You ar bidding on a 2003 BMW-Z4 Roadster. I purchased this awesome roadster in Jan 2009 with 39,800 miles and now has 44,990 on it. It has always been garage kept. This car is the most fun to drive you can experience with it's 5 speed transmission. I have a low reserve due to a problem it had when I acquired it. The gas gauge only registers to 1/2 full tank, when register says empty, it still is 1/2 full. But it never bothered me. The recent passenger side windshield crack is quoted at $250 to fix.
The buyer will be responsible for transporting the vehicle. |

2015 BMW i8 configurator is ready to show the future
Mon, 22 Sep 2014Good news if you're one of the lucky few that can afford the new BMW i8. The high-performance hybrid's configurator has gone live on BMW USA's consumer website, meaning you can head in and customize till you drop.
If you've ever played with a BMW configurator, you'll instantly feel at home with the i8's. You have the choice of four trim packages (your author refuses to use BMW's pretentious "World" trim names), followed by wheel and exterior paint options. The interior choices are fixed to the trim level, so aside from trim, color and the choice of two wheel options, there isn't a lot to pick out on the i8.

BMW i3 EV continues to shed camouflage
Thu, 11 Apr 2013As BMW gets closer to introducing the production version of its plug-in i3, we keep seeing the hatchback being tested with lessening degrees of design-obscuring camouflage. Last we heard, BMW is expecting to have the i3 ready by the end of this year, and the swirly, blue camo does little to hide its basic design in these latest spy shots.
We get our first clear look at almost everything above the wavy beltline including the silver roof edges and matching mirror caps, and it can't hide the dip in the beltline behind the B-pillar - matching what we've already seen on the i3 Coupe Concept unveiled at the LA Auto Show last year. Another change we notice is the lower portion of camo removed from the front fascia allowing us to see the air opening and the black, vertical inserts leading up to the fog light bezels. Judging by the "Hybrid Test Vehicle" stickers on the side of this prototype, we can only assume that this is the optional range-extended model.
