2004 Audi Allroad Quattro. 107,500 Miles. Clean 2nd Owner. All Service Records. on 2040-cars
Gorham, Maine, United States
I am selling my wife's 2004 Audi Allroad to make room in the garage for the new Audi Q7 TDI. We purchased the Allroad in 2007 as a certified 1 owner vehicle in 2007 and it has been a great vehicle for us. Best of both worlds as the vehicle handles flawlessly in the snow and ice of New England but also performs ....well like an Audi, AMAZING! All scheduled service performed at the local Audi dealership and records available to the prospective buyer. The vehicle has just returned from service with a fresh oil change, inspection sticker and a clean bill of health. Everything works as it should, this vehicle needs nothing and is ready to roll. Do the research and Allroad owners and critics will tell you this is a special vehicle. I have all the manuals, 2 key key fobs, and the original window sticker. I am not a dealer so you will not get the run around here. This vehicle is in above average condition for the year and has been taken care with some expected signs of wear for a 10 year old vehicle, however with only 107,500 miles it has many more miles and years ahead of it. Interior has no rips or tears, non-smoking, no odors. Exterior has ZERO rust (Audi Lifetime Warranty against rust) No dents, has a few surface scratches, and pine pitch spots (removable). Reserve is well below NADA book so somebody is going to get a great deal. Please feel free to call me at 207-400-1265 with questions. I have 35 detailed photos via Flickr if you are interested. Please contact me with your email address for additional photos or anything else I may have missed.
Thanks for your interest. Jim Grieves |

Audi teases 700-hp Quattro Sport E-Tron concept for Frankfurt
Wed, 14 Aug 2013Audi's trump card for the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show has just been unveiled, sort of. It's called the Quattro Sport E-Tron Concept. Set to debut in a few weeks, sketches have been uncovered that show a few of the car's details, albeit in rough form. The news of a big-name Audi concept at Frankfurt has been swirling since June, when we first reported on it.
From the sketches, we see a car that has the same basic shape as the Quattro Concept from the 2010 Paris Motor Show, only with subtle tweaks and evolutions to a few features. The news isn't so much about the looks, though. It's the reports coming from Auto Zeitung and Audi enthusiast site Fourtitude.
Horsepower on the concept is expected to be in the neighborhood of 700 ponies - about 50 more than we initially thought - and will be split between a gas engine and an electric motor. Yup, that "E-Tron" name isn't just there for show. While it's not clear what the exact split will be between gas and electric power, we do know the same twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 found in the RS6 and RS7 will be sitting under the Quattro's hood, and that the bulk of the power will likely come from here. We may not have power figures on the hybrid system, but we do know this concept is capable of running for 21.7 miles on electric power alone.
XCAR shows how Audi engineers let loose with A1 Quattro
Wed, 29 May 2013In its ultimate mortal guise, the Audi A1 Black Edition - the littlelest little guy Audi makes - costs 22,340 pounds ($33,705 US) in the UK and comes with a turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder that outputs, at most, 182 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. The Audi A1 Quattro - still employing the body of the littlelest little guy Audi makes - costs more than 41,020 pounds ($61,888 US) gets a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder from the Audi TTS with 252 hp and 258 lb-ft. And quattro. And 17-inch, center-locking, white wheels.
The crew at XCAR gets the A1 Quattro on video, to both question how the A1 Quattro happened and then to praise it even if they never found the answer. The hosannas come too late for anyone in the UK who was waffling about buying one, however, since all 19 meant for the 'sceptered isle are sold out. You can see what we missed out on in the video below.
Audi claims World Endurance Championship at Fuji
Mon, 21 Oct 2013It's been a successful racing season for Audi so far this year. After claiming the drivers' title in the DTM series, the German automaker has successfully defended both its titles in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
The decision came after heavy rain ended the 6 Hours of Fuji after only 16 laps, virtually the entire race having been run behind the safety car. Although Alexander Wurz, Nicolas Lapierre and Kazuki Nakajima won the race for Toyota - the Japanese automaker's first this season - the second-place finish achieved by Allan McNish, Tom Kristensen and Loïc Duval propelled Audi Sport Team Joest out of its challengers' reach.
While the actual drivers' title still remains in contention, the battle now comes down exclusively to the two leading Audi trios: McNish, Kristensen and Duval hold the lead with 147 points ahead of André Lotterer, Marcel Fässler and Benoît Tréluyer, who hold 106.25 points in the standings. Either way, Audi will be awarded both the drivers' and manufacturers' titles in the series with two races still to go in Shanghai and Bahrain.
