So, I have many of the past records of service for this 2002. The car had low mileage when I got it and I have put on much more, at least 150,000 miles. Original paint, lights, seats, fuel system. I have replaced alternator, starter, turn signal and misc. little stuff that faded away in time. Original unbroken speedometer was in kph instead of mph, also still has inset parking lights (euro), and euro style chrome bumpers. As I said above it has original paint and some rust, but not in the wheel wells in the trunk, or floorboard. It has been in dry New Mexico since 1974 so body is strong. I would recommend new plugs, electronic ignition, 320 style radiator, new seat belts, mats, etc. It has a clear title and is ready to drive anywhere or be picked up, or shipped with the buyer paying. Extra parts from various "02s, roundies and rectangular, numerous solex and weber carbs (it has original solex now).
Looking over the photos I also see a different top back seat (another vehicle), no a/c, no radio, no center console, seats are cracked, so is dash, mileage is unknown (I have original kph cluster and a few other broken. One in photo is barely working, (no tach or odometer). VIN is 3664228, engine and body are same VIN. Oh yes, and the spare tire well is well rusted, yet still holding spare intact. No emission control, as we do not have inspections in Northern NM. I do not have the original steering wheel and somehow misplaced others like it.
More, rocker panel trim is gone and rust is in places along that edge. Catalytic converter is also gone and exhaust system could do with overhaul although it is not loud or leaking.
I welcome questions, thanks for looking and reading.

Car technology I'm thankful and unthankful for
Mon, Nov 27 2017The past few years have seen a surge of tech features in new vehicles — everything from cloud-based content to semi-autonomous driving. While some of it makes the driving experience better, not all tech is useful or well thought out. Automakers who are adept at drivetrains, ride quality and in-cabin comforts often fail at infotainment interfaces and connectivity. From testing dozens of vehicles each year and in the spirit of gratitude, here are three car tech features I'm thankful — and a trio I could live without. Thanks Connected search: This seems like a no-brainer since everyone already has it on their smartphones, but not all automakers include it in the dashboard and as part of their nav systems. The best ones, such as Toyota Entune, leverage a driver's connected device to search for a range of services and don't charge a subscription or require a separate data plan for the car. I also like how systems like Chrysler Uconnect use Yelp or other apps to find everything from coffee to gas stations and allow searching via voice recognition. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: It took two of the largest tech companies to get in-dash infotainment right. While they have their disadvantages (you're forced to use Apple Maps with CarPlay, for example), the two smartphone-integration platforms make it easier and safer to use their respective native apps for phoning, messaging, music and more behind the wheel by transferring a familiar UI to the dashboard — with no subscription required. Heated seats and steering wheels: I really appreciate these simple but pleasant features come wintertime. It's easy to get spoiled by bun-warmers on frosty mornings and using a heated steering wheel to warm the cold hands. I recently tested a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E400 Coupe that also had heated armrest that added to a cozy luxury experience. Bonus points for brands like Buick that allow setting seat heaters to turn on when the engine is remotely started. No thanks Automaker infotainment systems: Automakers have probably poured millions into creating their own infotainment systems, with the result largely being frustration on the part of most car owners. And Apple CarPlay and Android Auto coming along to make them obsolete. While some automaker systems, such as Toyota Entune and FCA's Uconnect, are easy and intuitive to use, it seems that high-end systems (I'm looking at you BMW iDrive and Mercedes-Benz COMAND) are the most difficult.

BMW M4 vs. Lexus RC F in Head 2 Head sports coupe showdown
Wed, 29 Oct 2014It's the showdown everyone's been looking forward to, the East versus West grudge match of the year. We're talking, of course, about the BMW M4 versus the Lexus RC F.
Although BMW uses a twin-turbo straight-six and the Lexus uses a free-breathing V8, the two are pretty closely matched on paper: a luxury coupe with over 400 horsepower channeled to the rear wheels.
The BMW has been doing these cars for longer, and the M4 boasts a higher power-to-weight ratio. But then the RC F has more power - and without forced induction to break up the rev range. So which is the better luxury muscle coupe? Watch the latest episode of Motor Trend Head 2 Head to find out.
