**FINAL PRICE REDUCTION*** I am a private seller, not a dealer or broker. If youre looking at an A8, you want one with a good history and proper maintenance. A8s that are treated right will run great & reliable but poorly maintained vehicles are costly to own. This is the right car. Ive over-maintained it! Needs nothing. MaintenanceJust performed 45K service, brake flush and full vehicle inspection by Audi North Atlanta on 6/8/2016. (Report available) Tires: 5/32 in the front and 7/32 in the rearBrakes have considerable life left with pads measuring at 7 in the front and 6 in the rear. All other services and regular maintenance have been performed by AudiFinancingIf you need a referral for financing, Pentagon Federal Credit Union has 2.99% for 60 mo. available for private seller transactions. HistoryI purchased this car from a CEO in Atlanta who bought it with the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty from a local Audi dealership. Ive had zero issues while owning it. Its been perfectly reliable. I was originally shopping for an S7 or S6 but discovered this car has the same engine & power with more luxury for thousands less than either of them. The car is still actually under warranty in my name until August 2017, though Audi says the warranty wont transfer with the car. Typically, Ive been underwhelmed the Bose systems in cars Ive had in the past, however, this Bose system blows away just about any other audio system Ive owned. I was pleasantly surprised. I have an opportunity to purchase a Porsche Ive wanted to for a long time so the A8 must go. Equipment / OptionsRare combination of options you wont find on most:Folding MirrorsMassaging / heated and cooled / ventilated front seats Reclining / Heater Rear SeatsWood covered center-console in rearRear window sunshades for rear window as well as rear passenger windowsNight vision cameraDual sunroof (Panoroof)Gorgeous interior LED lighting throughout the cabin.Navigation / Bluetooth Audio & Phone / Voice is 9 out of 10. I value full disclosure so Im probably over describing the imperfections here... - A few of the wheels have some very minor nicks / marks. - There is slight wear on the driver-side front seat bolster (pictures available on request) and a small scratch on the passenger side front seat. Both of these imperfections are minor and from what Ive seen on other used vehicles, the seats are in better condition than most. Again, email me for additional pictures. PriceIve priced the car aggressively given the condition, history, maintenance and mileage and Im not looking to negotiate.

2015 Audi RS7 Dynamic Edition is a pretty car for a pretty penny
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Making its world debut at the New York Auto Show, and commanding a $40,250 premium over the base RS7, is Audi's new 2015 RS7 Dynamic Edition that arrives with an MSRP of $146,045 (including destination and delivery). The range-topping hatchback is designed to showcase Audi's exclusive program, which allows customers to choose choose from the automaker's long list of options and then take the customization one step further with bespoke paintwork, upholstery, bodywork and wheels.
The interior features Black Valcona leather seats with Crimson Red honeycomb stitching, and matching Crimson Red seat belts. The contrasting color is carried through to the stitching on the dashboard, center armrest, door panels, shift boot and center console. Carbon fiber inlays provide additional contrast. The exterior is offering in four colors (Ibis White, Suzuka Gray metallic, Daytona Gray pearl and Phantom Black pearl), with each arriving with performance-oriented DRC suspension (with three-stage adjustable dampers), 21-inch Gloss Black wheels, Tornado Red painted brake calipers and sport exhaust. A carbon fiber front splitter, rear diffuser and carbon fiber engine cover complete the package.
Like the standard RS7, the Dynamic Edition arrives with a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 rated at 560 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. With an eight-speed automatic transmission, running through Audi's Quattro permanent all-wheel drive and a sport differential, the four-passenger vehicle will crack the 60 mph acceleration benchmark in a reported 3.7 seconds - and, thanks to cylinder-on-demand technology, it avoids a gas-guzzler tax. The RS7 Dynamic Edition arrives at dealerships in early summer.
2014 Audi S1 Quattro [w/video]
Fri, 21 Mar 2014Audi may only now be fully committing to the US compact car market with a range of A3 models, but it's got far more small car expertise than most Americans realize, and its offerings get even tinier, too. Back in 2010, Audi leapt into the subcompact premium fray - in all markets but the United States, Canada and China - with its A1. The A1 family has sold all right, but not quite as well as was expected, likely due to its price when optioned up. (It also doesn't help that the Volkswagen Polo is a great car on the same architecture and costs much less.)
But Audi seems compelled to make high-buck S trims of everything nowadays, so right on schedule, I've scored seat time in its new S1 Quattro. Under its gumdrop-colored hood is the very popular 2.0-liter TFSI motor. In this trim, it's good for 228 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque between 1,600 and 3,000 rpm. That's quite a lot of gumption for this little blaster - enough power for 0-60 in just 5.7 seconds.
My drive was originally supposed happen on a sub-zero frozen lake in Sweden, only Audi forgot to call Mother Nature and ask her to hold off on springtime. It would have turned into a slush drive and then a submarine test had I been told to stick to the original plan, so it was dusty, soggy and gravel-y pavement instead, which turned out to be a better real-world test anyhow. Plus, the car got even cuter when it was filthy.
Audi revising own history in light of 'shocking' study of Nazi-era activities
Fri, 30 May 2014Daimler opened up its archives for research into its Nazi affiliations for one book published in 1990 and another in 1998. The Quandt family behind BMW had its public catharsis in 2007. The ties between the National Socialists and the Porsche and Piech families have almost rendered the Volkswagen Beetle some kind of cult tchotchke of the Third Reich. And it's not just automakers called in for cleansing: Deutsche Bank credit helped build Auschwitz, Hugo Boss made Nazi uniforms, patriarch of food and frozen pizza giant Dr. Oetker volunteered for the Waffen-SS. As one historian said, for any business that wanted to stay in business during the war, "no company was really clean. Everyone had to resort to slave labor when their own workers were fighting at the front."
Audi is the latest to go public with findings from an in-depth study of the Nazi-affiliated past of Auto Union, its predecessor company, and the "Father of Auto Union" Dr. Richard Bruhn, the man who headed it pre- and post-war. Commissioned by Audi, written by Audi's history department head Martin Kukowski and University of Chemnitz historian Rudolf Boch, its findings are just as severe as those already heard so often over the past 20 years. Among other discoveries, the study found that not only did Brun manage the use of more than 3,700 forced labor camp workers from seven SS-run camps, 16,500 forced laborers that didn't live in camps worked in two more factories; Bruhn wanted even more laborers but couldn't get them because of the battlefield situation; and that Auto Union had "moral responsibility" for roughly 4,500 workers killed at the Flossenbürg concentration camp. The study found that disabled workers were routinely sent to the camp and executed there.
Audi works council head Peter Mosch said, "I'm very shocked by the scale of the involvement of the former Auto Union leadership in the system of forced and slave labor. I was not aware of the extent." The company is figuring out how it will respond to the findings, so far working on changing the online profile of Dr. Bruhn on its history pages on Audi sites around the world, and considering stripping Brun's name from the street that bears it and from company offerings like pension plans. If you can read German or can work Google Translate, Wirtschaftswoche has a long piece on the study and its conclusions.
