Just in time for spring! 1998 BMW , M- Roadster convertible! Excellent running driving car with a BIG smooth running 3.2 liter engine, and 5-speed manual transmission. Loaded with all working power options; mirrors,seats,windows,top,and steering. COLD air conditioning, full instrumentation, wide factory wheels with NEW tires, and dual exhaust! There are some paint chips in the front of the car from road debris(look at close-up photos), and some scratches ,otherwise a very nice looking car. This is a strong running, smooth shifting,quick braking,and tight cornering sports car, just as BMW has designed. It also has a new timing chain,tensioners,water pump,thermostat, and radiator. We have all owners manuals,and 2 original keys and it is currently inspected and titled in Texas with a CLEAN title. BMW to unveil X4 in March
Mon, 04 Nov 2013It's been about half a year since BMW unveiled the X4 concept in Shanghai. But if you've been waiting for news on when it will reach production, the latest intel indicates it'll be announced next March.
Just when in March? That's the strange part. Inautonews reports having been told by BMW that the new X4 will be announced on March 14. So, the Geneva Motor Show, then? Not quite: although that show will still be going on then, the doors open to journalists like us on March 4, not 14. So either someone has got some details mixed up, or BMW - for some reason - is planning on waiting until after Geneva to reveal the production X4.
Whenever it does, we'll be looking at a slantback version of the X3, much like BMW did with the X5 and X6, giving Bavaria a rival to the Range Rover Evoque and Porsche Macan.
BMW M4 Concept leaked ahead of Monterey debut
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Last month, we heard that BMW might be bringing a concept previewing its next M4 sports coupe to this year's Monterey festivities. Well, thanks to the folks at USA Today, we have absolute confirmation of this by way of some leaked images. And goodness, she's certainly a looker.
While a few of us still find some of the 4 Series' design to be a bit awkward, it's hard to not immediately warm up to the aggressive bits of this hotter M4 concept. It certainly looks the business of a proper sports car, and a worthy successor to the M3 coupe. Of course, a lot of this will likely be toned down for the production version, which we'll likely be seeing at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January, along with its four-door M3 kin.
The official M4 Concept details will be revealed later tonight, but for now, have a look at a few shots of the golden show car in our gallery of leaked shots, above.
BMW recalls diesel X5 models over fuel filter heater

BMW has announced that it is recalling 1,540 examples of its 2009 and 2010 X5 xDrive35d crossovers produced between June 13, 2009 and November 9, 2009.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the model's fuel filter heater, which warms up the diesel fuel at low outside temperatures, can experience an electrical overload condition that may cause it to become permanently activated. This means the fuel filter heater could remain activated even when the ignition is off, which could lead to a dead battery. It could also lead to overheating, possibly resulting in a fire.
