Im going to describe this the best I can. I was contacted by a friend to list this car( basically brokering) . The car was owned by an older gentleman who passed away. His siblings live on the west coast and just want the car sold. So here it is. I have the title in hand and this will be a cash sale please. With that aside here is the run down. The gentleman bought the car new at Burton BMW in Milford De. It was serviced there and was always parked in his garage. From what I have gathered this car was his baby. If you see it you would agree. The original stock number is on the key ring from the dealer when bought . The books are in the glove box and there are 3 factory keys. i drove the car 100 miles when I picked it up and its all there. The car runs out great. It appears to have a new set of michelins and the rims are straight(no curb rash). The interior looks new with the leather being perfect. It has power everything along with heated seats. This is a car I seriously struggle to sell without buying for myself. If you are seriously in the market you can not pass on this. The only two issues I saw was 1. the front left fog light is cracked which they sell at advance for $80. and the second is the radio needs to be coded. I saw a site online that charges $24 with the radio serial number. Appearently there was a new battery installed and the code was not in the books. Other then them to minor issues wow what a car. I will answer questions the best i can. Aagin Im selling for the family who will not be involved in this sale. I was left the task of selling the car on there behalf. The clean and clear title is in hand and the winner of this 7 day auction will be getting a like new M3.

2014 BMW 535d xDrive
Thu, 20 Feb 2014I absolutely love to travel, but man, do I hate flying. Not the act of flying itself, but air travel in general - slogging through the airport, dealing with security, fighting with delays, only to finally be crammed like cattle into a too-small airplane seat where you're offered $8 sandwiches that are half-frozen. (Okay, it's not always that bad, but still.)
So when I was tasked with attending the launch for the 2015 Subaru WRX STI in Carmel, CA, I had a choice to make. I could fly into San Francisco and find my own way down to Carmel, or I could grab a turbo-prop out of SFO and fly directly into Monterey. And since you're reading about all of this in a car review, it's pretty obvious which option I chose.
The current BMW 5 Series isn't a new car, despite receiving a couple of updates for the 2014 model year. But what is new is the 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline six-cylinder engine found underhood, borrowed from the larger X5 xDrive35d and also seen in the upcoming 740Ld xDrive. It's a honey of an engine, and here in the 5 Series, it makes for a truly first-class experience.
BWM 135i with M3 V8 engine swap combines two things we miss the most
Thu, Apr 16 2015If you've ever listened to the Autoblog Podcast, you've doubtlessly heard my views on the BMW 1 Series M Coupe. I don't much care for it. That's not to say it's bad, so much as it just isn't what an M car should be. Steven Ewing, Seyth Miersma and a number of other Autoblog staffers think I'm crazy (It's true, he is crazy –Ed.), but whatever. My position on the 1M would be dramatically different, however, had it been fitted from the factory with the truly fantastic 4.0-liter V8 from the E92 M3 (the last great M car, in this writer's humble opinion). Matt Farah of Drive took to the wheel of a 135i that's been completely reworked by Performance Technic and is owned by Marco Svizzero. The car required a salvageable E92 and what we imagine is an incalculable amount of wrench time, with the result being, as Farah says, "possibly the best BMW you could build at any price." Oh, and it sounds absolutely delicious. Check out the car in action.
MW's new Driftmob video shows the M235i like you've never seen it before
Wed, 30 Jul 2014Last month, we went behind the scenes of the filming of BMW's new Driftmob, web video, bringing you one post from the practice sessions, and another from the shoot itself, which took place in an enormous traffic circle in Cape Town, South Africa. Today, BMW has launched the final version of Driftmob, and it's pretty damn cool.
The plot is pretty simple: just like a flashmob, in which people invade a location and perform choreographed dances to music, much to the delight of surprised onlookers, the "driftmob" features a quintet of red M235i coupes that take over a traffic circle and perform choreographed dances - sideways - to the delight of onlookers. The only differences are that, in this case, the onlookers are mostly paid extras (though there were many unwitting passersby that joined the crowd at times) and the only music is a constant squealing of tires-a sweet song if we ever heard one. Then, after about two minutes of tire-smoking shenanigans, the coupes vanish.
As promised, we will have a more detailed, behind the scenes story about the filming of the video, including insights from Rhys Millen, Samuel Hübinette, Dai Yoshihara, Rich Rutherford, and Conrad Grunewald, the five guys who executed these remarkable stunts. Meanwhile, we hope you enjoy the short flick.
