For sale is my 2005.5 Audi Sprint Blue B7 S4 that I have owned for 2 years. The car currently has 96,022 miles on it, but may fluctuate since I will be driving it until sold. This Audi is in excellent condition inside and out. There is no major scratches, dents, dings, or paint flaws. The black ebony interior is in excellent shape as well, however the drivers seat does show some minor wear on the leather that's not uncommon. This vehicle has had a manufactures warranty on all the way until 5/1/2012 or until it hit 85,000 miles. I have every receipt for maintenance since the vehicle was new. I'm only selling the car because I want to purchase the big brother Audi RS4. This vehicle is completely stock besides ECS tuning LED license plate lights and interior lights, weather-tech all season floor mats, Schwaben carpeted floor mats, and matte gray TSW forged rims wrapped with Dunlop SP SPORT01 Run Flat 245/35/19 tires (2400$ package new). Tires fit perfect on the car, have a lot of tread left, and handle great. I also have gray/polished Velocity RS4 rims that came with the car if you want those instead. As of now the current price reflects the TSW rims on the car. Synthetic oil change every 5K miles, vehicle was hand waxed/washed with ZANIO polish only. Local European mechanic shop in town will verify the condition of the vehicle. You will not be disappointed, this vehicle needs nothing when you purchase it. Come take a look. Fell free to call me with any questions at 920-579-5899.

Audi building 50 camouflaged Jon Olsson Edition A4 Avant wagons [w/video]
Thu, 13 Feb 2014Swedish Autoblog readers, have you been driving your Audi A4 Avant wagons and thought, 'You know, I really wish my car looked more like a camouflaged World War II battleship?' Well, great news for you, as skier and Audi enthusiast Jon Olsson has teamed up with the German brand's Swedish outfit to offer this new limited-edition A4 Avant.
Finished in a camo patterned after Olsson's own RS6 Avant (which you can view in the video below) and slope-ready Lamborghini Gallardo, the Jon Olsson Camo Edition will cost fans of Smörgåsbord 399,900 Swedish Krona ($62,071 at today's rates). For that sum, you'll get the aforementioned A4 Avant wrapped in the Olsson-designed camo, as well as sport seats, a roof box, Xenon headlights, black 19-inch wheels shod in winter rubber, a sport suspension and Audi's S-Line exterior treatment. The Camo Edition will only be available with the 2.0-liter TDI engine and Quattro all-wheel drive.
There will only be 50 examples made, so we'd strongly recommend interested parties get down to their local Swedish Audi dealer. And if you want to see what the Camo Edition looks like in motion, scroll down for the video of Olsson's Audi RS6 Avant, finished in a similar pattern, running around Switzerland. We've also included the translated press release from Audi of Sweden. Have a look.
Audi bringing Q3 Stateside after all?
Tue, 08 Oct 2013One of the major changes that made to the Audi SQ5 to get it ready for the US market was a ride height that was lifted by 1.2 inches compared to its European counterparts. The small increase allowed the SQ5 to retain its "light truck" classification of the Q5 for emissions regulations. In a similar move, Car and Driver is reporting that the Audi Q3 crossover will also be joining the Audi lineup in the US once it receives a facelift and taller ride height.
Expect this facelift to fit in with other recent product updates including the Q5, which mainly focused on a cleaner, more upscale front end and the company's signature LED running lights. The report says that Audi could bring the Q3 Stateside "within a year or two," and it also says that a souped-up RS Q3 will follow close behind. This performance version of the compact crossover gets its power from a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-five-cylinder engine shared with the Audi TT RS.
The Volkswagen Group switches official language to English
Wed, Dec 14 2016The Volkswagen Group can't be fairly thought of as entirely German anymore, so the news that the company is switching its official language to English to help attract managers and executives is a rational, if surprising, decision. While many VW Group companies are still staidly German in character and culture, consider the other companies that it controls: Bentley (British), Bugatti (French), Ducati and Lamborghini (Italian), Skoda (Czech), Scania trucks (Swedish), and SEAT (Spanish). Not to mention the large Volkswagen Group of America operation, which constructs cars in Chattanooga, TN. Volkswagen's explicit motivation is to improve management recruitment – making sure the company isn't losing out on candidates for important positions because they can't speak German – and that's inherently sensible in a globalized economy. Particularly considering, like it or lump it, that English is the lingua franca of said global economy. It also should make it inherently easier to communicate between its world-wide subsidiaries and coordinate operations. It's hard to say for sure if this will have any impact on the consumer, although it's easy to see the benefits if, say, VW Group hires some American product planners or engineers and they push for features and designs that more closely suit American needs. After all, the US is a hugely important market for any manufacturer, and so the switch to English almost certainly has something to do with the outsized influence of the US in the global economy. And there doesn't seem to be a downside from a purely rational perspective, although it could mean that the Group's corporate culture becomes less German. Whether that's a good or a bad thing depends on your perspective.
