2011 Audi S4 Premium Plus 3.0t Certified Pre Owned Warranty Ibis White Loaded! on 2040-cars
Latham, New York, United States
2011 Audi S4 Ibis White Factory Certified Pre Owned Warranty until 11/2016 or 100kmi Interior: Lunar Silver on Black Nappa Leather (Non-Smoker,Interior Smells New) MSRP was $59,850 Mileage: 18900 Transmission: DSG (S-Tronic Automatic) Options: Sport Differential with ADS ($$$$$) Carbon Fiber Inserts Bang & Olufson Sound Navigation with Audi MMI IPod Sirius Satellite Radio Bluetooth Backup Camera Parking Sensors I looked for an immaculate low mileage white S4 for about 7 months before I found this car. This is a very rare color combo with these options. I purchased it last October. The car is in great condition. The car was purchased from an Audi dealer as a certified pre owned vehicle which means it was heavily inspected prior to sale. The car has the factory warranty until November 2014, then has another factory warranty until November 2016 or 100kmi (whichever comes first). The 25kmi maintenance was already completed at the dealer. The car smells new inside and needs absolutely nothing but a driver. The car is very fast, was never tracked, raced or abused. The only reason I am selling is my company purchased me a new BMW in December and I have no need for two cars. Car has always been garaged. I have all paperwork with the vehicle, books, two key fobs. The only marks I know of are a small bump in the rear bumper (i posted a picture of it in the photo section) and a couple small marks on the front bumper and a small nick on one of the wheels. I am very OCD about my vehicles and only buy cars in excellent condition. Tires are very good and have another 25,000 - 30,000 miles in them. Car has never been in any accident, or hit or had any paint work done to it. Drives perfectly straight. If you have any other questions or want to look at the vehicle feel free to call me. Please do not call me to lowball me, I will not respond. I know what these cars are selling for especially with the CPO warranty in this condition with all the options. I have priced it competitively. My number is 518.466. SEVEN NINE TWO SIX. (Dealers or brokers please do not call me). |

Evo drives the Audi R18 E-Tron Quattro on track
Mon, Dec 29 2014Audi invited Evo scribe Richard Meaden to the Misano circuit in Italy to drive the Audi R18 E-Tron Quattro - and not just any R18 Quattro, were such a thing possible, but the No. 2 car that took first place at Le Mans this year driven by Marcel Fassler, Andre Lotterer and Benoit Treluyer. Meaden got just four laps in the diesel hybrid racecar - a warm-up, two hot laps and a cool down lap - so this wasn't about testing the R18 E-Tron's limits. In fact, Meaden makes it clear that such a thing isn't even possible for less than a professional driver; when driving at his limits (admittedly in Audi's very expensive car being watched by dozens of Audi engineer eyeballs), the data showed he was using 60 percent of the pedal effort of the professionals. Nevertheless, Meaden does have a lot to say about how the car delivers its massive ability, and with the wide-view shot of the cockpit we also get to see how busy and how intimate an endurance driver's office is. Check it out in the video above. News Source: Evo via YouTube Green Audi Racing Vehicles Videos evo
For Audi, Quattro name means something for hydrogen cars, too
Fri, Dec 5 2014Forget Dueling Banjos. Audi is proposing "Dueling Motors" for its Audi A7 Sportback H-Tron Quattro concept vehicle. All in the name of appropriate pickup, of course. The German automaker, which showed off the concept sedan at the Los Angeles Auto Show last month, is pairing a plug-in electric motor with a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain. Each motor powers two wheels, maintaining the Quattro's all-wheel-drive pedigree. The car's 8.8-kWh lithium-ion battery can drive the car as far as 31 miles on battery-power alone. After that, the water-vapor-spewing fuel-cell engine kicks in. Audi executive Ulrich Hackenberg told Automotive News Europe that the unusual set-up is necessary because the hydrogen fuel cell powertrain alone would only power two wheels while providing an insufficient 136 horsepower. Not exactly sport-sedan material, especially for a car that weighs about 4,300 pounds, even if it is a zero-emission ride. Combined, the two engines give the sedan 231 horsepower as well as a combined single-charge/full-tank range of almost 350 miles. What it all means is that the A7 can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than eight seconds and has a top speed of about 112 miles per hour, and can still dash through the snow.
IIHS bestows 2015 Audi A3 with Top Safety Pick+ [w/video]
Wed, 26 Mar 2014There's some good news for Audi today, as the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has named the all-new A3 one of its Top Safety Pick+, the institute's highest award for safety.
While there are no shortage of cars that can handle the standard IIHS trial, the tough small overlap test needed to earn TSP+ has flummoxed more than a few vehicles from prestigious, safety minded manufacturers. In the A3's case, though, it handled the small-overlap tests well.
According to the IIHS, there wasn't much intrusion into the cabin from the impact, which simulates a 40-mile-per-hour impact on 25 percent of a car's front end. The crash test dummy was held in place, with just a low risk of injuries. You can view the crash test video below, as well as read a brief press release from the IIHS.
