2000 Audi S4 Imola Yellow- 2.7t Quattro - Very Rare - 1 Owner Car - Flawless!! on 2040-cars
Jupiter, Florida, United States
I leased this car in October 1999, then purchased it in January 2003 when the lease was up. I have all maintenance records since 1999. I have run full synthetic oil in it, and changed approximately every 5,000 miles. It runs strong and shifts perfectly. *new plugs and air filter October 2013 *new drivers tie rod and both front axels October 2010* new Nitto tires at 96,000 miles * cylinder 6 injector replaced September 2007 *rear differential seal replaced June 2011 *O2 sensor replace May 2003 * brand new Bosch battery *The ABS module went bad about 4 years ago. It beeps 3 times upon startup, and the brake light is lit on the dash. It passed NYS inspection with this and I have had no issues driving it like this. The module can be rebuilt and is apparently not an uncommon issue with this model. The LCD in the center of the instrument cluster fades in and out. It can be replaced for less than $100. The drivers side door mirror is blemished, but still works. The front bumper has stone chips in the clear coat. NO DOOR DINGS !!! Interior (including trunk) is IMMACULATE !!! Full size spare in trunk never used. Factory tool kit in trunk. Car was garaged during winters in NYS. I now live in FL. If you have any other questions, just ask !! This has been my baby for almost 15 years, but it's time to move on... Cashier's check or money order only. I have tried to include everything and be up front in representing the vehicle.

Car cocktails and Risky Business Porsches with Brett Berk | Autoblog Podcast #502
Fri, Feb 3 2017On this week's podcast, Mike Austin and David Gluckman are joined by a special guest, Autoblog contributor Brett Berk. The three discuss cars in film and TV as well as Brett's series on car-themed cocktails. There is of course a recap of what they've all been driving lately, and the episode wraps up with Spend My Money buying advice to help you, our dear listeners. The rundown is below. Remember, if you have a car-related question you'd like us to answer or you want buying advice of your very own, send a message or a voice memo to podcast at autoblog dot com. (If you record audio of a question with your phone and get it to us, you could hear your very own voice on the podcast. Neat, right?) Audi prices 2014 A8L TDI from $82,500*
Thu, 31 Jan 2013During the Los Angeles Auto Show last November, Audi told us that it would be bringing four new diesel-powered models to the United States this year. The first to arrive is the 2014 A8L TDI you see here, and we've now learned that the big oil-sipper will be priced from $82,500, (*excluding $895 for destination).
The whole new range of diesel models will be powered by Audi's 3.0-liter TDI V6, good for 240 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque in this application. Of course, Quattro all-wheel drive is standard, and even in the big A8, the diesel grunt will be enough to propel the long-wheelbase flagship to 60 miles per hour in 6.4 seconds (almost a full second slower than the A8 3.0T we reviewed last fall). That said, the A8 TDI should still be a pretty engaging steer, and considering the fact that this thing will reportedly return fuel economy figures of up to 36 miles per gallon on the highway (24 in the city), a slightly slower launch time is well worth it. (The A8 3.0T tops out at 28 mpg highway.)
Elsewhere in the segment, Mercedes-Benz offers a diesel version of its S-Class flagship, retailing for $93,000 and good for fuel economy figures of 21/31 mpg city/highway. By comparison, the A8 TDI seems like a steal, and we'll be interested to see where the forthcoming BMW 7 Series diesel falls into the class of huge oil-burning barges.
The pre-race and first in-race report from Le Mans
Sat, 22 Jun 2013The 2013, 90th anniversary edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans has begun, tragedy marking the opening laps with the death of Allan Simonsen. We're at the track now as a guest of Audi and plan to stay through the evening, and even we haven't been able to find out what caused the accident - the only video is from just after the incident, and beyond the statement from ACO there's been no more news. The Aston Martin in the LM GTE Am class and its all-Danish drivers had taken pole in its class and was one of the favorites to win.
The pre-race report will come first, and even thought we can't spoil the race because we're only five hours into it at the time of writing, we'll put all of the news at the end in case you don't even want the updates.
Or you can go straight to the high-res galleries above.
