This BMW has xenon projector head lights which are phenomenal at night! They are very bright and have a very sharp cut-off so that you do not blind on-coming drivers but you can see the road in front of you. It makes driving at night so much better.

Up for sale is a beautiful 2003 BMW M3 Convertible SMG with only 81k miles. It is a gorgeous Titanium Metallic color with black wheels and slightly tinted windows that give it a great look. This M3 is an incredible car. It has a 3.2 liter 6 cylinder engine that has 333 horsepower yet is smooth enough that you could let your grandmother drive it! It also has the 6-speed SMG transmission which is the best of both worlds. The SMG lets you drive the car like a regular automatic when you want or you can drive in manual mode and use the steering wheel paddle shifters to change gears. The car shifts flawlessly and is a blast to drive. The ride is sporty and very comfortable and the handling is phenomenal! This M3 is so responsive and feels like the tires are glued to the ground. This BMW has a power-folding convertible top that is in perfect condition both cosmetically and mechanically. You can even open or close the top in less time than it takes to sit through a red traffic light. The factory BMW navigation is very nice as well. It is easy to use and having turn-by-turn directions makes travelling in unfamiliar areas much more enjoyable. This BMW also has the factory Cold-Weather Package which includes heated seats. Heated seats are especially nice in a convertible because there will be plenty of days that are very nice out, but may seem just a bit cool to put the top down so just turn on the heated seats and you will be able to enjoy the top down in comfort! This M3 will turn heads. It is a stunning convertible that gets lots of compliments everywhere you take it.

This M3 is a stunning car that gets lots of looks and compliments. As with any used vehicle it is important to understand that this M3 is not new and that it is a very well cared for vehicle and it does have a few very minor signs of being driven such as light scratches or nicks all of which are very minor. There are a few nicks and scuffs on the cover of the 12v outlet in front of the shifter and the driver’s seat has a light rub mark on the bolster from getting in and out of the car. Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees in WI or at Capital Motor Company unless financing is being secured by a lien in which case there will be an additional $69.50 title fee as well as a $10 lien fee collected. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying any applicable tax, title, and license fees.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, and registration fees. All transactions have a $49 taxable service fee that will be charged to all buyers. All sales transactions must be completed within 10 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $250 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made via paypal or by credit card over the phone. Please call us to make alternate arrangements for payment.

2015 BMW Alpina B6 Gran Coupe challenges the M6 in New York

Despite being a well-respected outfit for decades, Alpina remains something of a mystery to many stateside BMW fans. In Europe, Alpina has established itself as a first-rate source for breathed-upon high-performance Bimmers, and it's looking to continue picking up traction on our shores. The US has received a handful of Alpina models through BMW factory channels, namely the 7-Series-based B7, and now we're getting another fast four-door with the debut of the BMW Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe at today's 2014 New York Auto Show.
The B6 Gran Coupe stands as an interesting sibling to the factory's M6 Grand Coupe. Both are propelled by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8, but the tunes are quite different. The Alpina produces 540 horsepower and 540 pound-feet of torque, which is 20 hp less than the M6, but with 40 lb-ft more torque. An eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive mean that the B6 is about half a second quicker to 60 miles per hour than BMW's own creation. Plus, the B6 has an unrestricted top speed of 198 mph, making it one seriously rapid 6 Series Gran Coupe.
The sport sedan also wears other Alpina goodies like 20-inch versions of the brand's 21-spoke wheels and exclusive color options. The B6 Gran Coupe goes for $118,225 (including destination), and will be available through BMW dealers immediately after the auto show ends. More info about the B6 is in the release below.

BMW 2 Series specs leaked?

Thanks to spy shots from earlier in the year, we already know what the new BMW 2 Series will look like, but now we know a lot more about the coupe courtesy of an apparent BMW South Africa error and some quick-clicking enthusiasts. Though the information no longer appears to be posted on BMW's South African website, 2addicts.com managed to grab most of the details for the new coupe, including the model lineup, specs and most (if not all) of the options list for the upcoming replacement for the 1 Series.
Just like the latest 3 Series, the 2 Series model lineup starts at the 220i powered by a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder, but the more exciting BMW figures to be the M235i with its 320-hp, 3.0-liter straight-six. With the automatic transmission, the info says that the M235i weights 3,240 pounds and will be able to accelerate from 0-62 miles per hour in 4.8 seconds - making it both lighter and quicker than the 135is currently offered in the US. The base 220i coupe should also be fun to drive with its 180 horsepower and sub-3,000 pound curb weight.
A quick side-by-side comparison of the dimensions for the base 220i with our current base 128i shows that the new coupe rides on a longer wheelbase (105.9 in. vs. 104.7 in.), is about two inches longer (174.4 in. vs. 172.2 in.) and is an inch wider (69.8 in. vs. 68.8 in.). 2addicts.com even shows available paint colors, interior trim options and lists pricing for South African-spec models. Head on over to the forum to check out all the info they have posted, but we expect the 2 Series to be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show early next year.

BMW confirms M4 DTM for next season

Fans of BMW performance had two events to keep an eye on this weekend: the reveal of the M4 Concept at Pebble Beach, and the efforts of the Bavarian automaker's DTM teams at the Nurburgring. What ties them together, however, is what BMW has in store for next year.
The German carmaker has confirmed that it's already working on a new M4 DTM to campaign in the highly-competitive touring car series starting next season. It didn't reveal any details, but we can expect the M4 to make the same jump to competition spec as the M3 did before it. And with some success, we might add: successive versions of the M3 have won 48 DTM races over the years, starting with the checkered flag which Harald Grohs claimed at Hockenheim in 1987 through to the same race which Augusto Farfus won earlier this year. After taking home the title for BMW in its first year back in DTM last season, Bruno Spengler also won at the Red Bull Ring in Austria two months ago, but the Bimmer teams seem to be having a bit of trouble defending its title against fresh assaults from Audi and Mercedes.
BMW undoubtedly hopes the new M4 DTM will help it turn another new leaf, and we're looking forward to seeing how it all shapes up. Read more in the press release below.
