CONDITION OF VEHICLE: This BMW is in beautiful condition.
I am very meticulous and take excellent care of my cars. I am a BMW
enthusiast and this is my seventh, I currently own two. This car has NEVER been
in an accident and it is in very good condition inside and out and runs
beautifully. There are no dents, scratches or dings of
significance on this car. It was just professionally polished and waxed and is
ready to go. The leather has always been conditioned and is in phenomenal
condition. You will not be disappointed. Clear title/pink slip in hand. This vehicle
absolutely stands out from the others. For the last 10 years this car has been
driven on the freeway as a daily commuter on a 60 mile round trip. Always
garaged. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The stereo is a brand new Pioneer in dash CD player
with wireless blue tooth for your cell phone. I encourage potential buyers to view the car, ask
any questions or arrange an inspection by a BMW dealer or private shop prior to
bidding. I have done my
best to represent this vehicle as well as I possibly can through pictures and

Next-generation BMW 5 Series spied in Touring trim
Wed, 10 Jul 2013It almost seems as if BMW just started selling the current-generation 5 Series, yet one of our spy photographers has already spotted a next-generation prototype in Touring form. Little is known about the luxury wagon in this early stage of testing, but it is expected to weigh much less than the current car, which, in 528i Touring guise with an automatic transmission, tips the scale at over 3,800 pounds. It is also expected to have the latest in driver-assistance technology. Despite the weight savings, and judging from the photos, it looks to have proportions similar to the current car, but don't expect the makeshift headlight and taillight clusters to make it onto the production model.
The crucial question for potential Touring customers in the United States is whether BMW will do the unexpected and import it here. The company's track record indicates that it will be sold in Rest of World markets only, but we're hoping that the next 5 Series will end the Touring's U.S. hiatus (and the 5 Series Gran Turismo's reign), which began in 2003 at the end of the E39 generation.

Recharge Wrap-up: Renault-Nissan at COP22, BMW launches Cruise e-Bike
Thu, Oct 6 2016The Renault-Nissan Alliance has been chosen to provide a fleet of electric cars for the UN's COP22 Climate Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco. The group will provide 50 passenger EVs – the Renault Zoe, Nissan Leaf, and Nissan e-NV200 – to shuttle delegates to and from conference venues. The Alliance will also provide more than 20 charging stations to support the shuttle fleet. The group provided electric shuttles for the historic COP21 summit in Paris last year. Read more from Renault-Nissan. FCA, Iveco, and gas grid company Snam have signed an agreement to boost natural gas as a cleaner alternative fuel for Italy. Under the Memorandum of Understanding, FCA and Iveco will work together to develop CNG vehicles, while Snam will invest in CNG supply facilities like filling stations to support a growing fleet. Italy leads Europe in the amount of natural gas consumed for transport, with 1 million vehicles currently on the road. Read more at Green Car Congress. LG Chem has officially announced it will build a battery plant in Poland to the tune of about $340 million. Located near Wroclaw in southwestern Poland, the plant is expected to produce 100,000 batteries a year for 200-mile EVs beginning in 2019. The plant could help Poland in its goal to reduce pollution by introducing a million EVs on its roads by 2025. "We will turn the Poland EV battery plant into a mecca of battery production for electric vehicles around the world," says UB Lee, President of LG Chem's Energy Solution Company. Its Bosch Performance Line electric motor provides electric assistance at speeds of up to 15 mph. The battery can be either be removed or remain on the bike for charging, which takes 3.5 hours for a full charge. "BMW aims to be the leading provider of premium mobility services, and our bicycle collection furthers that mission," says BMW Accessory and Lifestyle Manager Eric Riehle.
