Great condition 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce convertible! It is beautiful, a Pininfarina design!
I bought this car in 1998 from San Francisco Alfa Center and have only used it on occasion as a weekend car in Los Angeles. It has an excellent engine and runs great! It has normal signs of wear and tear for its age, such as paint chips and seat wear and the dash has two cracks (see photos for details, I photographed all the flaws), but overall it's in great condition and is a very fun car to drive!! I'm sad to sell it but I no longer have a garage to store it in and I don't want to keep it outdoors. I am hoping it finds a good home as this car has given me many years of joy and adventure so I've loved it! |

Fiat reconsidering Mazda-based Alfa Romeo roadster? [w/poll]

With apologies to Job (he has gone through a lot, after all), that's how things are looking at the Italian automaker - whether it's the promise of new products or its impending return to the North American market. But it's especially true when it comes to new roadsters.
While Alfa Romeo is expected to unveil the 4C Spider at the Geneva Motor Show this week, reports are now suggesting that its other roadster project is being called into question. That project is a joint venture between Fiat and Mazda, which was set to produce a version of its next MX-5 Miata as an Alfa Romeo, and was even changing the design to accommodate Alfa's requirements.
Now it appears, however, that the whole project in doubt. The problem seems to stem from Sergio Marchionne's pronouncements that, as long as he's in charge, there won't be an Alfa Romeo built outside of Italy.

Get lost in Evo's sublime 2013 Car of the Year testing
Fri, 08 Nov 2013Every year Evo stages its Car of the Year test, bringing the best performance cars in the world to one location for an epic shootout. This year the magazine pitted eight CotY finalists against each other on Route Napoleon in Southern France - Evo claims it's the "best road in the world" - and then proceeded to nitpick the smallest of faults on each car until the winner could be named. You see, this year's lineup of machines was just so good that only one car obviously wasn't CotY material from the get-go. Can you guess which one judging from the list below?
