Up for sale is a Rare color combo 2000 BMW M5. Drives and runs great, super fast car. Has a rebuilt Nevada title. All damage has been fixed by previous owner, I have owned the car since May 2013, bought another car and need to sell this one. Has 19" Rims, Two tone red and black leather seats, clean in and out. A/C is runs super cold, Clutch is in good condition, Tires are in good condition (slow air leak on one tire, needs air about ones a week) Loaded... Power Sunroof, 19-inch Alloy Wheels, Angel Eye HID Headlights, Fog Lights, GPS Navigation System, Leather Seats, Power & Heated Front Sport Seats, Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, Remote Keyless Entry, Cruise Control, 6-disc CD Changer Audio, Auto-Dim Rearview Mirror, Stability & Traction Control Systems. Car comes with 1 Key. Since I bought the car it has been showing the service engine soon light off and on, when reset it will not show up unless started cold. I bought the car in California and drove it to a dealer as soon as the light showed up, Dealer told me its the secondary air pump $600 to replace parts and labor included. Told me I can drive the car the way it is with no problems. This has no effects on performance its for emission purposes only, the car passes smog check here in Nevada. Wife wanted us to buy an automatic so we bought a Benz need to sell this car to keep my truck parked inside garage. Great Car, excellent to drive. BMW X1 EV for Zinoro spotted
Tue, 04 Jun 2013BMW has teamed up with Chinese automaker Brilliance Automotive to create a joint venture in China, called Zinoro, and it appears that an all-electric version of the X1 crossover is to be the brand's first model. Spotted testing in Munich, these spy shots show a more camouflaged version of the X1 EV that we saw back in April.
Comparing these latest spy shots, we can see that the Zinoro model will wear a completely unique front fascia that ditches BMW's trademark grille, but few other changes seem to be taking place. Previous reports indicate that this Zinoro EV could go on sale in China early next year.
BMW Active Tourer to hit US showrooms in 2015
Tue, 26 Nov 2013It's been over a year since BMW unveiled the Concept Active Tourer at the Paris Motor Show, and another four months since it brought the concept back in Outdoor guise (pictured above). Now word has it that the Bavarian automaker is putting it into production.
Although production specs and dimensions have yet to be revealed, the Concept Active Tourer came in a bit smaller than the existing BMW X1. The production version is expected to be based on the same platform that underpins the new Mini hatchback revealed last week in LA, meaning that it will be predominantly front-drive, but an all-wheel-drive version could follow.
There will also be a longer version with a third row of seats, forming part of a new generation of front-drive BMWs to take on the likes of the Audi A1 and Mercedes-Benz A-Class family, of which the GLA will be the Active Tourer's most direct rival. Expect the Active Tourer to arrive in 2015 with a new front-drive sedan to follow in 2017 aimed particularly at the North American and Chinese markets.
