UP FOR SALE IS A 2009 AUDI S5 PRESTIGE FULLY LOADED. I PURCHASED THIS AUDI WITH THE INTENT TO REPAIR IT, HOWEVER I HAVE TOO MANY ON MY HANDS CURRENTLY, I OWN 4 OF THESE VEHICLES AND THATS JUST TOO MUCH. THEREFORE I AM SELLING THIS ONE. I HAVE REPAIRED THESE CARS OVER AND OVER, AND NEVER HAD A SINGLE ISSUE WITH ANY OF THESE CARS AFTER REPAIR. THEY ARE AUDI'S BULLET PROOF ENGINE!!

THESE CARS FINISHED SELL FOR 25-27K RANGE ALL DAY, TRUST ME I KNOW, I'VE REPAIRED AND SOLD THESE VEHICLES COUNTLESS TIMES. Audi fires head of R&D, Wolfgang D"urheimer
Thu, 20 Jun 2013According to Car and Driver, citing a report in Germany's Der Spiegel magazine, Audi has fired Wolfgang Dürheimer, the brand's head of research and development.
Dürheimer had originally signed on as Audi's R&D boss in September 2012. Prior to that, he had served as the head for both Bentley and Bugatti, and was formerly the development chief at Porsche (where he is credited with helping get the original Cayenne into production, a move that ushered a new era of profitability for the company). Dürheimer moved to Audi following a management shakeup within the Volkswagen Group in mid-2012.
During his time at Bentley, Dürheimer spearheaded the brand's efforts to launch an SUV. But at Audi, he reportedly quickly put a stop to costly projects such as the R8 E-Tron and the rotary range-extender engine for the A1 E-Tron. Furthermore, Car and Driver reports that Dürheimer shuffled the reporting structure within the brand's design department, and that VW Group CEO Martin Winterkorn had apparently disagreed with him several times on the styling direction for the brand.

Mon, 30 Dec 2013Of course, we love to tune into The Price Is Right to see average Americans spin the big wheel, play a round of Plinko or Cliff Hangers, and participate in the gladiatorial Showcase Showdown. But there is one reason, and one reason alone that the daytime game show has captivated us since its inception in 1972... 'A new car!!!'
Back in November, the show held a Dream Car Week that saw contestants get the chance to win whips like a Porsche 911 and a BMW 6 Series, amongst others. It must have been pretty successful, as the PIR team is back at it, this time giving away an Audi R8 Spyder with a sticker price of $157,300. That makes it the single most-expensive item given away in the show's history.
The R8's new owner, Sheree Heil, may not fit the image of a typical R8 driver - we anticipate she'll learn which side of the car to drive on after the show is over - but she is clearly tickled pink with her big win. Check out the insanity below.
