I'm buying a house so up for sale or partial trade is a beautiful Bentley Arnage green label. It is the white car pictured below without text on pictures.I believe the Bentley Arnage green label is the greatest value of any luxury of exotic car on the market. I know this because I have owned many exotic cars over several years and there are many factors that accommodate there value. exotic cars are very expensive to maintain and depreciate at an alarming rate. This car is an exception to that. not only has it almost bottomed out on depreciation, but its cheap to maintain. For those that do not know, the green label Arnage is rare desirable one year only Arnage. Priced at a whopping $220000 when new, It is desirable because, of the ten years Bentley made the Arnage up until 2009, it is the only year to use the reliable, and low maintenance BMW drive train. Its is basically a BMW 7 series and can be serviced at BMW mechanic as such. The 4.4 BMW V8 was modified by Cosworth with strong internals and TWIN turbo's where added. The other years used a technically LESS advanced iron block 16v single turbo v8 from the old Bentleys. The other drive train also weighed 600LBS more than the BMW, in this car! Another interesting note, is that this arnage can be converted to look like a newer 2009 Arnage, with very few low cost changes. In fact I have a few photos below that show how the car can look. The Arnage and its sister car, the Rolls Royce Silver Seraph, are considered to be the last of the true British hand built Bentley's. This is because it is the last model made before Volkswagen took over.

Walking up to the Bentley, you see its in amazing condition for the year, inside an out. Being the same height and length of a newer rolls Royce Ghost, this car has a serious presence in person. Opening the bank vault like door, your greeted to the rich Italian leather that is still very soft and supple. Beside the carpeted floor, every square inch, of the interior, is covered in fine leather, wood or chrome. The signature crisp cream colored dials remind you that you are in a Bentley. Putting the car into gear, the shifts are smooth through the BMW gearbox. With an optional 4 wheel drive section, you are confident in the car getting you where you need to go. Driving the car, the shifts and also smooth and the ride solid.

Things to note on this Arnage: Car is currently registered and PASSED SMOG. There is NO check engine light on, so it will pass many state inspections. It is currently registered and insured and I drive it often. Drive great and sfifts smooth. Has a very low 49000 original miles. It has the rare full wood steering wheel. Has perfectly working power windows. Upgraded bigger Red label wheels from a 2002 Arnage. Power recline rear seats. modern aftermarket stereo deck, comes with all original service manuals, in there jacket. Working power sun roof that does NOT leak. Comes with brand new Black shifter knob from a 2014 Bentley, to replace the tan one, if you like. Original leather that is in about as good condition and it can be for this year and miles. Any dark spots in carpet or leather are only small dirt spots, that I will have cleaned before delivery. Blinkers painted with easily removable / reversible "plasti-dip" coating. This gives it a more updated look and the blinkers still easily shine though the thin layer. fold out car phone located in arm rest. comes with newer Bentley style flip key, that still needs to be cut. Include working factory alarm key fob with keyless entry. Upgraded chrome headlights. Includes original spare tire and jack.

Imperfections of the car: This list is long, but I want you to be 100% sure in the car you will be owning, which is something most sellers on here will NOT do. EVERY THING LISTED HERE IS PICTURED. Small wear on drivers side lower seat bolster. Fist size dent on hood. that can be easily pulled out with suction cup tool, because there is NO crease or crack in paint. small dent in chrome trim on rear bumper. Very small touched up paint chip at door jam on passenger side. very small curb rash on one of the wheels outer edge. very small bubbling of paint at small area near bottom of front bumper. Cracking in the wood grain in all the normal places that are commonly on older Arnages. Steering wheel airbag and Wood airbag panel on driver side replaced. About 10% of the time the transmission wont engage reverse, but if you drop sector into LOW, and work selector back to reverse, it will engage. This is a issue with the electronic actuator and not the transmission. The reverse diagnosis was confirmed buy a BMW master mechanic. There is a issue with the rear drivers air shock setting 2 inches lower, and the mechanic is 90% the shock needs replacing. There is a "wine" sound that comes from from one of the turbo's when in higher RPM's. I believe it will need to be rebuilt at one point. The lower control arm bushings are worn out do to age. There is NO check engine light on, but there are some service light on the information screen. These lights include: air bag, auto ride control (which is on because of rear shock), turbo. The car was once in an accident but has been completely repaired. There car drives perfectly straight with no issues. The only sign of a repair are two small welds, hidden behind the headlight buckets. There is also weld work on the rear strut tower. A few pin hole sized dents on underside of hood, that do NOT show on top. The title was once even given a clear title, from rebuilt, again, but Nevada has a law that forces title to say rebuilt. The title may return to clean, depending what state you live in.

ALL in all this Arnage is the best value for the money of any luxury of exotic car, on the market right now, in my opinion. I know this because I will be buying another one in a year, after I buy this house. I feel I'm asking less money for amount of car, than any other Arnage's here on ebay. This will probably not last long at this price, so hurry before its gone!

