he said that the car itself represents one of those times in the auto industry when everything is about to change. Similar to the invention of the starter motor, things are about to get different. For now, though, the fact that the Bolt EV won an award sounds like the same old thing all over again. Just this week, it was named Motor Trends Car of the Year and to the Car And Driver Top 10 list. The other four finalists for Green Car of the Year included the Toyota Prius Prime, the Chrysler Pacifica, the Kia Optima (including hybrid and plug-in hybrid models) and the BMW 330e iPerformance. Last year, the winner was the 2016 Chevy Volt. Did Green Car Journal make the right selection this year? See the award ceremony below.
