This is a beautiful BMW M3 with documented very low mileage. This car was bought new and has been in the family the entire time.

It has a salvage title by error.....it was in two minor accidents: One in 1998 and another in 1999, both caused from snow and ice on the road. The only thing that has been repaired on the car is the front bumper and hood. The car was then completely repainted in 1999 to the stock Dakar Yellow color. This car has never been totaled by the insurance company nor was it claimed as salvage.

When the owners moved to California in 2004, they decided to title the car in the wifes name, and they marked on the California registration and title papers that the car had been in two accidents and California DMV issued them a "Salvaged" title with out them knowing about it. They have not gone back to DMV to try to get it fixed. The Carfax report clearly shows that this car WAS NOT totaled or salvaged. The frame and body is in excellent conditioned, always garaged and very seldom driven.

The car has been sitting in the garage for most of the last 5 years. It needs a valve adjustment, as the valves are making a little noise (it may be old gas also). The front window has crack (tried to show in the pictures).

The engine runs very strong and smooth,( even with the old gas ).

It has stock M3 rims, BMW Motorsports ground effects, front spoiler, and Hamann rear wing. Original M3 interior is in excellent condition, no tears or rips.

All gauges work fine and the radio plays good.

You are welcome to come and inspect the car or have someone inspect the car for you. You will not find a nicer M3, low mileage car, on Ebay.

BMW 3 Series set for mild facelift

The latest BMW 3 Series is pretty new, right? Well it's been on the market for the better part of three years now. And on a typical six-year production cycle, that means it's halfway through its life. It only makes sense, then, that BMW should be preparing a little mid-life facelift, and that's just what we appear to be looking at in these latest spy shots.
The changes will likely be minimal when the revised 3 Series debuts sometime in the middle of next year, with the visual changes to the exterior centering around a new front bumper. New lighting front and rear may also be part of the package, and you can also expect some updates to the interior while those Bavarian engineers are at it. BMW working with Dainese to put airbags in motorcycle suits [w/video]

Addressing the safety concerns of its customers, BMW Motorrad is co-developing a rider suit with Dainese to feature something that's much more common in automobiles: airbags.
Starting with Dainese's D-air Protect System, which is made up of inflatable protectors that deploy in 15 milliseconds, the two companies will integrate the technology into a BMW Motorrad brand, one-piece racing suit, the DoubleR RaceAir. Later a different, street-oriented airbag system that can be retrofitted to bikes will be offered to Beemer riders.
The DoubleR RaceAir is expected to be presented at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan in November, after all required crash testing has been completed.

Pricing for the new coupe starts at $32,100 for the 228i and $43,100 for the M235i that we showed you earlier today - not including $925 for destination. And before you break out the torches and pitchforks, know that those numbers compare favorably with the current 128i Coupe and 135is Coupe, which start at $31,500 and $43,550, respectively.
