2013 Bmw X6m, White, All Options, Excellent Condition, Low Miles on 2040-cars
Arlington, Virginia, United States
(many new pics just added) Hello, I am offering up for sale my beautiful 2013 X6M. Only reason I am selling is that I just moved to DC and don't really have the opportunity to use it as I should (also don't want to see it get scuffed up in this crazy traffic!) It's in absolutely excellent condition and contains pretty much all options available at the time of purchase. Had an msrp of $108k. Options include: Ventilated seat pkg, cold weather pkg, driver assist pkg, premium sound pkg, rear climate pkg, rear seat entertainment pkg, full led lights, side view cameras, full nappa, leather, etc, etc!!! Still under full manufacturer warranty and service pkg. No damages or issues of any type inside or outside.....even rims are in excellent condition. ***Note: I have the full BMW spec sheet that the dealer provided me from BMW. Happy to provide it upon request. It shows all of the option #s, interior and exterior color #s, etc. ***Warranty and service good through 9/12/2016 at all BMW dealers nation wide. I am the second owner. It was purchased new from a BMW dealer Denver by a international businessman who used in for about 8mo while in the US and then sold it back to the BMW dealer when he left the US. I purchased it directly from Schomp BMW in Denver. Happy to put you in touch with the BMW salesman if needed. I am motivated to sell before the holidays and before I change my mind :) Will consider all reasonable offers. Thanks for looking and happy shopping. Chris 505-231-9756 Cdetter@yahoo.com |

BMW M3 and M4 leak ahead of Detroit debut
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Images of the overhauled BMW M3 sedan and M4 coupe have leaked ahead of a debut at next month's Detroit Auto Show, along with option sheets and some specs.
Both wear the standard hallmarks of BMW's M division. There's a subtle power dome in the hood, along with the requisite M3/4-branded strakes on the front fenders. The front and rear fascia are more aggressive than what we've seen in the 3/4 Series M Sport package, as well. Split-five-spoke wheels mean the neither car will stand out in the family portrait and those gold calipers, meanwhile, signify what has been rumored for some time - the M3 and M4 will be getting carbon-ceramic brakes.
The cabin is home to the standard suite of M accoutrements, including a new steering wheel and more heavily bolstered seats. Special trim, including carbon fiber, will be available to further set these cars apart from the standard models.
Old vs. new debate gets new life with $25,000 Fiesta ST vs. E46 M3 showdown
Fri, 10 Jan 2014You know who you are. There's probably a few of you reading; the ones that say, "Why would I spend $27,000 on a new Mazda MX-5 when I could get a used Chevrolet Corvette with more power." Yes, we're talking to you, used car proponents. While it is a fair argument, it's not like used cars don't come with drawbacks of their own, though.
In an attempt to put this new-versus-used argument to bed once and for all, Matt Farah of the The Smoking Tire has picked up a pair of $25,000 cars - a used, but lightly modified, 2003 BMW M3 and a 2013 Ford Fiesta ST. Naturally, there's a comparison.
Farah, as he's wont to do, does get into the nitty gritty of what each car is like to drive, and discusses the merits of used and new-car shopping. But as he rightly points out while testing the M3, "So, it is a good car. But like any used car, it really does depend on the individual car."
BMW 2 Series Active Tourer pulls its way onto the stage
Wed, 05 Mar 2014We know what you might be thinking: here comes another BMW with yet another kind of roofline. Only this isn't just another BMW. It's the first front-drive BMW, and the first time we've ever seen it in person.
That model, of course, is the new 2 Series Active Tourer, debuting here in Geneva as the production version of the Concept Active Tourer and the beefier Concept Active Tourer Outdoor that followed. It shares about as much with the 2 Series Coupe as a jelly donut, but takes BMW into a new market segment - that of the high-roofed hatchback (or micro-minivan, depending on your perspective) occupied by the likes of the Mercedes-Benz B-Class and Volkswagen Golf Sportsvan.
Power comes from a choice of 1.5-liter turbo three, 2.0-liter turbo four or 2.0-liter turbodiesel - but aside from the forced-induction engines what they all the versions have in common is what makes the 2 Series Active Tourer newsworthy: they all sit up front, driving the front wheels. It's an idea BMW purists might not appreciate, but one we'd all better get used to just the same.
