2002 Audi TT Quattro AWD 6-spd Convertible - 225HP Turbo w/Baseball Leather Seats.
Get ready for the summer with a CONVERTIBLE! Rare Baseball Leather Seats - 225hp turbo version not the 180hp. It's a 6-Spd - not Automatic - why would you want a sports car that wasn't a 6-spd Turbo Convertible? Please note that pricing should be adjusted accordingly given Baseball leather, 225HP. I added a New MP3 ipod Player stereo.
Please feel free to ask questions about this car. I drive it daily here in Northern New England. It is a great summer car - but I need to be more practical for the remainder of the season. It is a AWD - so as good in the snow as Convertibles go - but best to be shipped to a Warmer Weather location. I bought here on eBay 2yrs ago for $12,000+ (can send invoice etc) and was Shipped from a Texas Dealer. Shipping should be $600-700 so do not let the location prevent a purchase. Title in Hand - cash buyers only please - no tire kickers please - please email for more photos and details. This car is being sold *as is*. As it is a 10 year old car. Please no buyers remorse - call me before purchasing/bidding so I can explain all details & concerns verbally. My 100% eBay Reputation is Important to me. Has Manual + 1 Key - I bought two new Key Fobs ($60) but Audi Dealer was not able to cut the keys correctly to match - requires electronic factory sync.
Thank you and good luck bidding. I will help get on a transportation truck if you need to ship it to you. I have a video clip I can try to Upload - more photos exist via a Zip file if you are a bidder. Please only call/email after you place a bid (under Reserve price) to show your interest. Email via the eBay messaging system. The link here on ebay should also provide CarFax report for free.
Reserve is set @7k. A prior eBay auction (320975250748) had bidding go to $8,513 with 17 bids but I had a higher reserve at the end of the summer - I wanted to sit on it through the Winter months to sell locally. It's also posted on Craigslist and other locations. Local bidders are welcome to view in person.

Audi S3 Cabriolet spotted in the world for the first time
Tue, 29 Jan 2013Spy photographers have finally managed to lay a lens on the upcoming Audi S3 Cabriolet. The new convertible stepped out into the light of day for a little winter testing, and from the looks of things, the model will borrow plenty of design cues from the larger A5. Not that we're complaining. Word has it the S3 will put around 300 horsepower to the pavement via a quattro all-wheel drive system. We've also heard the machine will boast a dual-clutch transmission once it bows.
We've long been fans of the S3 Sportback, and the S5 holds a special place in our hearts as well. A smaller, lighter version of the big cabriolet with all of the aggressive proportions of its larger brother should prove to be a welcome addition to the Audi stable. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available, and be sure to check out the full gallery for a closer look.
2015 Audi A3 Sportback E-Tron
Wed, 18 Dec 2013A little more than a year ago, I drove an Audi A3 E-Tron prototype - an early concept electric vehicle built on the outgoing second-generation A3 platform. While I was impressed with the technology, its 3,800-pound weight, 10-second 0-60 time and 90-mile range will likely put it only mid-pack, at best, among its future competitive set. But Audi promised bigger and better things would come.
I didn't have to wait long. Immediately following the Los Angeles Auto Show, Audi asked me come drive its all-new successor built on the company's third-generation A3 chassis. Compared to last year's model, the new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) boasts a lighter curb weight, quicker acceleration and six times the range. Calling it improved is an understatement. Best of all, it's heading to production.
Technically speaking, the 2015 Audi A3 Sportback E-Tron is a parallel hybrid, meaning its electric motor is sandwiched between a combustion engine and an automatic transmission - either, or both, is capable of powering the front wheels. The gasoline-powered engine is a direct-injected and turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder, rated at 150 horsepower. The transmission is a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox. A 75-kW electric motor sits between the two. Water is used to cool the gasoline engine, the electric motor and the battery pack - there are three independent closed loops.
Audi to unveil S1 hot hatch at Geneva Motor Show
Tue, 21 Jan 2014Audi has been toying with the idea of a hot hatch based on the A1 premium city car for some time now. It rolled out the 500-horsepower A1 Clubsport Quattro concept at the Wörthersee gathering a couple of years ago, then put its form (with half the power) into limited production with the 252hp A1 Quattro (pictured above) shortly thereafter. What it hasn't done is offer a mainstream S1 that people can actually get their hands on, but that's all about to change.
Following spy shots of numerous prototypes, Auto Express claims to have it on good authority that the new S1 will be unveiled at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March. Though likely less aggressive in its visual impact, the S1 is expected to get almost as much power as the aforementioned A1 Quattro, with a 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder sourced from the larger S3 but detuned to 230 hp.
A six-speed dual-clutch transmission is expected to drive all four wheels - something for which the platform was not originally designed but was later adapted to accommodate - though the availability of a six-speed manual remains in question. Unfortunately the A1 was never destined for the North American market, so as much as we might want one (and as much as Ingolstadt may be motivated to take a bite out of the Mini market), we wouldn't expect to see it roaring into American showrooms.
