I have a 2002 Audi A6 for sale. Its in good condition. I will list all the things i noticed on the car. Some pictures are self explanatory
Exterior in good condition condition. 2 places with dent that can be popped out easily and some paint fade along the roof and some of the sides of car. Driver side rear view mirror has a crack. THIS CAR IS NOT A RUST BUCKET. Car was purchased from one of the southern sates and car was always garaged. The color is a dark blue. It currently has snow tires on it that is in fairly good condition. Location of dents are #1 at the trunk above the license plate and #2 at left rear fender in the back.
Interior is in almost good condition. Leather has very minor wear and little a rip on the driver seat. all electronic seems to work correctly except passenger front window. I purchased the car knowing it needed a WINDOW REGULATOR. Some interior control buttons show sign of wear. Some cup holders are broken as you can see in the pictures. LCD on instrument cluster occasionally goes off. common with these cars. Never used cd or cassette since ive owned. Not sure of operation. Cassette does make noise during start up of car. CLICK?
Car is equipped with heated seats front and rear passengers, sunroof, cruise control factory HID, Leather interior, and more.
Engine - It has a little over 91,000 miles with no engine noise. No grease or oil leaks anywhere. Front wheel drive 3.0l engine. The reason im selling it is because the car no longer has reverse and i dont have the money to spend on it now. I purchased the car a few months ago and drove it for about 2 months as a daily commuter. THE CAR IS DRIVABLE, but I'm assuming it could be a bad transmission or bad computer. I drive the car every day and i drove to work with it today with no problems. A week of bad transmission issues i noticed the car running rough when i took off but smoothed out as i reached speeds above 50-65mph. Im assuming this can all be related to the transmission. At idle the car runs smooth. No hesitation. Car has been sitting for last 2 weeks so it may probably need a battery soon as it cranks slowly due to weak battery.
Maintance on car i dont know much about. I only had car for 3 months with no Check engine light.
I have CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLE ON HAND. All under my name.
Any questions feel free to email text or call me at 401 556 four four eight five. Please read all info before calling and asking questions that can be answered on the ad.
Car is an easy show anytime. Buyer must pick up or arrange pick up. I will not ship. Thanks

Audi revising own history in light of 'shocking' study of Nazi-era activities
Fri, 30 May 2014Daimler opened up its archives for research into its Nazi affiliations for one book published in 1990 and another in 1998. The Quandt family behind BMW had its public catharsis in 2007. The ties between the National Socialists and the Porsche and Piech families have almost rendered the Volkswagen Beetle some kind of cult tchotchke of the Third Reich. And it's not just automakers called in for cleansing: Deutsche Bank credit helped build Auschwitz, Hugo Boss made Nazi uniforms, patriarch of food and frozen pizza giant Dr. Oetker volunteered for the Waffen-SS. As one historian said, for any business that wanted to stay in business during the war, "no company was really clean. Everyone had to resort to slave labor when their own workers were fighting at the front."
Audi is the latest to go public with findings from an in-depth study of the Nazi-affiliated past of Auto Union, its predecessor company, and the "Father of Auto Union" Dr. Richard Bruhn, the man who headed it pre- and post-war. Commissioned by Audi, written by Audi's history department head Martin Kukowski and University of Chemnitz historian Rudolf Boch, its findings are just as severe as those already heard so often over the past 20 years. Among other discoveries, the study found that not only did Brun manage the use of more than 3,700 forced labor camp workers from seven SS-run camps, 16,500 forced laborers that didn't live in camps worked in two more factories; Bruhn wanted even more laborers but couldn't get them because of the battlefield situation; and that Auto Union had "moral responsibility" for roughly 4,500 workers killed at the Flossenbürg concentration camp. The study found that disabled workers were routinely sent to the camp and executed there.
Audi works council head Peter Mosch said, "I'm very shocked by the scale of the involvement of the former Auto Union leadership in the system of forced and slave labor. I was not aware of the extent." The company is figuring out how it will respond to the findings, so far working on changing the online profile of Dr. Bruhn on its history pages on Audi sites around the world, and considering stripping Brun's name from the street that bears it and from company offerings like pension plans. If you can read German or can work Google Translate, Wirtschaftswoche has a long piece on the study and its conclusions.
Audi considering turbo option for longer, wider Hurac?n-based R8
Mon, 10 Mar 2014The debut of the Lamborghini Huracán was (and remains) big news in and of itself, but equally as exciting is the imminent arrival of the Audi R8, which the Huracán presages. While the two will share a common architecture, don't expect that new R8 will simply be a cheaper version of the Huracán (like the current one arguably is to the Gallardo).
For one, the next R8 will be larger than the Huracán. According to emerging intelligence, Audi will make its sports car both longer and wider than the Lamborghini version. It'll also share the new Lambo's innovative carbon-fiber structure that will replace both the firewall and central tunnel. But to power it all, Audi will get more creative.
The next R8 will, like the current model and like the Huracán, offer a V10 engine at the top of the range. It will also offer the same 4.2-liter V8 as the outgoing model. But that won't be the end of the matter. Word has it that Audi is also working on a smaller, turbocharged engine to offer in certain markets that mandate smaller-capacity engines.
Tom Kristensen walks through a perfect lap of Le Mans in Forza 5
Wed, 11 Jun 2014One of the best ways of learning a new track, aside from driving it, is to hear someone that's intimately familiar with it give you a good walkthrough. That's just what you'll get here, as the winningest driver in 24 Hours of Le Mans history, Tom Kristensen, walks you through the Circuit de la Sarthe's high-speed, 8.5-mile strip of pavement.
Kristensen is dubbed over scenes of drivers from a Forza Motorsport 5 contest lapping the track at the wheel of an Audi R18 E-Tron Quattro, adding a bit of visual sense to the Danish drivers description of the track.
With the 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans kicking off this weekend, this is just the sort of video you'll want to watch to get you in the mood. Take a look below, and then let us know what you think in Comments.
