For sale is my personal 2006 BMW M6- this is a 2 owner car used as a second vehicle for both myself and the original owner. ONLY 26,*** miles on this near perfect machine. This 500hp monster has the full carbon fiber interior package, full carbon fiber roof and is equipped the the SMG transmission. If you are not familiar with this trans, its an amazing feature that gives you the luxury of a automatic with the performance of a standard. It is also equipped with the iDrive system, giving you the navigation, on board vehicle information center and heads-up display. It is also equipped with the optional iPod adapter.
The car stays covered in my garage 95% of the time, hand waxed once a month and never sees the road unless the sun is shining! I have both the stock and aftermarket wheels, tires have around 4k miles on them. The black 20 inch wheels retail for around $7,000! The tires on the factory wheels only have about 25% tread left. I am willing to sale at a small discount with only the stock wheels.
The original sticker on this car was $120,000!!! It is truly the most incredible car I have owned, and I have had many! I am only selling due to having a baby boy on the way and want to look into getting a performance SUV or 4 door we can all enjoy together.

BMW NA chief: US won't get enough i3 EVs to satisfy demand
Mon, Jan 27 2014Nothing boosts the mystique of a new product like a "sold out" sign, and it appears likely that BMW will go that route with its first plug-in sold in the US. The German automaker won't likely import enough of its new i3 plug-in vehicles to meet US demand, Bloomberg News says, citing BMW North America chief Ludwig Willisch. Willisch added that once everything is up and running, the US will be the world's largest market for the i sub-brand of plug-in vehicles, which we know will also include the far racier i8 plug-in hybrid and likely other models as well. The i3 will arrive at US dealerships by the end of May and US dealers are investing $2.5 million in upgrades in part to accommodate the new i sub-brand. Last summer, BMW said its i3 would have a starting price of $41,350, not factoring in government tax credits nor the gas-powered range extender (which tacks on another $3,950). Both versions will be allowed into the high-occupancy-vehicle lanes, even with only one driver, in California though battery-powered version will get the unlimited white sticker (as opposed to limited green one). BMW calls in 50,000 motorbikes over fuel pump leak
Tue, 07 Jan 2014If you don't often see motorbikes being recalled, it's probably because there's less to go wrong on a motorcycle. But a problem with the fuel pump on a wide array of BMW Motorrad products has prompted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a recall for over 50,000 of the Bavarian two-wheelers across America.
The issue revolves around the fuel pump flange on R-model, K-model, S 1000 and HP2 motorcycles built as far back, in some cases, to 2005 and as recent as 2012, depending on the model. The flange was found to be prone to crack and leak fuel, which NHTSA evaluated as a fire risk. As a result, precisely 50,184 such motorbikes are being recalled to have their flanges reinforced or, where necessary, to replace the entire fuel pump.
