                                                                                                                   LOWERED RESERVE!!!!!

I am selling my daily drivable Active Autowerke Stage 1.5 Supercharged 2002 BMW M3. I have over $45,000.00 invested in the car. It is in great condition without any issues whatsoever. If you are looking for a clean supercharged E46 M3 then you have found it. I bought this car a few years ago and brought it straight to the dealership to get it checked out. It was very well maintained by the previous owner and only needed a few basic service items that were all done at Braman BMW dealership in Miami. The exterior has a few rock chips as expected from highway driving. I just noticed the right front spot light lens has a crack(probably small rock chipped it on highway). The light works perfectly but the lens needs to be replaced. I will replace the lens for the new owner before delivering the car. No big deal but I am trying to describe the car the best I can. The interior is in great shape. I changed a lot of the interior parts that tend to scratch on these BMW's such as door handles and the bezel around the shift knob.  I replaced them with OEM BMW dealership replacement parts. It really is a clean looking car. I then proceeded to Active Autowerke where the no expense spared tuning started. Active Autowerke builds daily drivable reliable monsters and that is exactly what this M3 has become. This is your chance to own an Active Autowerke Supercharged M3 at a fraction of what it costs to build it. Here are the list of parts that have been installed less than 2000 miles ago.

Installation and Tuning (Approximately):                                                                          $ 4000.00

Total                                                                                                                              $ 24,690.49

I know for sure I am forgetting some parts and costs but this is what I can remember. All of these parts where installed by Active Autowerke Headquarters in Miami, Florida. For those of you who know BMW's and tuning, I do not need to explain what Active Autowerke is all about and how amazing their work is. For those that do not know, Active Autowerke is one of the best if not to say the best BMW tuning company in the United States for BMW's. Just take a look at their website. With quality comes a price. The purchasing and installation of all these parts at Active Autowerke has come at a great price to me. This is not a car that has been modified by some guy who does not know what he is doing. This is a professionally upgraded M3. It has been dyno tuned to over 500 hp. It is capable of much more with the upgrade kit to a full Stage 2 for not much money. All the parts that have been installed on the car are either new or less than 2000 miles old. I have receipts to prove it.

The reason the car has this little miles on it is because I live both in Florida and in the Caribbean. The car was actually shipped to the Caribbean for a car show and then shipped back to Florida after the show. It won best/cleanest modified car class in the show. Carfax will show this export/import. It is a clear title car with no mileage rollback or anything strange of that kind. I have not driven the car much. It is a garage queen and is only driven on weekends when I had the time. It truly is a blast to drive. As you might be able to see from the pictures, the car has just been at Active Autowerke Headquarters in Miami, Florida where it has just been serviced and is fully ready to go. I just spent over $ 5,000.00 USD at Active Autowerke for this service including the new Ground Control/Koni Adjustable suspension. I wanted to make sure the car was in perfect condition before listing it for sale and it does not get more ready to go than this car is right now.The reason I am selling the car is because I have decided to move away from the BMW world and buy a Nissan GTR. There is a rather low reserve on this car so please only bid if you have the funds to pay. Please feel free to contact me via email to setup a viewing of the car.

Totally uncovered BMW M3 caught by helmet cam

Tue, 29 Oct 2013

Sure, we've seen - and even ridden in - the 2015 BMW M3 before, but always under the cover of camouflage. Proving that it's always nice to be in the right place at the right time, a motorcyclist managed to capture a completely undisguised 2015 M3 (codenamed F80) on video during a closed-road photo shoot.
Road & Track has the helmet cam video, which shows the bright blue M3 doing a three-point turn as it follows a camera car possibly for an upcoming commercial or launch video. While the images are grainy, we do get to see some of the styling details for the next-gen M3. Aside from the extra set of doors, this M3 looks a lot like the Concept M4 Coupe we met a few months ago, including the bulging hood, oddly shaped door mirrors and the wide, vented front fenders. The aggressive fascia, big wheels/low-profile tires and quad exhaust outlets all but confirm this is the production M3 we'll be seeing at the Detroit Auto Show in a couple of months.
We've put together a gallery using screen shots from the video, but check out the video posted below to see the new M3 in motion.

BMW M4 sheds some camouflage for latest test run

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

Last time we saw the upcoming BMW M4 out testing, it was heavily clad with camouflage and decidedly homely looking (as most early development mules are). But in this latest set of photos, the M3 coupe successor has started to come into its own skin, and we're seeing a shape more closely akin to that of a rendering we brought you a few months back.
Unsurprisingly, the M4 coupe looks very similar to the 4 Series Concept that BMW debuted at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year. And while non-M version of the 4er will likely look a bit more sedate, these spy shots clearly show an aggressive front fascia, large wheels and the usual quad-exhaust rounding out the rear end.
Naturally, the M3 sedan will launch before this M4 coupe (and convertible), and powertrain details are still unclear as of this writing. We understand that the current M3's naturally aspirated V8 will be axed in favor of some sort of turbocharged six-cylinder engine, and we've heard plenty of rumors as to what, exactly, it might be, but we have yet to hear any official confirmation.

2015 BMW 228i Convertible

Thu, Feb 5 2015

BMW history is littered with small, four-seater convertibles that offer style, spirited performance and driving flexibility. These days it's the 2 Series range, not the 1 or the 3, that carries on the droptop-driver's-car tradition, and the 2015 228i Convertible will the first flavor of it to hit US shores. With prices starting in the upper $30k range, conservative but attractive exterior styling and just enough interior comforts and amenities to feel like a true-luxury player, the 228i makes a strong initial case for itself as either a first or second vehicle. Concurrent with my First Drive of the 2015 BMW X6 M, the Germans brought along their new 2 for testing along some pretty mellow Texas driving routes outside of Austin. With roads that ranged from sweeping country lanes to small town streets, and weather changing handily from cold and misty to bright and warm, I got a good sample of what the new open-top 2 can do. Drive Notes I'll admit to getting behind the wheel of the 228i convertible with a bit of a bias: the old 1 Series line, including the droptop, was amongst my favorite BMW models in years. In terms of overall character, this 2 Series has mellowed a lot versus the chuckable, cheerful 1er. The steering response isn't quite so whip-fast, and the longer wheelbase means it's less willing to rotate overall. Of course, the 2, especially in convertible form, does feel better suited for the stereotypical small, premium convertible driver, too. Ride quality over our mostly smooth-road drive route was placid and controlled, and steering still felt steady and weighty on center and with lock added in. The car also offers really well-sorted protection from wind buffeting and noise, both with the top raised and lowered. I drove topless on the highway and on surface streets, and was impressed at how cozy I felt with the wind deflector erected and the windows up. Cold-weather convertiblers should do well with this BMW (especially when the xDrive AWD car launches, later in the year). Erect the folding soft top – a feature that's available at speeds up to 30 miles per hour – and the NVH experience is transformed. BMW says that the top-up wind noise has been reduced "by half" versus the 1 Series – a fact that I had no trouble believing after the first few seconds. Wind rush is basically eliminated with the roof raised, and the car becomes a downright conversational space thusly set up.
