Up for auction is a 2011 Alpine White BMW 1 series M Coupe
22 original miles!
If you're looking for a 1 series M coupe this is the one. You simply won't find a cleaner example of this amazing car. Two owner car originally purchased (new) in Chicago at BMW of Schererville. At that time it was lowered by the dealer 1 inch with H&R lowering springs. It was then driven to a garage, placed on jack stands and covered with a car cover. In Feb 2012 we bought it and shipped it to Denver where it has been garaged and covered since.
Alpine White with Black Boston leather and factory equipped premium package.
Car is stock with the following exceptions:
- Lowered 1 inch with H&R lowering springs.
- Black BMW kidney grill.
- Black M series side markers.
- All stock parts including the owner's manual, and a second set of floor mats included with the sale.
Buyer is responsible for shipping vehicle and selecting carrier. I will make myself available to work with the shipping company or am willing to pick buyer up at Denver International Airport.

Vorsteiner BMW M4 GTRS4 shows how to do a widebody at SEMA
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Part of the joy of the SEMA Show is that all of the best tuners in the world are competing to show off their wares, and the challenge often pushes the companies into some absolutely insane directions. Case in point: Vorsteiner and its ludicrous GTRS4 wide body kit with the BMW M4.
According to Auto Evolution, the kit reportedly adds 4 inches in the front to fit 10.5-inch-wide wheels and a massive 7-inches more in the rear to snug in 13.5-inch-wide wheels, but spinning around the BMW in these images makes the changes look even more extreme. Beyond just the extra room in the fenders, the lower air intakes are ready to suck in huge volumes of cool air, and there's a front splitter to keep things planted. The front and rear extensions are joined by side sills that grow the farther back they go. Finally, at the rear, the M4 gets a reworked diffuser with mesh inserts.

BMW X2 in the works?
Thu, 20 Mar 2014BMW could bring yet another niche-busting product to the market in 2017 if a report form a forum is to be believed. According to the BMW X1 Forum of Bimmerpost, 2017 could see the debut of the BMW X2. Yes, X2.
Allegedly, this car will ride on the UKL platform, which is slated to underpin both the next-generation Mini Countryman and BMW X1. The X2, though, will play the role occupied by the X6 relative to the X5 - that means it'll be the same basic vehicle with a more sporting (i.e. less practical) roofline. The denizens of the forum claim the X2 will only be offered with xDrive all-wheel drive, and unlike the X6 and soon-to-arrive X4, it will be available in both three and five-door variants.
We reached out to BMW for comment, and got the typical "There's no plans as of right now" statement, although spokesman Dave Buchko did add that, "It's fun to speculate."
BMW Concept 90 Motorcycle debuts at Villa d'Este
Fri, 24 May 2013The Concept 90 is one of two new vehicles BMW is showing off at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este on the tony shores of Lake Como in Italy. This year is the 90th anniversary of BMW Motorrad and the 40th anniversary of the R 90 S (inset) - the first production motorcycle to come with a front fairing - and BMW has worked with custom bike builder Roland Sands Design to craft a homage to the Daytona Orange boxer from the Seventies.
While following the line of its forbearer, obviously the Concept 90 has been sexed and sleeked up. The bodywork is of hand-worked aluminum, the giant halogen lamp of the 1975 model (which is when Daytona Orange was introduced) has gone LED, and the front engine cover, valve covers, exhaust and wheels have been made with a contrast-cut milling process.
