Mileage:148809
Location:

Up for auction with NO RESERVE! I'M NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING ANY PARTS SEPARATE AT THIS TIME. NOT GOING TO SPLIT IT UP.
I've decided to sell off my 2000 Audi B5 S4 Stage III as well as the thousands of dollars of extra parts in one package deal. I've done my best to list everything that's included. I'm sure that there are even more parts that I've missed that are included. If this deal goes through and there is a winning bidder...the transaction must be made in person and the vehicle with all included parts must be picked up in person. There is way too much stuff to ship and I'd like to prevent any possibility of confusion.
The Vehicle itself: (She's really clean and one of those unicorn-well-sorted-examples of a StageIII+ B5S4 that you've heard about.) - 2000 Audi B5 S4 Stage III+
- OEM B5 RS4 Borg Warner K04 turbos.(Approximately 28K miles on them)
- OEM B5 RS4 Turbo Inlets
- Deka 60# injectors.(Approximately 28K miles on them)
- Walborough fuel pump.
- Aluminum Piston type DV's
- Bi-pipes are insulated and wrapped. (Not a huge upgrade, figured I'd mention it)
- Timing belt and water pump were done when the stage III was done. (~28K miles ago)
- 2.0 FSI Ignition Coil Pack Upgrade. I used (in my opinion) the best designed adapters out there at the moment with the correct offsets and made of black Delrin. (Approximately 5K miles ago)
- JHM Weighted Shift knob.
- Solid Shifter upgrade.
- Oil catch can.
- OEM B5 RS4 front grille.
- OEM B5 RS4 Carbon trim (I do have the carbon hazard trim as well even though not pictured.)
- Recently replaced valve cover gaskets and cam tensioner gaskets+half moon plugs.
- JHM Stage 3 clutch kit with new RS4 pressure plate, new slave cylinder, new clutch master cylinder. (Done ~6K miles ago)
- Recently installed RSN-D unit. (Navi is not hooked up, I also have the factor Bose unit still)
- All weather floor mats.
- Turbo timer.
- Innovative wideband.
- Euro Spec driver side knee bolster with the OBDII port cleanly relocated to the glove box for accessibility. (Factory Bolster included.)
- AWE vent boost gauge.
- AEM intake coupled with a 034 aluminum MAF housing.
- Piggie down pipes mated to a Vibrant cat back system. (sounds amazing)
- Cheap Gateway Laptop computer with logging Software and logs w/interface cable included.
- First aid kit, engine covers and most all original items not pictured are (less the spare tire and can't find the OEM shift knob. It may be here though in a box among other parts you'd be getting.) included.
- This car is in great condition. You must see to appreciate it. It has been owned and cared for by an enthusiast and professional technician.
- All maintenance is up to date (Oil, trans oil, diff oil, coolant, brake/clutch fluid,ect...all maintenance) with the exception of the following things listed below in "the bad" section. 4 wheel brake job ~10K miles ago. New upper front control arms (about 500 miles ago) along with a properly done 4 wheel alignment.
- The tires currently have ~3500 miles on them.
- Oil was changed 500 miles ago and has been changed on time (OCD) using only Rotella T6 since I've owned it.
- I've have only ever used Shell 93 since ownership. (Again...OCD)
- I have a box of receipts for some things not everything. (For what it's worth.) I've by no means "cheaped out" on this car. I'm selling it along with all the other parts to pursue other interests. She's been fun...but...this is my attempt to move on.
The Bad about the vehicle: - Passenger rear window regulator needs replacement.
- The driver information center LCD is pixelated (Common among Audi and VW)
- The ABS module is starting to fail. (Also common..but I do have another ABS Unit included with the car just not installed)
- Has a scratch on the rear bumper.
- Missing the battery cover/rain tray.
- The center arm rest lid is broken. (but I have at least 1 good complete arm rest unit included with the extra parts, I pretty sure that there are 2 of them packed away though)
The Extra parts: (I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff in this list that is here and will be included) - OEM B5 RS4 intake manifold including the throttle body and the throttle body "boot". MAP and AIT included.
