2004 Audi A8 L Quattro 4.2 Nav Htd & Ac Seats Bose 19's Xenon Quad Climate on 2040-cars
Logan, Utah, United States
Absolutely beautiful ultra low mile Audi A8L with clean title and zero accident history. Stunning Sage Green/khaki color with fantastic tan leather interior. This Audi has been meticulously maintained with records available. This car has it all with just about every option imaginable in 2004. 19" Wheels with nearly new tires, automatically adjusting Xenon headlights, Navigation, Bose stereo with factory subwoofer, automatically adjusting suspension, 4 climate controls for all passengers including heated seats front and rear, and of course the greatest option ever of air conditioned seats in the front. Clean and clear Utah title. No smoking, pets, or funny business. This Audi is simply amazing!
This car is 9 years old so it has a few imperfections. There is a small piece of plastic chipped on the lower front air intake (see pics), a small scratch by the rear license plate, and a few other very small nearly imperceptible imperfections inherent with a car that has been loved but is not brand new. So for the price of a used Accord or Camry, you can have an extra low mileage aluminum masterpiece that commands presence, rides in luxury, has a lot of exclusivity, and enjoys Quattro all wheel drive. Payment A $500 down payment is due within 24 hours of auctions end and full payment is due within 3 days. I prefer Paypal for the deposit and the remainder should be done in person. Email me with questions and we can work out a plan. Shipping I am located in Logan, UT. It is approximately an hour and a half from Salt Lake City International airport. I will deliver the car within 30 miles or work with you to get the car to a shipping destination if you need. Again, please email me before hand to work out a plan. Bybee Specialty is a very small boutique dealership that specializes in ultra clean, low mileage, clean title cars. There are never any dealership fees, doc fees, undercarriage coating or any of that other unnecessary junk. |

Will Audi surprise us with an all-electric SUV?
Sun, Jun 22 2014Audi may be looking to get seriously competitive in the electric vehicle market, according to a report from Reuters. The company has plans prepared for a range of EVs that would compete with the likes of BMW and Tesla. In a market where innovation is seen as valuable, getting on board with electrification could help Audi avoid appearing out of step with the rest of the crowd (and the market), with analysts predicting a sharp uptick in battery-powered cars in the next several years. Building on the E-Tron line, which already includes the A3 E-Tron, Audi will begin offering an electric version of its R8 supercar in Europe next year. According to two confidential sources at Audi, the company also has plans for high-performance electric sedans and SUVs. It appears as though Audi is taking direct aim at Tesla with alternatives to the current Model S and the upcoming Model X SUV. Advantage: Audi? Without getting into too many specifics about such plans, the sources did confirm the existence of blueprints for an Audi Q8 E-Tron. Audi has said that any future electric cars would have a target range of 400 kilometers (about 249 miles), but previous reports suggest that the Q8 E-Tron could have a range of about 370 miles. That could be a serious challenge for Tesla. Advantage: Audi? All the German automakers have electric tricks up their sleeves. BMW has its i line, with the i3 making headway and the i8 expected to sell well. Mercedes-Benz has gotten into the game the B-Class Electric Drive. Also, its parent company Daimler has a stake in Tesla. Now, Audi appears poised to launch its own diverse electric fleet, and the next move might just be an SUV. And while this added competition might seem like tough news for Tesla, the proliferation of EVs, and the growing infrastructure that goes along with it, is more likely a tide that raises all (electric) ships - something that Elon Musk seems to understand very well.
First impressions of Audi's next TT interior and Virtual Cockpit [w/video]
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Not content to pummel CES show goers with laser lights and self-piloting vehicles, Audi has also pulled the wraps (well, some of the wraps) off the interior of its upcoming next-gen TT. While the car itself wasn't on hand for us to check out, Audi did mock up the cockpit, complete with its all-new Virtual Cockpit central display and the latest iteration of the company's Multi Media Interface (MMI).
Virtual Display is Audi's new brand name for a completely digital reinterpretation of the instrument binnacle, by way of a 12.3-inch TFT screen. Audi tells us that there are two operable modes for Virtual Display: in the standard mode, an average-sized tachometer and speedometer flank a smaller infotainment portion in the center. Infotainment mode, meanwhile, shrinks the gauges to discreet circles and allows the navigation map, audio controls, or whichever system is being operated by the driver, to fill the remaining screen real estate.
This design, says Audi, allowed engineers to slim down the size of the center console as a whole, without reducing function for the driver. We can say that it looks very impressive as a demonstrator, but we will need some time with it in a moving vehicle before we're convinced it isn't slightly more distracting that a traditional setup.
Audi reveals updated RS7 Sportback in Europe
Mon, 02 Jun 2014It was just a couple of weeks ago that Audi revealed a few mild updates to its A7. It even ported those changes over to the warmed-up S7 performance version. All that was missing was the full-steam RS7, and that's precisely what we have here.
Now before you get all excited, note that the new RS7 packs the same powertrain as the model it succeeds, but then again, the existing RS7 hardly lacked in the power department. The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 still churns out 560 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, transmitted to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic. Revealed initially for the European market (with US details presumably to follow), the 0-62 kilometers per hour time is quoted at 3.9 seconds, so the 0-60 mph time ought to match the 3.7 seconds of the preceding model.
What has changed are the subtle tweaks Audi has made to the exterior and equipment upgrades inside. The grille now features has a horizontal section at the bottom with the Quattro logo emblazoned across like all other recently revised RS models, flanked by new headlights (Matrix LED units for the European market). Inside the cabin the air-con vents and shift paddles have been reshaped, and the new MMI system ports over from the new A7 and S7 with 4G LTE connectivity and a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
