I'm offering my beautiful rare 2002 Laguna
Seca Blue BMW E46 M3 Coupe. Desirable black leather interior and 6 speed MANUAL. NO SMG. *Premium Package*. Harmon Kardon sound system. Drives flawlessly. BMW only offered this color from 2001-2004. Clear title in hand. Very good physical and mechanical condition. Well maintained. Only serviced by certified BMW mechanics. Last oil change 7/10/13. All 6 ignition coils replaced last year. According to the dealership where the car was initially sold and serviced for the first 9 years any recalls were satisfied and inspections 1 and 2 were completed. It took me 6 months of diligent searching to find this car for myself. In the Autocheck report you will see a front impact with another vehicle almost 6 years and over 50,000 miles ago. It still maintains an exceedingly high score of 89, well above the average of 34-65. This incident occurred under the first owner. I am only the second owner and do not have specific details. You will see there is "No frame/unibody damage record" in the report as well. Upon inquiry during my own purchase of this vehicle the dealership told me the car was driveable, there was no airbag deployment or structural damage. This vehicle has a clean and clear title. BMW's new strategy: Electric everything
Mon, Sep 12 2016Mercedes isn't the only car maker determined to beat Tesla before it gets huge. Sources speaking to German business daily Handelsblatt claim that BMW is in the midst of planning an executive shuffle that will also include a big shift in its electric vehicle strategy. While the company would still offer ground-up EV designs like the i3, the new strategy would greenlight electric versions of some of BMW's most important vehicles, including the 3-series sedan, X4 crossover, and iconic Mini. If the leak is accurate, management is likely to approve the change at the end of September. We've asked BMW for its take on the report, although it declined to comment to Handelsblatt. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Munich crew change tack, though. While Tesla has received hundreds of thousands of Model 3 pre-orders, i3 sales dropped in 2016 – the upscale (if oddly-shaped) EV just isn't as hot as it once was. Totally uncovered BMW M3 caught by helmet cam
Tue, 29 Oct 2013Sure, we've seen - and even ridden in - the 2015 BMW M3 before, but always under the cover of camouflage. Proving that it's always nice to be in the right place at the right time, a motorcyclist managed to capture a completely undisguised 2015 M3 (codenamed F80) on video during a closed-road photo shoot.
Road & Track has the helmet cam video, which shows the bright blue M3 doing a three-point turn as it follows a camera car possibly for an upcoming commercial or launch video. While the images are grainy, we do get to see some of the styling details for the next-gen M3. Aside from the extra set of doors, this M3 looks a lot like the Concept M4 Coupe we met a few months ago, including the bulging hood, oddly shaped door mirrors and the wide, vented front fenders. The aggressive fascia, big wheels/low-profile tires and quad exhaust outlets all but confirm this is the production M3 we'll be seeing at the Detroit Auto Show in a couple of months.