- OEM B5 RS4 Recaro Teck cloth sport seats. The front seats look to be in great condition. They have been stored a long time and will need professional cleaning though. The rear RS4 seats are also included although they will need to be repaired. The functionality of the seats (heaters, motors, switches, ect..) are unknown. I never got around to installing them. I received these seats in their current condition and functionality. (see pictures)
- OEM B5 EURO SPEC FACELIFT trunk lid including lock cylinder and all. Complete True Euro Lid. Does have at least 1 small ding. (see pictures)
- OEM B5 EURO SPEC PREFACELIFT trunk lid including lock cylinder and all. Complete lid. Does have at least 1 small ding.(see pictures)
- Not one but two(2) EURO SPEC TDI 01E 6 Speed transmissions will be included. They are both trans code (DQT) and I imported them myself. Both were removed from working, running and driving cars. I've not had either installed yet and they both shift through all gears smoothly on the bench. There where no signs of synchro issues when they were in their donor vehicles.
- RPM H-beam rods set.
- Performance Springs (Rosten) Valve springs kit. New full kit.
- 21-4N Stainless Steel intake and exhaust valve kit. (all 30)
- OEM B5 RS4 front bumper complete with grilles, fog lights, washer stuff, crash bar and all. (Does have some repairable damage and is not bolt on ready. See pictures)
- European Market original dealership program books.
- Extra steering wheel w/air bag.
- New in the box Cupra R front spoiler lip.
- New Replica RS4 Grille mesh (2 sheets)
- Origional Bose Symphony head unit.
- At least 2 OEM Audi/VW 4Bar MAP sensors. (Possibly more, but at least 2 of them for sure.)
- Original Air box and MAF.
- The Vehicle currently has Raceland Ultimos on it but had KSports on it before. I still have the two rear Ksport coilovers from the rear. The front two were blown and got tossed.
- Extra Complete US Spec S4 fog light grilles, at least one set. (I think there may be 2 sets though)
- 4 or 5 sets of different belt line trim. Wood, fisheye, aluminum. Some likely broken tabs, possibly other potential issues. Basically a big box of belt line trim (assorted).
- At least 1 extra first aid kit.
- Pair of 2.8 N/A Cylinder head cores with Cams and other miscellaneous hardware.
- OEM CV axle (For rebuild or core)
- Extra Hazard switch (at least one, maybe more)
- Pair of "round style" A6 fogs. (condition unknown, looked alright physically when they were packed away.)
- Pop out cup holder.
- 3L Stroker crankshaft that was removed with only 5200 miles on it.
- Set of (4) Speedline 3pc modular wheels. 17", ET35, 5x112. Badass wheels. They do need a little TLC as the factory clear coat is peeling. They are not perfect and have their share of cosmetic flaws. They could be easily cleaned up, painted and polished into $2K+ wheels
- Honestly you'll get a shit ton of hard to find and rare B5 S4&RS4 goodies.
- I'm including boxes upon boxes of parts with this auction. Really there is WAY WAY too much to list. I've tried to list and take pictures of what I can with limited time. If you win this auction you won't be disappointed with the extras included. I imported a ton of stuff from Germany and now I've realized It's stupid and selfish to hoard the stuff away if I'll not likely get time to use it. Honestly this auction would be a great opportunity for someone to part out and make some money. There should be plenty of room for profit depending on the final auction price. I just don't have the time currently and don't want to deal with it. My loss your gain. I'd guess around an easy $10K+ (if not more) in extra parts included not even including the importation costs and time required to round everything up. I can't express enough that I know I've missed stuff in the parts list. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
-
- Ebay will only let me upload 24 pictures. I do have more upon request. I unfortunately don't have time to take itemized pictures of absolutely everything included.
- Winner of the auction is responsible for pickup and transport of the vehicle and parts. I prefer to deal in person and NOT through a 3rd party shipping company to prevent the possibility of any communication issues or potential conflicts. Winner will be required to make a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending. Feel free to call (please no texts) if you have any questions because I'm sure that I've missed things in both the vehicle description as well as the parts list . SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. Please be mindful of potential time differences if you are going to call me.
- I'm Eastern Standard Time. 828-423-8809 Tony.

