2000 Audi B5 S4 for sale, 2.7T Bi-turbo, 6-speed manual and very quick. Exact mileage unknown, but close to 175K. I've owned the car since October of 2010 and know the two previous owners. The instrument panel was replaced by the previous owner in May 2010 due to technical issues, so the mileage on the cluster reads differently than the actual mileage. The cluster reads 130k+. Santorin Blue, stock rims, factory Bose sound system and Winter Package that includes front heated seats, ski bag, and all weather floor mats.

Upgrades include:
-Tein lowering springs
-Bailey diverter valves
-RS4 clutch
-AWE catback exhaust
-AWE downpipes
-AWE lightweight flywheel
-Hitachi MAF conversion
-Sunpro boost gauge installed in far left A/C vent.
-M-box conversion with AWE GIAC chip.
-Timing belt change completed in April 2014, just under 1k ago that includes ECS timing belt kit, new water pump, thermostat and Gates Racing timing belt.

Factory replaced parts include:
-radiator
-steering pump
-engine temp. sensor with clip
-hazard switch
-hood latch
-oil pan
-camshaft sensor
-fuel supply line
-starter
-both front half axles
-windshield and a few other cosmetic parts.

Known Defects:
-The front bumper is cracked and a little beat up along the lower lip because of the stance. It could use a new bumper, but not urgent. Doesn't look too bad with the zip ties though..
-1st to 2nd gear synchronizer a little stiff.
-Passenger side fog-light lens cracked.
-Instrument panel display panel segments don't display properly.
-Clear coat peeling on the roof by rear window (about the size of a fist).
-Headliner beginning to sag above the rear seat.
-Windshield washer reservoir leaks at the top pump.

To my knowledge, the car has only been in two minor accidents, the first with the previous owner to the passenger rear door in June of 2010, and a minor sideswipe to the passenger quarter panel in November 2012. Required minimal body repair, a new rim and an alignment and all checked out ok.

I have receipts for most parts and maintenance and a spreadsheet of part costs/replacement date while in my possession. New tires installed last September and still have plenty of tread. Clean title, inspection and no engine codes. Both K03 turbos are originals and I have had no issues with them so far, still pulling 17 PSI.

I have more pictures and can take (or attempt to take) more if requested.
Message me with any questions and thanks for looking.

Audi reveals new beefed-up A8 L Security

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Audi claims is the lightest armored vehicle of its kind.
If there were ever a sedan that deserved the descriptor of "luxury," surely it's the Audi A8. Particularly in long-wheelbase form. But for many of Audi's wealthy customers around the world - namely those in developing markets - there can be no greater luxury than security. And for just those customers, Audi has announced the new A8 L Security.

2015 Audi A6 spiffs up for Paris Motor Show duty

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

While the big names at the Audi booth might be dominated by the TT line, it's not the only product getting some attention from the German company. The A6, on sale in its present form since 2012, is getting its official mid-cycle refresh.
Featuring light exterior freshening, the new fascia wears a tweaked grille and slimmer, more expressive headlights. The rear end sees more substantial changes, with a freshened rear bumper that features rectangular exhaust outlets and more dramatically redone taillights.
Under hood, the 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 engine now produces 329 horsepower, while the 3.0-liter, turbodiesel V6s are available in 215- or 268-hp varieties, or in twin-turbocharged form, with 315 hp or 322 hp. The other big powertrain news surrounds the transmission. Audi has finally dropped the continuously variable transmission from the base, front-drive A6, slotting in a dual-clutch transmission in its place.

Elon Musk: Teslas will already know where we’re going

Tue, Oct 31 2017

In the future, cars will drive us. And probably not surprisingly, they'll often know where to go without us even needing to tell them. That's the theme of a short back-and-forth conversation on Twitter recently between Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk and a user who tagged him in a comment suggesting that "it would be cool" to be able to tell a car where to go. Responding to user James Harvey, Musk replied, "It won't even need to ask you most of the time." Later, after Harvey asked how the car would know where he wants to go, another user suggested that the car would know what time you go to work. "Yeah, don't exactly need to be Sherlock Holmes," Musk tweeted. It won't even need to ask you most of the time — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 21, 2017 Yeah, don't exactly need to be Sherlock Holmes. — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 21, 2017 That the ability to know where we're going will be part of our future driving experience shouldn't be surprising. After all, the smartphones we carry around already possess the ability to predict what we want — think Google's cleverness in tailoring search results or providing traffic information just before your commute, Facebook's highly customized News Feed content or even auto-fill technology, which can predict the words you're typing. And plenty of automakers have been touting their own work in developing in-car artificial intelligence systems. Like Audi's Elaine concept, which will be able to learn, think and even empathize with drivers. Or Mitsubishi's e-Evolution concept, which can not only assist your driving, but also assess your skills and teach you how to improve them. Tesla's vehicles, of course, are being outfitted with all the latest autonomous driver-assist technology, with the automaker eager to one day reach full Level 5 self-driving capability. According to Inc., Teslas will be able to listen and respond to directional commands, and they'll even have access to your calendar to comb for information about where you need to go. Tesla has also said it's developing an update to its Autopilot hardware and remains on track to achieve full Level 5 autonomous driving by the end of this year, which strikes a lot of people as wildly unrealistic. At any rate, the promise of cars knowing what time we're sneaking out to get donuts or picking up the kids is interesting, coming from the man who has warned that AI presents "a fundamental risk to the existence of human civilization."Related Video:
