2004 BMW X5 3.0i

I am pleased to offer this 2 owner BMW X5 3.0i. This BMW is in immaculate condition with only a couple of minor imperfections all of which can be seen in the pictures. This BMW carries a near perfect Carfax. We also have service records from 62000 miles to current. We will make these records as well as the Carfax available on request. I will note that oil services and new brakes including rotors were performed at 96000 miles. The body condition is excellent with some faint scuffs on the rear bumper. I have tried to picture any imperfections so that you can see just how nice and original this BMW is. I might add that there is a light tint on the windows with some imperfections in the tint, none of which bother me and will assume the same for you. The interior is beautiful, soft creamy beige leather, sunroof and fold down seats that look darn near new. I do not have the front floor mats or the books. I have put a call in to the previous owner to see if he might have at least the books. A single remote key is provided. Needless to say this is a beautiful performing BMW X5 with everything working correctly. There are no mechanical issues and the tires are near new mounted on scuff free alloy wheels. One final note this X5 does have the factory CD player. As always my reserve is below market and reflects any paint touch on the bumper cover that you might have done. BMW rethinks all-wheel-drive M cars

BMW M hasn't been able to decide whether it wants to jump on the all-wheel-drive bandwagon or not (with the exceptions of the X5 M and the X6 M, which are based on AWD architecture). That might be changing though, since M's president Friedrich Nitschke recently realized that 70 to 80 percent of Mercedes-Benz E63 AMGs are ordered with all-wheel drive. Earlier this year, Nitschke said that there were no new AWD M models planned, so this comes as somewhat of a surprise.
"On our cars we are thinking of all-wheel drive, but it won't come before we get the successor of the M5 and M6," Nitschke said in a Motoring report. "That's the timing and it's not practical to react in the current life cycles."

BMW is testing AdBlue pumps in Germany. AdBlue fluid is used to remove NOx from diesel exhaust, and it is stored in its own tank within the vehicle. Filling AdBlue is easy enough for drivers to do it themselves, and with the proliferation of diesel vehicles in Europe, a pump filling system could make more sense than using the current hand-held containers. BMW is testing AdBlue pumps at three fueling stations in Munich and Berlin to help develop further AdBlue dispenser technology. Read more at Green Car Congress. Drivr Green Personal Transportation is a Tesla taxi service in Cincinnati. Two former employees of Tesla Motors founded the startup, which bills itself alongside ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft. Customers book a ride online, and are picked up by a Tesla Model S. The ride costs $2.50 per mile with a $15 minimum. Drivr currently operates three cars with seven drivers, with plans to lease another 10 Teslas and employ up to 30 drivers. Ford is opening a research and development facility in Silicon Valley. The Ford Research & Innovation Center, which will be located less than three miles from Tesla Motors headquarters in Palo Alto, California, is expected to be one of the automotive industry's largest R&D facilities. Law firms advising Fisker Automotive have been denied a $2.50-million fee enhancement in the car company's bankruptcy. Brown Rudnick LLP and Saul Ewing LLP were denied the extra fees, as a Delaware bankruptcy judge ruled there is "no evidence" that the firms provided anything more than what they originally expected.
