I have for sale my 2005 BMW X5 3.0. I have pampered this vehicle since the day I bought it. It has been garage kept for as long as I owned it. It has been serviced by Bavarian Performance Group here in Winchester Massachusetts. They are BMW certified and BMW dealer trained. They do the same exact work as the BMW dealerships but for cheaper. The car currently has 94,720 miles but I am continually driving it everyday. The vehicle is in great condition for being a 8 year old vehicle with less than 12,000 miles being driven annually. The engine and transmission are in great condition. The transmission shifts smoothly with absolutely not complaints. While the engine has been kept in good shape with no problems. The wheels are in great condition, no curb rash or scrapes. The interior speaks for itself, the beige interior is absolutely gorgeous. There are no rips or tears. The carpets are also in outstanding condition. I have always used the weather-tech mats which help keep the carpets long living during our winters.
Some additional perks or packages
It has the cold weather package which includes both the heated steering wheel and both the driver and passenger heated seats.
It also has weather tech floor mats which are a real plus for the winter.
Another rare feature is the auxiliary input which makes it extremely easy to hook up any I-pod or Mp3 player. It is located right beside the cigarette lighter in the front.
The vehicle just had an oil change less than 500 miles ago. I have always used BMW synthetic oil and will continue to use it.
It also had brand new tires that were purchased less than 1,000 miles ago. They set me back over $1,000.00.
Problems:
The sunroof has no power, I was told that the the panoramic sunroofs are problematic in this model. When I first purchased the vehicle, it was working fine but I haven't had a chance to get it checked it. It is fully closed and does not leak or anything.
In the past few weeks, the car was hit in my parking lot at school. Another student accidentally scraped along my rear quarter panel. Pictures are attached. I have not got it fixed, only a few estimates which all totaled about $750.00. I do not plan on getting it fixed if I can sell the vehicle.
Sadly, my X5 was involved in a parking lot accident during this past August. Someone scraped along my front bumper. I went through insurance to get it fixed so it will show up in the CarFax/Autocheck.
Please call me at 978-494-4742 if you have any questions. I can send you the Autocheck if you would like, or you can purchase one yourself if you're more comfortable doing that.

This Or That: 1980 Oldsmobile 442 vs. 1989 BMW 635CSi [w/poll]
Thu, 09 Oct 2014The last time I roped a coworker into an automotive debate, I lost. Resoundingly, I might add. Still, 2,385 voters chose to cast their lots for the Fiat 500 Abarth, as opposed to 5,273 choosing the Ford Fiesta ST, and so I can rest easy in the knowledge that at least 30 percent of you, dear readers, see things my way. I still like to think we have more fun, too.
My loss in the first round of our This or That series, in which two Autoblog editors pick sides on any given topic and then attempt to explain why the other is completely wrong, didn't stop me from picking another good-natured fight, this time with Senior Editor Seyth Miersma. Last time, our chosen sides were eerily similar in design, albeit quite different in actual execution. This time, our vehicular peculiarities couldn't seemingly fall any further from one another: A 1980 Oldsmobile 442 wouldn't seem to match up in comparison to a 1989 BMW 635CSi.
How did we come up with such disparate contenders? Simple, really. Seyth and I mutually agreed to choose a car that's currently for sale online. It had to be built and sold in the 1980s, and it had to be a coupe. The price cap was set at $10,000. The fruits of our searching labors will henceforth be disputed, with Seyth on the side of the Germans, and myself arguing in favor of the Rocket Olds. Am I setting myself up for another lopsided loss?
2014 BMW 4 Series Coupe images leak out
Fri, 14 Jun 2013Because embargoes were apparently made to be broken, images of the 2014 BMW 4 Series coupe have leaked onto the Internet ahead of the car's official debut thanks to Car Design News' Facebook page. As you'll recall, the 4 Series is the replacement for the outgoing 3 Series coupe, its nomenclature falling in line with the rest of BMW's lineup, where coupes and convertibles will be set apart from their sedan counterparts by one number.
As we can see in the photos, the 4 Series takes a lot of its design cues from the 3 Series on which it is based, but there's a lot more in the way of attractive body sculpting, and this production model stays true to the original 4 Series Coupe Concept that we saw at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
We don't have official details to divulge just yet, but we can discern from the photos that the range-topping coupe will be the 435i model, likely powered by BMW's turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six from the 335i. There will no doubt be a 428i model with a 2.0-liter turbo-four underhood, and we expect BMW to offer its xDrive all-wheel-drive system on both models. Much like the 3 Series, a variety of trim levels will be on offer, including a top-spec M Sport trim that you can see painted in Estoril Blue here.
10 most memorable cars and SUVs of 2019
Tue, Dec 24 2019It's no surprise that a car reviewer will drive a large number of cars over the course of a year. Indeed, when the clock strikes midnight on Dec 31, I will have driven 75 new cars, trucks and SUV this year (and one old Peugeot) over the course of weekly evaluation loans and first drive events. That sure seems like a lot. Some definitely got more attention than others, and some came and went without leaving much of an impression – I completely forgot I drove a Kia Forte. Yet in the spirit of this day, I thought I'd pick the 10 that I would love to see under the Christmas tree tomorrow morning. You know, just in case you were looking to get me something. I'll also throw in a couple disappointments that were memorable for the wrong reasons. They'd get sent back to the store on Boxing Day. Lexus LC 500 Pictured below and resplendent in its Flare Yellow metallic paint, the car that would reach highest on my list is the divine Lexus LC 500. As a devout lover of GT cars, the LC ticks all the boxes. Muscular and characterful engine? V8, check. Beautifully made and memorable interior? It's gorgeous, to hell with Remote Touch. Check. Comfortable and reasonably practical? Superb seats and, uh, yeah. Makes me want to stand there and stare at it? You bet. Though I long figured my heart would say LC but my head "Porsche 911," after this go-around, that's no longer the case. LC, pretty please. 2020-lexus-lc500-f34-2 View 19 Photos Polestar 1 I actually feel lucky that I got to drive the Polestar 1. Only 150 will be produced each year, and it's a far more special thing than it would initially appear. And that's despite initially appearing to be a beautiful, classic two-door GT car with a roof so rakish it's only possible because it's made of carbon fiber. That itÂ’s a massively powerful plug-in hybrid with more all-electric range than any other PHEV is a thick dollop of whipped cream on a slice of Toscakaka. You know, Swedish dessert, Swedish car. Fine, I'll stick to Ikea references. Polestar1_Launch_SanFrancisco-0014 View 44 Photos Volvo V60 Cross Country Speaking of Sweden, did I drive this car off the road there? Sure did! And despite this, the V60 Cross Country scratches that certain wagon itch and looks sensational to boot. I wish it were available with the T8 plug-in hybrid powertrain, but it's best not to get greedy at Christmas.
