2007 Bmw Z4 3.0si Navi Premium Sport Package Xenon Heated Seats Every Option!!!! on 2040-cars
Shreveport, Louisiana, United States
For sale: my personal 2007 BMW Z4 3.0SI, 64,286 miles on the odometer. This is an absolutely stunning sports car inside and out. Beautiful silver exterior with Imola Red racing seats. It has been kept in a garage everyday, hand washed/waxed once a week and only driven on sunny days! It runs and drives just like it came from the factory, with no problems whatsoever that I am aware of. I just had brand new BFG G-force 2 TA KDW Tires installed front and rear, $1,000. I also replaced the battery and starter, $1,700, less than 2,000 miles ago. OPTIONS To my knowledge this car has every 2007 factory option that was available. Aluminum trim DVD Navigation System Heated seats Power top Bi-Xenon Headlights Dual Power Programmable Memory Seats Auto Dimming Mirrors 10 Speaker Premium Sound System BRAND NEW BFG G-FORCE 2 TA KDW TIRES NEW BATTERY AND STARTER PREMIUM PACKAGE Air conditioning with climate control Ventilation system with automatic recirculation and active carbon filter Front seat back storageDriver and passenger door mirrors with automatic operation Automatic operation rear view mirror Storage package Fully Automatic Power Top BMW Assist On Board Computer SPORTS PACKAGE Paddle shifters Steptronic 6-speed automatic transmission CONDITION I know how difficult it is to purchase a vehicle online without seeing it in person, so I want to describe every possible imperfection so there will be no surprises upon inspection or delivery. I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia online only to drive over three hours to see a vehicle that was incredibly misrepresented from a dealership, so I want to point out even the smallest pin point imperfection. I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest Z4's on ebay, considering the year and it mileage. The condition of the paint is pretty much flawless, with the exception of the lower front bumper which has small rock chips as shown in the pictures. There is also one small rock ding on the hood and another on the driver's door; both are hardly noticeable. The wheels are in good condition, however some of the paint is chipping as you can see from the pictures. The interior is close to flawless. I have conditioned and cleaned the leather seats at least once a month to protect them from the sun's rays and it definitely shows. They are the same deep red as they were from day one. The bolsters and bottom seats do show some very slight wear, which is to be expected. There are no holes, rips, tears, or anything of the like in the leather; just slight wear from getting in and out. The bottom line is that this an incredibly beautiful car, in outstanding shape, and with the extremely rare Imola Red racing seats, which turn heads everywhere. Please email, text or call with any questions at all. I have tried to describe this BMW Z4 as accurately as possible and welcome you to come take a look at it yourself or send an agent before you buy. I can help arrange shipping if you are out of driving range. I can be contacted at patrickday1@gmail.com or 318-423-7614, voice and text. Thank you for looking and please feel free to contact me with any questions. This vehicle is being sold as is. And without any warranty whatsoever. |

BMW Concept Active Tourer Outdoor enjoys a day in the sun
Wed, 10 Jul 2013This BMW Concept Active Tourer has evolved for the nature and cycling set and premiered at OutDoor Friedrichshafen, a trade fair in held this month in Germany. The sturdy wagon is tweaked with new materials, accessories and ConnectedDrive features for those who do a lot of their living under the sky as opposed to inside their cars.
Under the hood is the same plug-in hybrid drive system we've were introduced to in 2012, featuring a transversely-mounted, 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor and a battery pack under the rear compartment floor. Total output is 190 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque headed to the front wheels, a claimed time from zero to 62 of under eight seconds, a pure electric range of up to 19 miles, a top speed of 124 miles per hour and claimed fuel economy of around 95 US miles per gallon.
The space behind the rear seats is the showcase, with a transformable compartment that can stow two bikes on built-in, retractable carriers. Remove the front wheel and seat from the bikes, then the frames can be locked into place using two rails and brackets. The wheels can be stowed in a holder attached to the right rear seat, the saddles can go into a compartment in the load floor. If you need to make a quick adjustment or a fix, you can do so since the bikes are aligned across the load bay.
Trump calls Germans 'very bad,' vows to stop their car sales in US
Fri, May 26 2017TAORMINA, Italy -Talks between President Trump and other leaders of the world's rich nations at the G7 summit on Friday were expected to be "robust" and "challenging" after he had lambasted NATO allies and condemned Germans as "very bad" for their trade policies. Trump's confrontational remarks in Brussels, on the eve of the two-day summit in the Mediterranean resort town of Taormina, cast a pall over a meeting at which America's partners had hoped to coax him into softening his stances on trade and climate change. According to German media reports, Trump condemned Germany as "very bad" for its trade policies in a meeting with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, signaling he might take steps to limit sales of German cars in the United States. "The Germans are bad, very bad," he reportedly told Juncker. "Look at the millions of cars that they're selling in the USA. Horrible. We're gonna stop that." White House economic adviser Gary Cohn on Friday confirmed the reports. "He said they're very bad on trade, but he doesn't have a problem with Germany." Cohn said Trump had pointed out during the meeting that his father had German roots in order to underscore the message that he had nothing against the German people. Trump's spokesman Sean Spicer said Trump had "tremendous respect" for Germany and had only complained about unfair trade practices in the meeting. Juncker called the reports in Spiegel Online and Sueddeutsche Zeitung exaggerated. The reports translated "bad" with the German word "boese," which can also mean "evil," leading to confusion when English-language media translated the German reports back into English. "The record has to be set straight," Juncker said, noting that the translation issue had exaggerated the seriousness of what Trump had said. "It's not true that the president took an aggressive approach when it came to the German trade surplus." "He said, like others have, that (the United States) has a problem with the German surplus. So he was not aggressive at all," Juncker added. In January, Trump threatened to slap a 35 percent tax on German auto imports. "If you want to build cars in the world, then I wish you all the best. You can build cars for the United States, but for every car that comes to the USA, you will pay 35 percent tax," he said. "I would tell BMW that if you are building a factory in Mexico and plan to sell cars to the USA, without a 35 percent tax, then you can forget that." Last year, the U.S.
Preserving automotive history costs big bucks

$1.8 million is spent each year to maintain GM's fleet of 600 production and concept cars.
When at least two of the Detroit Three were on the verge of death a few years back, one of the tough questions that was asked of Ford, General Motors and Chrysler execs - outside of why execs were still taking private planes to meetings - was why each company maintained huge archives of old production and concept vehicles. GM, for example, had an 1,100-vehicle collection when talk of a federal bailout began.