Car sharing services like ZipCar, Car2Go and others offer people in cities the chance to have a vehicle without dealing with the hassles of parking or maintenance, while also eliminating traffic. However, many individuals are turned off by the idea of splitting a car with an entire metropolis or would prefer to have a specific model at their disposal. For these unsatisfied souls, Audi has a new arrangement in Stockholm, Sweden, called Audi Unite that might be just the ticket. The setup is basically a small-scale car sharing service. Up to five people agree to share any of Audi's models for a year or two – even an R8 if they are so inclined. Each user has a special Bluetooth key fob that identifies them to the vehicle, and a smartphone app allows operators to schedule time with the car. Each person is then billed monthly according to his or her use. Audi thinks it might work best with friends, colleagues or neighbors, but the company can also play matchmaker for clients, if necessary. "In the beginning, our biggest fear was what if two people want to go somewhere at the same time-what happens then?" said Clemens Weisshaar, one of the founders of design firm Kram/Weisshaar that helped develop the idea, to Fast Company. "Interestingly, it never happened." They chose Stockholm because the city was tech-savvy, and there is a tradition of sharing there. Prices for Audi Unite seem fairly reasonable for each user. According to the service's website, if four people use an A3 Sportback for two years with a 20,000-kilometer (12,247-mile) driving limit, they would pay an average of 2,091 Swedish krona ($277) each per month. For an extra 365 krona (about $50) per person each month, they can add a package that includes vehicle pickup and delivery for monthly interior and exterior cleaning, winter tire exchanges and necessary servicing. After Stockholm, Audi plans to try Unite in other Swedish cities before launching the program in additional countries, according to Fast Company. Scroll down to watch a video with more explanation about how the program works and read the automaker's press release about the initiative.

Volkswagen finally explained more details about its CO2 rating scandal in Europe and admitted that 430,046 of the estimated 800,000 affected vehicles with "implausible" figures came from the 2016 model year. They included some from Audi, Seat, Skoda, VW, and VW Commercial Vehicles, according to the automaker's list (as a PDF). The problem mostly impacts diesel engines, but the inventory also shows some gasoline mills. VW will next determine the accurate CO2 emissions for these vehicles, and the German Federal Vehicle and Transport Authority will supervise that process to ensure the data's veracity. The automaker will also launch websites in Europe to let owners enter their model's VIN to check whether it's affected. Because governments there often link vehicle taxes and CO2 production, the company promises to work with regulators in each country to cover any fees that result from the inaccurate figures. VW announced the CO2 scandal earlier in November and estimated the equivalent of $2.2 billion to fix it at the time. A later report claimed that a group of engineers were responsible for fabricating the emissions data. They allegedly couldn't meet reduction goals from Martin Winterkorn, and between 2013 and this spring the workers did things like overinflate the tires during testing to achieve the desired results. VW is also closer to a fix in the diesel emissions scandal. According to an anonymous insider to Bloomberg, the company has a repair for the 1.6-liter engine that's reportedly neither very complex nor expensive. German regulators would still need to approve the solution before it could roll out to owners. Next step in clarifying the CO2 issue Affected Volkswagen Group models of the current model year have been identified Customers being informed via website Discussions with the authorities have begun The Volkswagen Group reports that the vehicles of the 2016 model year affected by the CO2 issue have been identified. There is thus now clarity about the new vehicles of the current model year out in the marketplace. On 3 November 2015, the Group had already reported that irregularities may have arisen in determining the CO2 figures for type approval of around 800,000 vehicles. This was identified during its own currently ongoing investigations and had been made public. The internal investigations into the current vehicles of the 2016 model year provide results for narrowing down the actually affected vehicles with implausible CO2 figures.

The sole purpose of this post is as a time-waster, and since you shouldn't have to work to waste time, we've done it for you. In the numerous videos below you'll find cars that have lately been in the news tramping all over the grounds of Lord March's estate in Goodwood, England.
There's the McLaren P1 heading up the hill, the Jaguar Project 7, then a casually-driven Porsche 917 followed by an even-more-casually-driven Porsche 956, topped off by a Porsche 936 that is anything but casually driven. The next round is the flame-spitting Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak from Climb Dance, a camera mounted on the Peugeot RCZ R after it showing you what the whole, uninterrupted run up the hill looks like. For a real head-turner, we couldn't embed it but there's Andy Reid blasting up the hill in a Ford Transit Supervan with a Cosworth 3000 V6 engine.
The modern racing contingent has Allan McNish doing the hill in the Audi R18 e-tron quattro he used to win Le Mans and Lewis Hamilton making lots of tire smoke in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas MGP-W02. For comparison, that's followed by Nick Heidfeld's record-setting run up the hill in 1999 in the McLaren MP4/14 . The classic racing contingent is headlined by 71-year-old Giacomo Agostini on an MV Agusta.