Meet the all-new, third-generation Bentley Flying Spur

The all-new, third-generation Bentley Flying Spur rolls into our lives behind a retracting, illuminated Flying B hood ornament. The grand tourer sedan sibling to the Continental GT also brings a new platform with a longer wheelbase, a new design, more technology, and fluted leather and wood finery. About the only thing that doesn't change is horsepower, with the 6.0-liter W12 putting out the same 626 horsepower as the top-level Flying Spur W 12 S trim of the second-generation sedan. Torque, however, makes a substantial jump from 605 to 664 pound-feet. The same MSB architecture that serves the Continental GT and the Porsche Panamera has been called up for duty. A wheelbase stretched by 5.1 inches over the previous Flying Spur delivers handling benefits and attends especially to the comfort of rear-seat passengers. Superformed aluminum panels create sharper, smoother lines everywhere, starting with the sedan's face. A much wider grille re-establishes proportions up front, as well as a corporate look that goes its own way from the Continental. Vertical vanes in the grille channel the 1957 Bentley S1 Continental Flying Spur, and sit just ahead of a gloss black matrix mesh. The lower grille comes in gloss black matrix as well, but can be specced in bright chrome. The LED matrix headlamps have been fitted with chrome sleeves in order to glimmer even when the lights are off. A prominent crease emphasizes the shoulders and haunches. Beneath that, the front fender vents adopt a larger and more obvious "B" shape, the lower doors accented by a chrome strip running between the wheel arches. Those arches will be filled with either the standard 21-inch wheels, or two new 22-inch wheels on sedans optioned with Mulliner Specification. In back, wrap-around taillights take on the illuminated "B" graphic, and the license plate holder moves to the lower bumper, leaving only the Bentley wings and the word "Bentley" to adorn the decklid. The interior overhaul befits Bentley's move into its second century. A high-definition digital instrument binnacle sits behind the new steering wheel. A 12.3-inch screen on the instrument panel handles infotainment needs and performs several tricks, one of which is a proximity sensor that primes the system for commands as a hand draws near. Another trick is that the screen is set into a three-sided, rotating shape. A press of a button flips the screen to reveal a panel with three analogue gauges - temperature, compass and chronometer.

Bentley spreads its wings, hires jets to fly car bodies to Britain under Brexit

FRANKFURT — Bentley, the luxuryÂ carmaker owned by Volkswagen, has booked five AntonovÂ cargo jets to help overcome potential supply bottlenecks in the event of a disorderly exit of Britain from the European Union, theÂ carmaker said on Wednesday. CarÂ manufacturers are securing additional supply routes as policymakers in Brussels and Westminster seek to strike a deal to determine the future trading relationship with continental Europe after Britain exits the European Union. Bentley, which makes high end sportsÂ cars, buys 90% of its components from continental Europe, and sells around 24% of itsÂ cars into Europe, Chief Executive Adrian Hallmark told the Financial Times' Future of theÂ CarÂ summit. "We have spent two years planning. We have five Antonovs that we have on reserve to fly bodies to Manchester," Hallmark said, adding that in addition to shiftingÂ carÂ bodies by air, Bentley has hiked the level of spare parts stored for production. "We used to run just-in-time with two days stock. Now we have 14 days stock. That's 14 working days, so that's three weeks of stock," he said. The company has booked additional warehouses and planned new logistics routes in case traditional supply methods are hampered by bottlenecks. If Britain fails to secure a negotiated trade agreement with European policymakers, Bentley would be able to absorb 10% import tariffs by raising prices and cutting costs. This would be less damaging than supply disruptions. "It is not existential as long as everything flows. Stopping flows is far more dangerous than Brexit tariffs," Hallmark said, referring to supply bottlenecks. This year Bentley expects to sell more than 10,000 luxuryÂ cars and to reach breakeven, mainly thanks to a rebound in demand in China, Hallmark said. China sales are up 35% when compared with before the COVID-19 crisis. Sales in Europe and the United States up 15% Hallmark said. "Overall we are in a position where we will do well over 10,000 sales this year," he said via Webcast. "We are on the cusp of going beyond breakeven."

2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid is less efficient on the highway than V8 version

Official EPA fuel-economy ratings are out for the 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid, the luxury brand’s first electrified offering, and they donÂ’t exactly bathe the crossover in a green light. As spotted by Green Car Reports, the plug-in performs worse on the highway than its V8-powered combustion sibling. The EPA rated the Bentayga Hybrid as delivering 18 miles in all-electric range, which is two miles more than Bentley previously touted, and a combined 19 miles per gallon in hybrid mode, which is indeed the most efficient of the three Bentayga versions offered. ItÂ’s rated at 17 mpg city and 21 on the highway. By contrast, the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 versionÂ of the luxury crossover offers just 17 mpg combined, yet it delivers 23 mpg on the highway. Its overall EPA-rated highway range also beats the Hybrid, at 518 miles to 430 miles on a full charge and tank. The Bentayga Hybrid combines a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 and a 94 kilowatt electric motor that also functions as a generator. The system combines for 443 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, with a 5.2-second 0-60 mph time. It sends that through an eight-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels. Curb weight is a hefty 5,709 pounds. Base price starts at $160,000. The V8, by comparison makes 542 hp, nearly 100 more ponies, and 568 lb-ft, with a 0-60 mph of 4.4 seconds. It will set you back $171,025. At any rate, both versions are well below the 27 combined mpg of the average 2020 vehicle, according to the EPA. The HybridÂ’s fuel economy ratings suggest that buyers may be motivated less by concerns about carbon footprint than conveying the appearance of having those concerns. Bentley has said its first full electric vehicle will be a dedicated model that will arrive in 2025 at the earliest, and possibly with a solid-state battery pack. Related Video:
