Odometer Readings: Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the vehicle may be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay.

Bidding: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's "User Agreement".

Bidder's Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.

Financing: If you need help with financing, please do not bid unless your financing has been approved. Some banks have year and/or mileage restrictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of this prior to bidding.

Buyer's Inspection: Pre-sale inspections are welcome. All inspections are to be done on site only. Inspections must be done BEFORE bidding, only. Inspection fees if any, are Buyers responsibility.

Warranty: This vehicle is being sold strictly "AS-IS" with no warranty or guarantees offered or implied. While we do try and describe the car accurately, it still remains a used vehicle with possible issues that are unknown to the seller.  Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of this vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment.  

Payments: A deposit of $500.00 via Paypal must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days via Bank Wire, Cashier's Check, or Cash in person . However, the vehicle and title will not be released until payment clears our bank. Paypal will only be accepted for the $500 deposit.

Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state.  A $140.00 Auction services fee will be added to the sales price. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. California buyer's will also be charged sales tax, smog and registration costs.

Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.
