2001 Audi S4 (B5 model) with approximately 126xxx miles on it (yes it is bi-turbo sorry I forgot to snap a pic of under the hood but I assure you everything is in its place). The Good: FAST and runs Great. It is an automatic but does have a manual shifting mode with steering wheel shifters Upgraded inner-coolers It is Black on Black. The interior is in great shape aside from one small tare in the driver seat. The timing belt was replaced right around 100xxx miles The alternator was replaced at about 115xxx miles. The tires have roughly 1000 miles on them but look great! The Bad: I would replace the torque converter but it does still drive well I have a code saying it need a sensor for it. It also has a leak in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. the Front bumper has two nicks in it. CHECK insurance rates can be costly if its for your kids first car. I also have all new performance brakes with drilled and slotted routers that may go with the car I am interested in cash but am also open to reasonable trades Please contact me if you want to discuss a trade. I had an engagement a while back with the Audi RS5 Cabriolet in Monaco, and getting me from my lair in northern Italy by plane connection is an utter waste of time since the first flight is always to either Paris, Zurich, or Rome, three cities not at all on the way to Monaco. So I phoned Audi Italia about a quick loan of a car for the three-hour-ish drive to this event, and they were simpatici enough to propose that I keep whatever they gave me for two weeks. And what they gave me was a loaded Audi S8 with properly chosen 20-inch Dunlop SP Winter Sport treads attached.
This was about to be a much cooler two weeks than I had planned.

Audi has won 12 of the last 15 events, the scion of Auto Union is trying to make it 13 this year. To do so, it will have to overcome a situation faced only three other times during its dominance of La Sarthe: underdog status. Toyota has won the first two races of the year and claimed pole for this race, the rumor being that this year it's Toyota's race to lose.
And then there's Porsche. It's been 16 years since the Stuttgart brand raced on the top rung at Le Mans, three years years since it announced its return, just a year since it acquired Mark Webber in a signing that wasn't subtle and a few months since we got eyes on the 919 Hybrid.
'Worldwide, every third Audi will be an SUV by 2020'
Tue, 07 May 2013Automotive News Europe reports the new Audi manufacturing facility in San Jose Chiapa, Mexico will increase the automaker's production capacity for the Q5 SUV by 150,000 units per year. While the plant will supply every market with the exception of China, most of the production is slated to head to the US.
While speaking with ANE, Audi CEO Rupert Stradler said, "Worldwide, every third Audi will be an SUV by 2020." So far this year, 40 percent of Audi vehicles sold in the US have been light trucks, with the company's sales in that segment jumping by 53 percent. By comparison, Audi passenger car sales have increased by just one percent.
The first Q5 vehicles from the San Hose Chiapa plant will show up on dealer lots in 2016. Audi of America recently received a larger 9,000-unit allocation of Q5 models after seeing sales increase 36 percent through April compared to the same period in 2012.
