Rare Opportunity for a super low mileage Z4 M Roadster! I just purchased this a few months ago from Texas Direct, one of the largest used car dealerships in the world. I have put under 500 miles on it and have loved every second of owning it! Sadly, it has to go to free up the money we need to finish our basement for our growing family! So, here's your opportunity to get a great buy on one of the best driving cars ever built! The M Roadster has all the power you'd ever need, along with pinpoint handling and amazing drivability. Most likely, if you're reading this you already know about the Z4 M drivetrain, features and how hard they are to find with these miles. This Z4 M Roadster convertible has all the features I wanted. All the power options, premium Carver Sound system with dual subs, heated seats, memory seats, premium M wheels, and much much more. It has basically every option except for the navigation, which I didn't want anyway. It is finished in silver, with black leather seats and brushed aluminum trim. The seats are flawless, with no signs of wear, whatsoever. The car drives and handles like it did when it was new. It really is the ultimate driver's car - I have owned several Audi S4's, other BMW's, and other roadsters and have never had the combination of handling, power and comfort like you find in the Z4 M. 2015 BMW M3 is fast for the family man
Mon, 13 Jan 2014BMW finally brought its four-door M3 into the public view, showing the new sedan off at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. The new M3 represents BMW's return to small, wildly fast four-door sedans after a several year absence following the discontinuation of the E90 M3 Sedan way back in 2011.
The M3 enjoys the same 425-horsepower, 3.0-liter six-cylinder used in the M4, with 406 pound-feet of torque and the owner's choice of either an old-fashioned six-speed manual or a seven-speed M dual-clutch transmission. All told, the new powertrain should scoot the four-door M to 60 in a mere 3.9 seconds (with the M DCT).

2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata named World Car of the Year
Thu, Mar 24 2016Kicking off Day Two of the New York Auto Show, the World Car of the Year awards are finally being handed out. The overall winner is, as God himself intended, the Mazda MX-5 Miata. It beat the Audi A4 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class. The unique thing about these awards are that they aren't limited to the US domestic market (that's why they're called the World Car of the Year awards). For example, nominees for the overall award included the Skoda Superb, Renault Kadjar, and Subaru Levorg. In the Performance category, the forbidden fruit was repped by the Honda Civic Type R. But both the Civic and the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe were beat out by a far more expensive competitor – the new Audi R8. The fourth-generation Toyota Prius and the second-generation Chevrolet Volt, were two of the big finalists for the World Green Car of the Year award. They both lost out, though, to the Mirai fuel-cell car. Yes, a hydrogen car beat out two of the world's premiere hybrids. The luxury race that was perhaps the hardest to predict. That's because each of the three finalists have received near universal acclaim. In the end, though, the BMW 7 Series beat out the Audi Q7 and Volvo XC90. Finally, we have the World Car Design of the Year, where the overall winner (MX-5) and the Mazda CX-3 faced off against the new Jaguar XE. While both the CX-3 and XE are handsome vehicles, the WCOTY committee realized the answer is always Miata, and awarded Mazda's iconic roadster another 2016 award. This all started back in 2007 when the megacity urbanization trend hit full stride and BMW began brainstorming the 2020 future of mobility. The product was thus originally called the BMW MegaCity vehicle. Then the 'i' division of BMW was officially born in 2011, and we have since been exposed to various "leaked" images and official prototype unveilings of both this i3 and the i8 eco sports car. The latter (called i12 in the halls of Munich) was originally called the Concept Vision Efficient Dynamics and presented as a diesel-hybrid.
The time is now upon us for the market launch of the plug-in i3 (called i01 internally). The wider motoring public already has its opinions and BMW is listening to all of them, so there's a bundle of nerves around these limited drives of the i3 for a select few members of the media, Autoblog included. We came to an airfield outside of Munich and were handed an i3 test car to drive around a set course filled with blue- and white-striped cones. BMW tech experts were everywhere and some of the discussions around the various technical displays even got a little heated.
